Overall I am pleased with my new build. However I’ve noticed a lot of issues after moving in that have to do with things being rushed as far as painting and craftsmanship. I would not trade my home for anything!

Our new home is beautiful and well built (and has a builder-backed warranty for certain issues that may pop up as the house settles). But what really makes Lennar stand out is the customer support staff (Bill, Melinda, and Tiffany) each of whom made our journey of purchasing a new-construction home a breeze. We purchased a spec home which was about 2/3 complete when we first saw it (so the various finish options had already been selected for the home). Because of the sale on our existing home, we needed a move in date that was much sooner than Lennar had planned for the completion of the spec home; however, showing their true colors, Bill (the superintendent on the job site), Melinda (the site’s real estate broker), and Tiffany (the customer support/warranty representative) rev’d up production and finished the build in time for us to move in before Thanksgiving. Being new to TN and recently divorced, this company really took their time and answered all my questions. I was kept up to date with delays and building phases. I also hired a third party inspector and he stated this was a great buy! Thank you!

We were rushed to close on Black Friday, a day that was not good for us, and the house still had a lot of things not completed. Today is January 12th and both of my garage doors are still not operational. The gentlemen that did our walk through was very nice and promised to have everything done within a week and he would help us out with having some pendant lights we bought installed if we gave him a good review, which we did, but after that he ghosted us and never answered the phone or text messages. It had to be done virtual, and it was way faster than what it was face to face in the past. I just wished the builder had cut more on closing costs like builder fees Gene at the mortgage department was great

Nice community and nice location

The quality of the job is not good as it was expected. They’re pushing you to extend to meet their goal even though the house is not ready yet to closed

The home was supposed to be fully wired for alarm service only two windows out of six were properly wired. Workmanship and quality of product wasn’t up to par. Low grade windows only the bottom tilts in for for cleaning. And the windows had a lot of silicone around the frame Leaking out very sloppy work . From the paint to the caulking and seals very hastily done and not properly done . The workers spilled glue on the floor still trying to get that all off. Garage floor has chunks of cement not smoothed out properly. garage door has a 15 inch dent on the bottom panel and I didn’t discover it till a week later and I’m not a jerk and wouldn’t ask them to replace it at this point. and if you ask for service they will come out but then there’s two guys in your house tearing up walls and fixing stuff . Not cool. Project building manager obviously not keeping an eye on the workers and the quality of workmanship. Lennar should make sure that the quality of their product at their lowest cost homes is the same as their most expensive homes. I needed to change and upgrade a lot of things in the house. I thought I was getting a deal with the appliances included but they were very cheap and I’m slowly replacing them. And I’ve only been in the house for two months. I will have to spend around $10,000 to get the Home up to a better standard.We pay $750 a year for HOA fees, for what I don’t know there’s nothing here there’s a little play park for toddlers. That’s it ,no amenities besides that I have no clue what we’re paying for. Shame on me. What’s the old adage there’s a sucker born every minute. I’m the sucker that proves that. ... More

Dylan was great to work with through the whole process.

At first the experience went well, but we had a hard time closing due to the poor workmanship at the end that caused us to have 3 home inspections and end the end it was still done poorly

We had a great experience. I wish there were more design choices to personalize our home better from the start. But we love our house!
