escrow was horrible....we were in escrow forb8 month while house being built. They waited until the LAST WEEK to let is know we need few more documents. Then we're scrambling to find before we closed. Ended up closing after initial closing date because of it.

Cindy at east highland Lilburn the new house sale agent was very unprofessional never called me for walk through never returned any of my calls Very bad experience. First time my walk through got cancelled she never informed me second time she never confirmed my walk through time. She were not helpful at all.

We love the home despite the fact that we are still having to deal with punch list issues prior to closing now that we’ve been in the home for 4 months. The Lennar agent our realtor worked with was not trustworthy come to find out on things we were told early on when we decided to buy. Lennar management is horrible! I wouldn’t ever seek out to work with this builder ever again.

Experienced numerous problems from purchase to closing. Did not receive things we were told were included in house. Couldn't even get in house for a couple of days after closing. Still unresolved problems. Overall was not a good experience.

The communication throughout this whole process has been terrible. The building of the home was a total rush job. The NHO was a disaster. 2 more walkthroughs were needed to make sure all the repairs and touchups were done. I will never work with Lennar again

Lennar moved up our completion date by a month but forgot to notify us until we followed up to ask them. When we arrived for the walk-through, we were stunned and dismayed by the amount of work that was not yet done or done incorrectly. They installed the wrong granite countertops and then ripped up our counters to replace them. They pressured us to close on time but didn't deliver our dishwasher until a week after closing. Alot of information was not included with buying this house & quiet a few issues came up. 1. New owners have to seal all the grout throughout the entire home.(found this AFTER we moved in by neighbors also upset about this.)2. If a wall has a crack or the window bead is coming away from the wall, custmer care will not fix it for an entire YEAR, because it is considered cosmetic(sure hope visitors don't mind seeing this in our BRAND NEW home!)3. Did not anticipate as many issues with a brand new construction which I continue to run into. It seems that the rush to build to sell these houses is a priority and attention to detail is not. I trusted Lennar to deliver a finished home to the expectation as identified when it was sold to me. That was not the case. From an unclean house to malfunctioning garage door is not what I expected when I set out to purchase a newly constructed house. Very disappointed.

I don’t know where to begin with our frustrations. This is the 4th house we’ve built and 2nd with Lennar. We were a return customer bc the our 1st experience was great from the sales agent they the after purchase customer experience. This time was a huge fail. The biggest fail being the sales agent. And that’s a huge statement considering we had to have our master bath redone due to a water leak and mold issues within the first month. I bought my house at the highest value and two months later I see other houses that look exactly like mine decrease by almost 20k. I understand it’s all about the market but that was drastic. The craftsmanship is ok but I notice the very small details that aren’t up to par. None of the air vent squares are straight and are slanted awkwardly. The sprinklers don’t work and I already called to put in an order and it was very bad customer service. The paint is chipped in some places. The layout is horrible. Please pay close attention to concrete work that is inferior to most builders in the region. The landscape provided is far the worst I have seen for a new home. (many dead or dying, cheap plants)

Closed on the home with items still outstanding. Assurances given that all would be taken care of in short order. Not to delay the closing and moving plans, etc. we went ahead and closed. Now we still have outstanding items, no contact with our superintendent who conveniently leaves a message on his voicemail that he does not check voice mail messages, and to email instead. Turns out, he does not respond to emails either. Felt very rushed to close, then they vanish. Not impressed and not happy overall.

In my home inspection more than 80 defects were identified to be fixed. They did not fix even 10%. They missed almost all appointments.

Overall, the house is beautiful! The followup on responding to issues and fixing those issues is really bad. My landscaping throughout the backyard has holes to where almost every piece of sod that was laid, is going to cause someone to sprain or break their ankle. We paid to have our hood in the kitchen vented to the outside. This was not completed and no one has come out to correct despite multiple attempts at contacting to find out when this work would be done. I would not recommend this company to anyone because they do not stand behind their work or items that are listed in a contract.

I am extremely disappointed in the quality of the house. I understand it is the cheapest new built house in the county. Terrible finishing work

Literally every single piece of crown molding in my house has split and separated from the wall and we have only lived here for 6 months. There is a wall that is 2 inches slanted out in the middle of a hallway, the grinder pump wasn't installed properly and I spent a full day fixing it myself. Cal-Atlantic had a great design, Lennar however is terrible at execution. Shooty work all over and no pride taken in the craft. So many warranty issues I have to deal with.
