Wonderful homes! Love lennar and love our new home

Not quite like buying a house off of Amazon in terms of convenience, but just about as close as you can get when dealing with Title, proof of income, etc... Honestly I don't think I could have done better with this one, even after the purchase I have had these guys help out with small fixes, would highly recommend!

Beautiful homes! Modern homes with new technology is always a plus.

My experience with Lennar was outstanding. I’m a real estate professional and I’ve worked with many builders. This builder team including salespeople, construction managers and customer support members were some of the best I’ve ever dealt with. The sales team (Greg and Paul) for Valencia Golf and Country Club in Naples, FL were very knowledgeable and easy to work with. They worked hard to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and make the process as seamless as possible. The construction team (Nate and Ozzie) listened to my concerns and made sure things were done right or corrected promptly. The follow-up after we closed has also been excellent. Happy to be in a new home..Quality could be better

New home consultant and Loan officer was very helpful in my home buying process. They really went above and beyond.

Quality of materials is not great compare with my first home with Lennar. I am not happy with value of the price paid.

Rich treated us like family to make sure every detail was taken care of. Regardless of how busy he was, he never made you feel as though he didn’t have time to address your needs and accommodate to your time. Lennar is lucky to have him. :)

We have really struggled with the responsiveness of Lennar to repair items. The virtual assistant is a nice concept, but many of the repairs even six weeks later still have not been complete. This has dulled our overall desire to represent the company in a superior light. There are individual workers who are committed to their job, but many of the subcontractors are often late or they do not show for schedule appointments.

I love my home and I understand that there are a lot of struggles with supply chain these days. I have one major problem with my home is the interior paint. It is horrible. I have to repaint my brand new house and doors and molding. I don’t think that is right.

I've already filled out this survey 3 times. Long story short, house good, lender bad. Have fun.

Had a good buying experience. Even the post buying experience has been great. I can call the construction room manager with questions and he responds courteously.

Closed 2 months ago, still couldn’t move in due to issues not addressed as of yet

This model house is NOT a model: Workmanship is very poor. However, I might say that the construction manager, Jeff, and his right-hand man, Vidal, have responded to my requests very well.

The closing date kept moving more times than it should have. One time it was moved 24 hours prior to our third closing date. This was due to delays by construction. When we finally got a new home walk through the house was in no condition to be viewed. There were people still working on the home. Toilets were still being installed as we were inspecting the home. No appliances were installed, no gas meter, no sprinkler, no sod and no fence, painting not complete to name a few. It was extremely disappointing.

Would not recommend this builder. “Everything’s Included” is not entirely true. Also too much reliance on “technology” to handle everything - difficult to communicate face to face.

Overall great experience for a first time home owner. I had a lot of questions through out the process and LENNAR did a good job of answering those questions and teaching me.

Unhappy with quality and lies

Number of work orders have been submitted and issues with the house are still continuing. Customer service has not been helpful at all. Can you address these issues as soon as possible
