Lennar Reviews

they do what they promised. they respond in a timely fashion. Very nice guy.

First time buying a home, wish I knew what to look for before signing off, lesson learned.

Quality of the house is good but the quality of the flooring, appliances. cabinetry and granite where below average. I knew this when I bought. My choice was to invest in replacing flooring and appliances and add hardware to cabinets when I moved in. Lennar should have gave the same quality and attention that is given to the single family homes

Have asked lennar to stop sending me these rating reviews, and emails trying to sell me new houses and show me what homes are available etcetera! If Lennar can't figure out I've already purchased a home 4 months ago and can't figure out I don't need to buy another one; then why would I want to do business with an entity that doesn't listen to its buyers/customers!

Everyone we dealt with was great. No major issues and would definitely recommend Lennar to others. Thanks.

We loved much they communicated throughout the process and how easy they were to contact if there were any questions or issues.

The cupboard/cabinets in kitchen are extremely compromised with quality. We did felt that the cabinets in rented apartments are much better quality than what we got.

I am happy for choosing Lennar

Exterior and interior construction was rushed and shoddy. Construction manager and supervisor lied so much to homeowners on what they've promised they were going to do. My cabinet has a cracked before moving in September and still waiting on replacement. Still waiting on lanai to be installed as well. It's almost February now and nothing has been done. They put so many tapes to all over the house to remind them which ones needed attention and all they did was took them off. Nothing has been done. I will never reccomend Lennar. What I will recommend is a class action lawsuit against them. ... More

Very pleasant buy experience and the construction managers were very patient in their explanations during orientation

Thanks Kelly and Jason for always providing updates and being so responsive! You both made the home buying process so easy

Great Experience Helpful with everything

very nice community but the nearest school for my kids to attend is over 30 mins away and estimated bus drive is 1.5 hours. If we needed to pick up or drop off our kids it would consume over 2 hours a day spent driving. If you have kids that need to attend school do not move here. also the infrastructure has not been addressed. One builder is dropping 700 homes and the roads are single lane each way. This area is going to be a mess for several years until the growth catches up to the homes being built.

Everything we were promised didn’t happen

Overall experience with the Team at Magnolia Trace has been great. They were always very responsive and helpful. We highly recommend Lennar!

Lisa was great! Always prompt answering any and all questions. She’s a true rockstar!

The sales team were great. The general contractor and basically the build of the house made me question the quality.

I would recommend Lennar. It was a pleasure working with them.

everything was great thank you very much

Great service. Excellent staff. Smooth process.

We waited ten years to purchase a home and the team at Lennar streamlined the process. Great responsive sales team, quality builders and the gift of homeownership for my wife and five kiddos. Thank you!

From our first exposure to Lennar and our visit to a model home all the way up to today, we have been surrounded by a team of support staff that has catered to our needs with a genuine concern about making us happy. I hope everyone has the same home buying experience we have had.

Had a lot of issues from the morning we were closing until 3 months after we closed. The crew that did the grass left a bunch of wet concrete in the yard after rolling the sod down. They came and rolled after we closed. Now it’s either big chunks of concrete in our front and backyard or dig it up and have to fill with soil and new sod ourselves. Our breaker box in the garage was wired wrong and we couldn’t even use our dryer until an electrician finally made it out. The corners of drywall is already cracking. Door frames are coming undone. The floor molding is coming apart. Dealing with a lot of stuff that we shouldn’t have to deal with 3 months into a brand new home. ... More
