Attention to some of the detail work is not as good as it could be.

Build representatives were always very kind and responsive. This made the buying experience much more pleasurable than you would typically expect. The only shortcomings found in the process were by third-party contractors brought in to work on a specific area of the build. Most were very good, but there’s always one or two that take shortcuts. The builder was good at finding most of these and collecting on their own. Some of cars we found after moving in and had to request corrections. It was a great pleasure working with Lennar! Starting with Amy on the home selection and support throughout the purchasing process to Brandon and Renee being extremely responsive and helpful resolving any problems we had.

Very easy process, with help along the way to make things easy to understand.

Very disappointed with the service I have received. I will not be purchasing with Lennar again nor would I recommend to any family or friends.

In general, a very nice house. Some architectural oddities…no light above the kitchen sink (!), no place to put the towel before your shower, walls that do not line up. Not as carefully designed as my Pulte Home. Appliances just GE not GE Profile so suffer in quality. No ability to upgrade.

Over all this is a very well built home. It’s just the little things that I feel should have been corrected on inspection.

I worked in the new home construction business all my adult life. I understand the levels of materials and service. Lennar does have the stuff together.

First time buying a home, so was very unfamiliar with process. Salesperson and Mortgage broker were AMAZING! On sight construction reps, Andy and Gina helped coordinate any issues immediately and professionally.

Well built home. Overall very pleased and glad to be living here. Some trouble with timely response and correction of several relatively minor but essential items that were not finished up to spec at closing. Lennar needs to replace the substandard sod contractor laying the grass for the yards.

One of the sinks and bathroom tub has a chip in it and the quality of the wood fences is that good. We also share a fence instead of having our own. Customer service was great and overall buying experience was good too.

Great development but much you can customize.

We were actually not looking to build when we moved to the area but thanks to shady moves by Zillow and the crazy market, our hand was forced. That said, our Lennar build offered a floor plan and options that we really liked for a reasonable price in an area where we are sure to make back the value plus. The options offered were nice and despite the delays we are comfortable in the space now. We're looking forward to the amenities (pool and playground) and being able to be more interactive with our neighbors here.

Things were rushed and as results details missed. A new home should be almost flawless.

Contractor was always available to answer questions. The building process was explained thoroughly.

The house was extremely dirty when we moved in. We had to spend an entire day sweeping, mopping, dusting, and wiping down countertops and baseboards. There was unfinished paint, multiple nails sticking out of the porch ceiling that were just painted over like we wouldn’t see them. Caulking all over the was horrible, completely uneven and bunched up in many spots. The kitchen hood above the stove was left uninstalled with multiple holes drilled in the cabinet because they couldn’t find the outlet and it was just left that way. I had to fix the hood myself. The quickness of the building of the home.

We closed on the house 2 months ago. We couldn't live in the house for most of the first month because AT&T, who is the only supplier of internet and TV for the subdivision, did not have service to our location. The builder should have known that. Also, we still have outstanding items from the pre-closing punch list that are not resolved. The Home Care people contact us every couple of weeks to say that they are having a meeting to make a plan to solve our issues, but we are still waiting for them to fix cabinets and install the correct garage door. Practically every day we identify other short-comings in the build, like there isn't any insulation above the morning room and all of the bathroom tile needs to be cleaned due to dried grout or other material on the surface. The crown molding was butted together, rather than overlapped, so gaps are starting to show between the pieces. We expected a much more positive experience buying a new home in this community but have been disappointed with all of the outstanding issues that we have to manage. ... More

Great home builders and customer service

Love the home and the layout but the devil and the details definitely made the ownership process a bit lackluster. I had a ton of post-closing repairs (minor to medium) that still aren't complete. The good thing is no one is pushing back on the repairs it's just the sense of urgency you would home for a brand new home.

Defects started to show after 1 week and they say that is what they have to work with - there is nothing they could do - the fire sprinkler cover fell - it still is off - so there is a hole in my ceiling - the patio door lock destroys the wood frame - the tankless hot water has no hot water - my list can go on and on - I would love to have given a great review - but right now It really is bad
