Had a number of issues involving keys. Found out after over two weeks they had given me the wrong mailbox key and my back door key didn’t work. Also had a footprint in the concrete right in front of the front door. Though these issues eventually got fixed, I would’ve thought these would definitely have been done before before the walk-through.

The workmanship is great and everyone we worked with was professional.

My financing/underwriting experience was a nightmare. I am still waiting on an item identified during the final inspection to be corrected. That said, your loan officer and salesperson provided outstanding customer service.

Very happy with our experience and communication from the Lennar team

The mortgage and title company was excellent to work with. Then we did our celebration had a few things to fix before we closed. We closed came to the house and nothing was fixed still tape on the walls took a week after we closed for them to fix them still all isn’t fixed. Then we moved in plugged in a brand new tv into the wall and the breaker tripped the electrican came out put something into an outlet said all is good. A few days latter we were watching tv and the breaker tripped again. The next morning the breaker kept tripping wouldn’t stay on called them the electrician came out again the there were wires touching in one of the outlets. The toilet downstairs was loose at the base the Plummers came out and fixed it a week later it’s doing the same thing still waiting for them to come back. I found a bolt laying on ground in the garage and it was from the door. it came out of the garage door were the panels connect it has been over a month since the construction manager came out and looked out said he would get a hold of the garage door people and the garage door still isn’t fixed, it had been so stress full no COMMUNICATION AT ALL!!!!!! And nothing we needs fixed when we closed has been fixed… just very frustrating when we are the ones buying these and they aren’t they way they should be…things shouldn’t need to be fixed on a brand new house but I understand things come up and things happen but to be brushed off is ridiculous! ... The house have a good potential to became your confortable zone in whiche you can relax and enjoy the quiet and the view. But you need to work hard until you reach your ideal project. There are only the basic items and needs a lot of upgrade fetures in order to become a well funtional home. Be prepare to add a list 20 thousands dallars to complete all the necessary items missing or improvments needed. But the house is worted the money you will spend on it.

Make sure you pay attention when doing your blue tape walk. They were supposed to fix some things in my house with tape on them and never did. Just pulled the tape off and never fixed. So go through the entire house again to make sure they are fixed before you close

The buying process was simple, the price paid was fair in comparison to other builders, but the quality of the house has been a challenge and makes the price high. There have been a lot of issues inside and out from floors, to cabinets, to exterior issues, the drywall is a mess as is the paint, corner cracks have already started, it makes it not worth buying a Lennar new build. Good thing is the warranty that has folks come out and fix the issues as quickly as possible, but it is also a hassle to be present for the repairs. Overall if quality was better this house would be a great value, but because of the quality and issues it makes it feel that one overpaid by thousands. ... More

Communication was a big issue during this process. I diffinitely would not recommend using Lennar Lenders. My sales representative Laura went Mia after the signing of paperwork. No photos were sent during building process as promised. There's been some issues after purchase that been addressed immediately i must say customer service after the purchase has been great. I love my house and my community. Didn't like the process at all.

This is the first time we have bought a home. We decided to go with a new build in the Woodruff area. The sales people and finance people were great. Once we were in the home it was hard to get a hold of the HOA over our neighborhood. I will say to read the CCRs before you put down any earnest money. They are not transparent about that. We have a few pets a lots of children. We wanted to put up a fence. They say explicitly that you can’t do chain link or wood fences. They want you to get a black picket fence. There are two other homes in the area with white vinyl fencing. So we decided to go ahead and ask for the white vinyl as the dogs can jump over the black picket fencing and there is no privacy with those. The HOA approved our request but only with constant hounding. It took months for an approval and they have it written in the CCRs that they can take as long as they want to get back to the home owners with an answer. Well, we decide to go ahead and order the materials and get a contractor to schedule us for install. Two days before the installation of our new fence the HOA sends another email stating that they have to revoke our approval because Lennar “the builder” decided they don’t want us to have white vinyl and we have to stick with the black picket fencing. The HOA even wrote in an email to me stating that they are all for the change to include the more modern fencing options but they can’t do anything against Lennar. Now I have to spend more money on legal counsel and will be looking to sell my property if we can’t get this settled. By the way, we can’t get a straight answer for anything, Lennar points us to the HOA and then the HOA points us back to Lennar. I highly recommend doing all of your due diligence. If you are a new home buyer please please read your CCRs before committing to anything. Lennar is not on the home buyers side, they only want you to buy their homes. I mean we are working to bring up the value of our homes and feel comfortable in them. ... More

We were pleased to move into our new home built by Lennar during November 2025, and it has been a wonderful experience. We LOVE our new home and are very pleased by the quality and responsiveness of the customer support team. We are grateful for the new home and peaceful neighborhood. Thank you!

The sales experience was painful, empty, and left us feeling like we weren't even human The first sales guy practically held us hostage and drove us around in circles showing us every available model and every available home We left that experience feeling so confused and unsure of what was what. We asked for a new sales person. She was nice, but was only a presence, not very attentive, didn't seem interested in selling us a home. If they had even tried to communicate properly, we actually would have bought a much more expensive model and lot. (This had nothing to do with qualifying for anything, money and credit were non issues) We are enjoying our new home, but I'll tell you this. It's not the one I actually wanted. Each evening as I go for a walk in my beautiful new neighborhood and pass the home I actually fell in love with, I am reminded of the "what ifs" You could have sold me my dream home Lennar. The process in getting our Lennar Forever Home was Hopeful and Full of Faith! The team that my Son and I worked with were Absolutely Amazing! Their drive and diligent actions gave us a chance to own our first home! Thank you Lennar from our family to you all, we appreciate our Forever Home and the love for our home is a Blessing fill with such Bliss!

First of all the experience was horrible. We tried three different places never moved in needs a place at the very last minute there was something wrong, which was never explained why they kept my money and now I am going to sue because $2500. they did not return. It was a very horrible experience with Lennar.

We had a good new home buying experience

The home is very nice and well built. The warranty team is excellent. Great value for price. But don’t fool yourself into thinking these are custom homes. They are for the most part builders grade and built for cost efficiency. It is obvious the few areas where the bottom line was considered more than the homeowners comfort and convenience. Don’t get me wrong, I love my home, but would have done a few things differently had more options been available.

Quality of home was sure to just meet the standard, and while it's advertised that "everything is included", it is misleading. Ask questions until you receive a concrete answer! Honesty seems difficult for Lennar up front as well. We are still waiting for a replacement for a broken item in our home that was guaranteed to us before we closed two months ago. It feels like we were machine-gunned prior to closing and then all was silent. We do love the location of our home though!

My contract ultimately fell through, yet I am still receiving customer satisfaction surveys — which itself reflects how disorganized and careless this process was from start to finish. Throughout my experience with Lennar, I felt misled, dismissed, and inadequately supported. I relied on information and representations that did not materialize, resulting in a financial loss of over $40,000. This loss has significantly delayed my ability to purchase another home and has caused long-term financial and emotional distress. At no point did I feel accountability, transparency, or empathy from the company. This experience has permanently damaged my trust in Lennar. I would not recommend this builder to anyone, and I believe prospective buyers deserve to be aware of the very real financial risks involved. ... More

The house was a complete mess. There was trash and debris everywhere. There is still paint stains all over the carpet. The dishwasher was leaking on first use. The heating system had no power to it, the ring doorbell has no power going to it. The front door and outside of the house paint was incomplete. The weather stripping on the front door was missing. My overall moving experience was horrible and what should have been a happy moment was replaced by buyers remorse and frustration. I would not recommend Lennar as a new build.

Disappointed in this home purchase and the quality of finishes. For a new home in the $700k I wasn’t expecting to wait for 2 whole minutes before I can get hot water out of my tap or faucet. Fixtures are already falling off and several cracks in the walls. I requested for Lennar to come and check on it. They did send someone to check but the only response afterwards was that the pipes are 50 to 60ft long that’s why the water runs cold for 2 minutes. I’m still left with running my water for 2 minutes before I can get hot water.

First I want to say I am more sad than anything. Throughout the whole process I had issues. I was not listened to and my voice was not heard. There were issues that never got resolved and they started treating me terrible when I would try to address the concerns. One of the sales people asked me how I had so much time to leave my work desk to come to the office when I stopped in to say hi and try to build back a relationship since so many things were going wrong. The beginning was great, during the selling process they were great. Except they wouldn't allow me to have my realtor since she didn't come with me the first time I met with them. Also, they told me a washer and dryer was not an option I could choose however, my neighbor was allowed to have them as an option. They charged me more from my home than others across the street on a more expensive lot (the lots I really wanted but couldn't afford when picking my home out) and they are larger homes. They charged me more for my home than the one right beside me which is a bigger model with same add-ons as mine. So I felt taken advantage of because I did not have a realtor to help me negotiate. During the building process there were issues that they said they would fix but they didn't. There were out right lies told to me. Their workers damaged some things in the home during the building process that were not fix but I was told they were. I was put under a lot of stress because they were refusing to replace damaged doors (damaged by their worker). They eventually said they replaced them all but they did not replace them all and it appears they only trimmed down the doors that are supposed to be new doors, the doors have pretty big gaps from the door frame. The concrete work had a lot of flaws that never got fixed even with being told multiple times they would have the concrete company come out and fix them. I was told during the selling process that I would a full tree line behind my home to block a main street and traffic. That was a big reason why I chose my lot instead of the more expensive ones across the street (without a street behind). When all of the landscaping on the common area was completed they left a large gap right behind my home. My home is the ONLY home with the large gap and they admitted on email that it was there but they are not going to do anything about it because they are done with landscaping that area and it was included in the original quote. So I guess Lennar cannot afford one more tree to keep their word to their homeowner. Again, more than anything I am sad. Poor construction quality, cheap materials. Scuff-prone paint, scuffed granite, very low-end appliances, post-closing issues. Definitely do not recommend Lennar.

At this point we have placed approximately 15 "warranty" items that need to be corrected. That was over one month ago, and nothing has been done, nor have we been contacted. I would suggest to future homeowners to refuse to close on the home until all items are in good working order.

Lots of issues with Internet For people that work from home.

My home was damaged before I even moved inn. It was evident that a truck with trailer backed across my driveway and lawn and into the side of my new home. It was likely a subcontractor because work was proceeding on other homes. The police investigated to no avail. I had to make an insurance claim due to the amount of the damage. None of your workers or subcontractors came forward to report the incident. I question your judgement in hiring such dishonest workers or subcontractors. They ruined my experience, and I will not forget it
