The construction manager Jarrod and the sales person Jason are very friendly and willing to help!

Financial Department repeated request at the last hour. Once submitted and complete the first time.

The customer service process and the orientation process is poor. I was not fully oriented to the property and a customer service rep was never identified until several weeks later. Also, Lennar is slow to fix basic issues when brought to their attention. I still have not received certain materials that I should have been given at the Orientation/Walk-through.

Great value for your money. Offer inclusive appliances. Friendly staffs.

It was a delayed build and the overall product is of poor quality.

The process from beginning to end was actually easier than we had expected. If you've ever purchased a home you understand. The homes are built Strong & to your wishes. You have several options to choose from. Everyone we worked with from start to finish was very nice, helpful, and left no deed unfinished. Made sure we were happy. The Clubhouse, pool, fishing ponds, etc. are beautiful & exceptional. We are delighted with our New home and the area is very quiet, clean, and full of friendly neighbors. The only reason I gave a 4 star on Value for price paid instead of a 5 star is because I believe all homes are overpriced no matter who built them or where they are. This one is not to bad though. Upon first look, everything looks fantastic when the keys are turned over. However, the real problems show up after a couple of weeks of living n the house. After being told during our new homeowner orientation that we would have a 1 year walk-through to fix any issues that come up in the first year, we were informed that Lennar no longer performed this and everything had to be submitted through the Warranty system. Of the pages of issues that we have submitted, only 3 issues are deemed 'under warranty'. Lennar promises to use the best construction material and high-quality paint. When we were finally able to get a touch-up paint kit (after 2 months of asking for one) to address the numerous scuffs on our walls; after a brief conversation with the paint provider Sherwin Williams, we found out that they actually used the lowest, cheapest pain that Sherwin Williams sold instead of the high-quality paint promised. Before the construction even begins, you are pressured and rushed through the home feature selection process leading individuals to make uninformed decisions. And once you walk out of that meeting, you can not alter your decisions at all, not even if you contact them the next day. Lastly, the extremely limited choices of interiors with no ability to substitute materials in any package lead every house in the neighborhood to be the exact same, limiting resale values. ... More

We've been in our home for 3.5 months so far and the experience has been very good. We watched our home be built and were impressed with the speed and even closed earlier than anticipated! There have been a few issues but all have been minor and most have been readily fixed by Lennar. The market is insanely high right now (we purchased in May 2021), so our house cost more than we wanted, but that is due to the overall economy and desirability of our area (San Diego), not just Lennar.

Still don’t have an security operating security system that was part of purchase price.No one seems to know how to fix it. Also do not have any screens for windows.

They do a decent job

Post o office refuses to delivery because they say the developer is the problem. And Lennar says the PO is the problem. In the meantime I must drive 8 miles to stand in line to beg for my mail

We found our home purchase very streamlined and easy with Lennar. The on-site team were easy to work with and friendly.

I have been very pleased with my home buying experience! I love my house! Any issues I have had (and they have been very small ones) have been taken care of quickly and completely. The neighborhood is great, all neat and clean, the houses so pretty. So glad I bought a Lennar home!

Worth the money. Don’t get a loan through Lennar. Save more else where. Never see a person. Everything on line.

The builder workers are good help.

I have had a very disappointing experience with the responsiveness of Lennar to issues. I called out issues weeks before closing and it took until 6 weeks after closing to start addressing them, some are still not done. Brianna is great but the rest of the team is non responsive and gives updates that do not materialize.

We purchased a spec home, so, we had no choice in our finishes. We wanted to push settlement by two weeks which Lennar would not allow. However, when we settled there were many items not finished in the property. They could have used the two weeks to complete the work. The painting, caulking, tile work etc. were not professionally done. Our contractor who we met at the final walk through was good. He was responsive and helpful. However, there are several items that were on the list to be completed or replaced that have not been completed. We have been here for 4 months.

Our experience was fantastic just want to make a note here if you’re buying a house make sure the other neighborhood houses are finished also construction is quite noisy and disruptive

I am very pleased with my new home, from my first contact with Eldy, Brian, Linda, Michael and Bret, everthing went smoothly, they are all exceptional employees. The home is very well done with great fixtures and appliances. I am happy to have blinds and screens and a great landscaped yard.
