Builders rush instead of ensuring quality products. The level of professionalism is below standard. Communication between all parties in the process is poor. If you have a new build, expect significant delays from the original move in date. I could go on, but basically expect to be disappointed and don’t set your expectations high.

Communication and response time is horrible for any warranty work needed. We were promised several things from first warranty guy then he was switched to different property and new guy has no idea about anything. Wait time to get items addressed and taken care of is ridiculous. We have asked to speak with supervisor verbally, through text, and via emails. No response on that yet either.

I would avoid Lennar knowing what I know now about the company and quality of their homes. They have admitted to utilizing a fast pace low quality model that I feel lends itself to poor craftsmanship, unaccountability, and a propensity to only be concerned with the bottom line. I say poor workmanship & oversight because so many of the issues are related to an untrained workforce. Simply stupid things: leftover carpet padding kernels under the carpet, so there are chunks of unevenness noticeable when you walk on the carpet in your bare feet; same with subfloor fasteners not set fully that you feel through the carpet; extremely poor caulk quality called out during the walk through, made worse when corrected; garage door track misaligned causing the door to warp; garage door weatherstrip short by 3+ inches; refusal to paint the wood truss portion that is visible in ...

I just purchased my brand new house in Stone Manor last month and the AC is not working, the roof is leaking at the front door, there is a yellow stain at the wall by the entrance door and there is an electrical switch that is catching on fire when you turn it on. No garbage bin

I don’t know where to start here. They use the cheapest labor. Cheapest parts. We moved into our home, and our home received 0 internet signal (we pay through our hoa). Cheap siding that had fallen off more than once. Then the people who fix it, leave white caulking on the side of the house and expect you to file claims to get it fixed. Plumbing was backed up with concrete. Rocks. Trash. Screws. Our customer service rep tried saying “well we can’t prove that it was or wasn’t you”. We choose a lot and purchased a Lennar home to be built for us in early November 2024 and then closely monitored and videoed the entire build. We are left disappointed with the construction workmanship, much of which took place during the winter. The concrete for the foundation and floors was poured in sub-zero temperatures with inadequate freeze protection with constantly failing heaters allowing the concrete to freeze in early curing stage leaving questionable quality. The Muirwood Model is ridiculous. The pantry is to big which caused the island to be to far from stove-especially when taking full pots of boiling water off the stove-the primary bathroom has doors banging into doors along with the shower door encroaching into the water closet door way, the stove is horrible. You have 3 very heavy grates and a griddle which have to be removed to clean the stove properly. The quality of the fit and finishes are pathetic and cheap. Typical of Lennar. House was way overpriced.

I guess the biggest thing is the only objective is to get the money from your buyer. Afterwards, it’s you are On your own. But, with all the HOA’s, water, gas, electric, etc. buyers could greatly use the benefit of a helping hand. Also, warranties, what we need to do who to call, connectivity issues in the house, all this can be overwhelming!!!

Where do I start? From being misled by the realtor to the poor workmanship in my home, the experience with Lennar has been nothing short of disappointing. The issues didn’t stop at closing—getting warranty work addressed has been a constant battle, with delays, lack of communication, and unresolved problems. I expected better from a national builder, but I’ve learned the hard way. I will never buy another home from Lennar, and I’d strongly caution others to think twice before doing so.

Had a terrible sales experience. OUr sales person lied to us over and over again. The build quality is average. There were several bowed walls throughout the house. There was little attention to detail. Get an inspection PRIOR to closing . We were missing roof tiles and joists.

I will say that the home is built with the lowest cost of materials possible, the interior paint is very poor in quality, and I believe it is only a primer coat, there was no garage door opener installed and we had to pay $500,00 to get that installed, the water pressure in the neighborhood is very poor and most of the new owners are very upset with the water pressure because you can't water the lawn because there is not enough pressure to run a sprinkler, take a shower, do laundry! I was verbally promised backyard grass and 3 trees upon moving in to my new Lennar build (as incentive). It’s been 4 weeks since move in and I have 2 trees and no grass in the backyard. Lennar will do the bare minimum for you as a customer because they only care about moving you in fast! Be careful.
