Had a wonderful experience from start to closing.

Do not close on the home until all issues are resolved! Also be aware about the patch jobs they do on driveways as they offer no warranty. We have issues with our driveway that where pointed out prior to closing on both inspections and Lennar now wants to try the same failed patch job again. The builder claims it is up to industry standard, but I have never seen a piece of foam siding imbedded in the concrete be considered industry standard. This is just one of 75 issues identified on the final inspection- the little things they will resolve fast, but the larger issues have large hurdles and even after multiple emails with pictures, we still receive pushback. If my wife wasn’t working from home the majority of issues would never have been resolved and would of forced us to take time of from work to get these issues handled. This experience has been disappointing and frustrating. The finish on the construction is also lacking. For example, in the garage there are gaps in the cinder blocks that are also considered industry standard apparently. All I can be thankful for is that apart from 2 leaky sinks and one wobbly toilet we haven’t had any serious plumbing issues. ... More

Everyone at Lennar is very friendly, this is my 2nd home - but my first time buying by myself - it is very overwhelming - they were always very patient with me - I went back to the model home quite often - just to make sure it is what I wanted - they do put you on a wait list - but keep you updated

There's little to be able to say here aside from "wow!". The experience that we had when purchasing our home from Lennar was nothing short of outstanding, from working with the outstanding sellers agent (Olivia) , to attending the final walk through and celebration (Amanda), to being kept in the loop every step of the way with weekly photo updates of the build and status reports from the builders themselves, nothing was too much trouble or work for Lennar. To say that we are impressed is an understatement - we will recommend Lennar to every single person that we meet who is in the market for a new home. ... More

From the beginning this has been a poor experience for me with Lennar. I was relocating from WA to AZ and was so excited that my wife and I were able to save up enough money to purchase a home. The sales person that was in-charge of the Arroyo Secco section never listed was worried about getting a commission more than understand what we were looking for. Because were were not in AZ we of course depended on Lennar team and her to give us the proper information and help us with the construction process. This was a mistake. It was hard to get a hold of people they would take days to respond or not give us the information. 3 different people reached out to us saying they would provide pictures/videos that only happened when I reach out to the them. I had to continue to do this throughout the coming weeks. During the walk thru and the closing she just stopped by for about 2 min and left. We closed on our home Nov 4th during that time we found a few things that needed to be fixed and things during the walk through. We put in the work orders at the end of Nov and it's now Jan 2022 and it still has not been fixed. When workers do stop by they have no idea what they are doing and do not have any work orders our Construction Field Assistant who we are supposed to reach out for these issues never has any answers and I have to text him 2-3 times a week to remind him about updates. It's very exhausting. As a first time homebuyer this was a terrible experience for me. One of the reason we decided to go with Lennar was because of the Nextgen. My father in-law is retiring and we wanted to be able to have him live with us so this was a great option, but if it was not for that portion I would never have gone with this company. There are so many more issues not only with this house, but even with things like the sidewalk. They have had to replace my and both of my neighbors drive ways and sidewalk cause all the concreate was cracking and that's currently now cracking in the garage foundation. ... More

Overall satisfied with the home and it’s upgrades the home came with. Home is almost sound proof since I have not heard neighbors next to me. One thing that stood is I feel like the turnover of the home was rushed. What I mean by that is there is some paint splatter on the carpet or small missed corners not painted properly.

Overall great experience! Would definitely buy with Lennar again! Thank you!

We've been here for like month, so far we love the house. Some concerns with the electrical. We called Jason, but it takes time for the electrician to come and fix the issue. Some hardwares not yet installed.

We could not have been happier with Lennar's overall responsiveness (from the purchase side, to loan qualification, to title, and finally in dealing with our limited touchup issues in our new house. Lennar was fantastic throughout the entire process.

Lennar managed to close on time despite all of the supply chain issues. On-site customer service and sales manager were very responsive. Questions and problems were resolved quickly.

Mortgage process was more painful that an inquisition. Materials and workmanship is pretty cheap. House wasn't cleaned before handed over to me and it has way too many repairs that need to be done, the more toy look, the more you find. Won't recommend Lennar not even to my worst enemy.

We love our new home! Lennar has been so great to work with, even after we closed. It's very clear that they strive for perfection and customer satisfaction. You can't ask for a better builder than Lennar.

Lennar is hands down the best builder in Utah! Every other builder has a base price and then have upgrades with a lot of extra cost. Lennar has the lowest lot premium by far. If you are not building with Lennar, you are going to pay way more then what you expect. Lennar's ONLY upgrade is if you want a third car garage or not. Included in their price is a Smart Home already installed, countertops, appliances etc. They don't have any surprises. The cost they give you, is what you pay. No extra fees or hidden costs. Lennar is the best!

The house is fine. The lending process with Lennar is a complete nightmare. It's never good when I'm forced to threaten with legal action while dealing with a loan officer. The closing date was stalled for 4 days due to Lennar's ineptness in this matter. I would definitely recommend using another finance group if you can get a decent rate.

Lennar advertise that you get a smart home. Well the only smart technology I have is what I had to buy myself. House came with no door bell, no garage door opener, no peep hole in the door, very cheap appliances. You will also need to buy shower rods are have shower door installed at your expense. If you want the sprinkler system to be a smart device you will have to purchase the wireless device yourself as well. Even though they advertise there homes are smart homes that is not true. To me don't advertise something if it's not true

The warranty service team here is excellent. No matter what the concern is it receives a top priority response and resolution.

So helpful and aware of buyers needs with a new home buying experience. Patience and caring responding to inquiries. Professional in all aspects of home buying experience !

Everything went as planned and i was happy with the total experience. While a home can't be perfect all of the Lennar team did their best. Overall was a good experience. This is my 6th Lennar home in SW Fl.
