After seeing the model home I was excited to I purchase one. But when we came to do the 1st inspection it was pretty bad. I was not impressed with the quality of workmanship. It looked like there was no pride with the work being done. We chose to complete the sale and work on making the home look better. And fixing what was wrong.

Lack of communication throughout the experience, followed by people dropping the ball as far as craftsmanship. Financial side of thing were not complete until 40 minutes after closing appointment. Home was not ready for move in until 3 days after closing

First time homebuyer here on a new construction home. We love the floor plan of the Richmond model. Great community and neighbors. Fit and finish of the home is poor. Missing trim, paint splatters everywhere and just an overall cheap feel. Although the home is about 90% perfect, it’s hard not to notice the 10%. Lennar doesn’t offer any customizations which would’ve been easier to do/install during construction. Lennar mortgage and lennar title are terrible with communication. With overinflated house prices in 2022 it’s hard to justify value.

The mortgage and sales end was totally unprofessional and inept. Lennar is in serious trouble once this market settles down. Still waiting on punch list items after two months with little to no communication. Would never seek out a Lennar home again.

In this market, we were too far in to be able to back out when we realized we had made the mistake. From the Sales Side: We've learned that there are so many in our community that were lied to from the beginning with regards to what was being offered and to what degree Lennar could change those terms through the course of construction and there's nothing you can do about it. Personally we were told that when we got on the "list" for this home we were good to go and would not be bidding on this home. The house is beautiful, but overall the finish touches of the houses are not very well done. So many cosmetics issues. But our really bad issue is that since we move to the house the refrigerator is not working properly, I am been calling Electrolux and I am been here for almost 2 months and the part is not coming yet. The wait calls to get a hold of a agent is always around an hour, and is a company on the side that is the one that I have to deal. I have purchased two homes from this builder and my first experience was definitely not a good one. The person in charge of my house could care less about the quality of work being done. It has caused me great stress in trying to get my house in the shape that it should have been from the moment I walked in. There's really to much to write. My second house my builder was much better. Still some issues which I'm in the process of having taken care of. Thank goodness for the gal helping me on both houses as she has been a god send. She is getting things done properly.

The Pinnacle Plans were great but Lennar’s customer service, quality of work, and choices of contractors and materials used needs improvement. Everything was delayed, shuffled, and rushed to their benefit and not the customers. As a big company, they lack connections, customer service, personal touch and failed to please the customers when there are problems. I'm disappointed and the price I paid is not worth the Pinnacle series. From the drywall to the outside of the house, the workmanship is far below standard. Example: Outlet covers that fall off when you put in a plug. I can't believe I paid this kind of money for the value of the workmanship. Many corrections still not completed after almost two months living in the house.

We love our floor plan but are extremely disappointed with the quality of work on the house and feel like short cuts were probably taken. We are also displeased with the bidding and made the whole process feel like a car sales deal and more like a number not a home buyer. I wouldn’t recommend Lennar to anybody.

We exptected better workmanship and quality from Lennar but ran in to so many issues and obstacles. Poor Construction Manager did not fiish up some of the work on time and we even extended our move in date to help accomodate their delays.

We have had numerous problems and a terrible response to getting issues fixed. 1. Our AC went out the first week due to poor electrical work 2. Our fence is flapping in the wind 3. Our grass was never rolled out and patches are missing 4. Metal debris all in the yard 5. Gutters were not installed and the rain washed away some of our landscaping that has yet to be fixed

Don't close until you are satisfied with the condition of the home!! We were told to come down from Wisconsin and that they were ready to close. When we arrived the home was a mess and not even close to ready! Lennar will eventually make things right, but WOW, what a struggle to get there!

Lacking the attention to detail I would expect from a production builder. Several of their trades don't use a level so many finish things are crooked, wall and bath tiles are not aligned and flat, interior paint quality is poor, the trim paint includes excessive construction debris trapped in the paint surfaces, and the perimeter edges of the upgraded floor were covered with paint overspray. At this jobsite, the trades routinely drank beer at the end of the day and left empty beer cans in the yard and in the house. Based on the quality issues observed, maybe they started drinking at lunch.

Our salesperson was great. The loan folks were good enough. The construction delivery date was moved around, both later and then earlier. Created confusion, especially when the home was not ready after moving the date earlier. There were many issues identified with the construction that have yet to be resolved over two months after moving in. Poor follow-up. We don't recommend this builder.

Upon first look, everything looks fantastic when the keys are turned over. However, the real problems show up after a couple of weeks of living n the house. After being told during our new homeowner orientation that we would have a 1 year walk-through to fix any issues that come up in the first year, we were informed that Lennar no longer performed this and everything had to be submitted through the Warranty system. We purchased a spec home, so, we had no choice in our finishes. We wanted to push settlement by two weeks which Lennar would not allow. However, when we settled there were many items not finished in the property. They could have used the two weeks to complete the work. The painting, caulking, tile work etc. were not professionally done. Our contractor who we met at the final walk through was good. He was responsive and helpful. However, there are several items that were on the list to be completed or replaced that have not been completed. We have been here for 4 months.
