There is really too many things to write a review on and the things we have submitted for work orders do not get fixed, I feel like I put my money into the wrong homebuilding company.

Many things in the house was not complete there were multiple plumbing issues no one wanted to fix the problems regardless of the fact of spending over a half 1 million on this home Lennar is not a good partner in service

Horrible workmanship

All my tiles are uneven, I have been waiting months for my grading to be fix. Yesterday a light fixture fell out of the ceiling. The walls are extremely thin I can hear all the pipes when I turn on the water. The house was poorly insulated. The list goes on and on.

No attention to detail. Workmanship is poor. Grass they laid down is terrible. Damages were done after I closed to my property from a Lennar sub and Lennar told me to handle it with the sub.

We bought a home here and there were few items reported for repair 4 months ago. Have chased both builder and onsite manager and no response so far. Would never buy home from Lennar in future.

our house AC flooded 2 months after moving in. It was a horrible experience and hardly anyone helped us get things resolved until the Regional Manager stepped in. Ken did an incredible job but all other employees of Lennar that I talked to seemed uninterested and negligent while our home was flooded.

Very disappointed with everyone involved from sales person to contractors and everyone in between. Once purchased issues are addressed in a very poor and unconcerned matter. Told not to except perfect in this new home build take what I got even though I paid full asking price. Never recommend Lennar to anyone ever

Complete unethical builder

I went with an outside lender because they had a more competitive interest rate, which Lennar allows you to do. My original close date was 2/19. Due to a snow storm in Texas (A FEMA declared disaster) we were pushed to the following week 2/26. The appraisal company (hired by my Lender) was rescheduled for 2/23. The appraiser called to have the house be open and that they were on their way. They no showed. I couldn’t close on 2/26. This is where Lennar gets extremely unethical. 5 month old hone with at least 10 unanswered tickets in queue. Water seeping through guest bath floor, havent heard from anyone. Closing was moved at last minute and blue tape items never fixed. Have not heard from anyone!! Never again..

Worst home buying experience in my life

Absolutely the worst. We’ve lived in our new home for 4 months and the entire house is a disaster. I’ve had dozens of work orders through the warranty. Most of the items were repaired poorly but many of them haven’t been fixed at all. As I type this I have 2 windows that need replaced, over 200 drywall patches that need to be sanded and painted, over 20 cracked floor boards, and a completely sanded staircase with No stain available to fix it. This is my first Lennar home and I love the layout and everything included concept. However, the company lacks the quality of work. They pushed to close on a home that was not ready. It’s been 4 months and my house is a mess. Problems with the house includes tearing out 14 feet of drywall, texture of the walls are terrible, mold in my downstairs bedroom that requires remediation, upstairs bathroom pan was loose and the pan was defective so they had to cut drywall from my garage to fix and replace the pan. Lennar mortgage was a hot mess. Will never use them again. Love my home but the workmanship was not up to what Lennar says their standards are. Horrible trim, drywall and painting. Door going to garage from inside the house installed crooked, light switches are not consistent throughout the house, clogged drains and broken tiles that had to be fixed after closing. They are at your beckon call until closing and then they are too busy to get back to you. It’s more about quality than quality for them. The company's refusal to replace cheap appliances that do not work.

A couple of decades ago, Lennar was a builder who focused on producing a high quality product at a fair price. Those days are gone. Today, their new homes use the cheapest materials possible. Plastic shower stalls and bathtubs, appliances that don't work. Complaints are ignored even for the most trivial issues, such as trim that needs an extra coat of paint. The decline in quality and attention to detail is shocking if, like us, you've owned a Lennar home in the past. We cannot recommend.

Cutting Corners

Bought in the middle of the pandemic and the housing shortage. Sometimes the most prestigious of organizations prioritize gain versus quality. I moved in 4 months ago and it took a lot of effort to address all the poor workmanship and materials. They are still being worked on. I believe the issues I am experiencing could have been avoided if there was accountability on making sure the final product met expectations. No light bulb in the garage and uneven floors (both 1st and 2nd floors) to name a few that should be noticeable but was deemed acceptable by Lennar's inspectors/QA.
