Ali, our sales consultant was very professional as were our mortgage and title representatives However, our pre close and post close walk throughs were apparently a waste of time. We closed over 6 weeks ago and still have simple paint and electrical issues that have not been addressed and our backyard is so poorly graded that we can’t use it because it is soggy and muddy.

If you read the reviews for Lennar they are mixed to be sure. Either very satisfied or extremely disappointed. I'm somewhere in the middle. My sales associate was great. The home is tasteful, but the build quality is only slightly above average. The house was overpriced, but isn't everything today. But for half a million dollars I would have expected more attention to detail as well as respect. Lennar Title and Lennar Mortgage should be avoided; they're snakes. Lennar Mortgage especially. Not a great overall experience. Our New home consultant Ainsley was amazing! Everyone/thing else has just not been great. Unorganized, a lot misinformation. This review is after 2 months living in the home and still dealing with issues.

Unfortunately, I would not recommend a Lennar build to anyone. If, however, you choose to go with a new build, please lower your expectations. The workmanship throughout the home looks incredibly rushed. The paint job is poorly done, some of the kitchen cabinets are not level, rubber seams on doors damaged, framing on outside window facade falling down, wood chipped throughout the home, floor trimming around baseboards not flush, paint/spackle on carpet, lighting not flush with the ceiling, etc. It's incredibly disappointing to see your investment look so poorly thrown together. Bought sight unseen. Never received alarms/internet stuff. Had to ask after we moved in. A/C didnt work, garage door opener doesnt work, tiles are cracked, dryer smells like its on fire. We have a long list. We have a virtual meeting today and still havent received an email about how that works

I am sad to be giving such a poor review when I absolutely love our home and had a great experience with so many of the team. I will start with the good parts. I love the home, the location, and the Lennar product. Rick the construction manager and Dana the Customer Service manager have been simply wonderful all throughout. Alex from Lennar mortgage was fabulous and though we had bumps on the road he moved mountains to help turn things around and was patient with our technology imperfections. Do not buy with this builder. All they care about is money and not the customer. My realtor even said this is the worst builder she has ever dealt with and will not recommend this builder to any of her clients ever again.

Communication fell off a cliff after purchase of home and could not contact team unless I physically drove out there. Deadlines were continuously missed and since moving in there have been many things falling apart that should not be. Trim is falling off, there are cracks EVERYWHERE in the drywall, we are still missing pieces to our home, our dishwasher broke the first time we used it and weve been told it will be months before it can be fixed. Several items were addressed prior to closing and almost none of them were addressed until closing day. A few of the larger items are still left open and un fixed or in a worse condition/state. There is a major lack of quality control over the trades. Subfloor was not prepped before pad and carpet. You can feel drywall mud through the carpet. There was a 6" hole in the subfloor, carpet guy carpeted right over it. We found it by nearly stepping through the carpet. The house has a lot of details, is like if they are giving you the house for free, we are still waiting for a part of the refrigerator that hasn’t arrived and it’s been 2 month since we moved in. Very cheap built houses but really expensive cost

The bottom line is that Lennar has grown out and failed to grow in. This unprecedented market unfortunately promulgates an attitude of quantity over quality. It’s blatantly apparent from nearly top to bottom. I would challenge Lennar to truly look at satisfaction ratings of the entire Bryant Square community. There HS absolutely a systemic failure that needs addressed. The most efficient, caring and compassionate entity was with Megan and Morgan in the loan Dept as well as the closing process. Other than that, I will never buy another Lennar home. I am not alone in this opinion.

Had a good perception about Lennar and liked the model home better than the community adjacent to Lennar. Sales experience was fine however effort to work with Lennar financing to avail credit did not materialize as the mortgage person was working from a view that with a 7k credit how can another lender match Lennar's financing. In the end I didnt use Lennar and credit was useless. This was our second time purchasing a Lennar home. However, their “everything’s included” motto is no longer, it’s especially disappointed since the price was double than our first home. Sellers agent was a terribly difficult to work with and made the buying experience unpleasant.

Bad - water leaks continuously from structure and still not fixed

Lennar has promised to fix several issues including leakage issue from the structure within 14 days of closing the house; however, it’s more than a month and I am still waiting on the fix. Builder has been responsive but it’s of no use when things don’t get fixed. We need some action and not just talks. Very Bad !! I don’t think after this I will recommend Lennar to anyone.
