This whole experience has been horrible from poor workmanship quality to mistake after mistake. And even worse I am STILL waiting on basic things to be fixed. Lennar customer service is useless and does not care or know anything every time I call them. It takes weeks to get any type of answer about things and then when they come to fix it they break things even more. The only reason I have two complete work orders is because I called myself and advocated.

Our home was not delivered on time not anywhere near the date that was told to us when we purchased it. When we did close and moved in we found at least 40 plus items that needed to be addressed which we have submitted tickets for repairs. Our construction manager promised he would deal with them and disappeared then we were given another contact and they disappeared. We have lived in our home for over a month and still do not have mirrors. When you submit tickets for repairs the contractor just shows up without scheduling with us and we have to work we can’t just sit around every day ...

Worst buying experience I have ever had. Pressured to do walk thru then nothing on the list from walk thru was completed by closing. 45 days after closing and light fixtures are still on back order, roof tiles broken, and doorbell doesn't work. only in the last 24 hrs has anybody tried to help. Walls are not straight, and paint is one coat of the cheapest paint on the market. Job site was full of trash for entire build and had to personally remove trash behind cabinets and in walls before being inclosed.

These is our second time buying a home and the experience with Lennar is awful. No one respond in a timely manner to any situation. Home was close with lots of open items that I need to follow up week and no one can confirm when they are going to get fix. The right hand does not know what the left hand does. The quality of equipment and construction do not match the price. Every time I call for follow up have to go over what is needed, they do keep track of customer situations or items. This experiencing of buying a home with Lennar, and now living in the product for a month is nothing but a huge disappointment. As a Realtor of over 18 years, who has sold to my customers a lot of Lennar products over the years, this experience of buying my own has been awful and I would never suggest to anyone to purchase a product from them. Very bad experience, I have called and even went to the office and no response with the things that need fixing, and we are still waiting for someone to respond to us. Many things needed to fix on the first walk through. Still waiting for it to be fix. And now we have other things to get fix, No response at all. I would not want anyone to go through this.

I never expected the following from the Lennar a reputed builder! 1. We were told that the house will be closed by October-November of 2021. But the house was closed on April 28, 2022. The 6 months delay. 2. The house was not ready at the time of closing. We were forced to close the home on closing day since me moved from out of state. Our house is incomplete and has many workmanships problems. Very poor quality, Tiles needing to be replaced, Cupboard doors and drawers missing, Lennar took ours and gave them to someone else. Shotty workmanship - looks like they let drunk people install in my house. There was absolutely nothing good about the experience with Lennar. Don’t be fooled by having everything from your lender to you insurance under one roof. They are completely inept and unprofessional. Once we moved in we found the quality underwhelming. From crooked windows that make our custom blinds look like crap to the sprinkling system that won’t shut off and or leaks. This experience was horrible and I would never ever recommend Lennar builders.

This experience was not one I would recommend. After all the trials and tribulations I still had work being done on my home the day I settled and it was like pulling teeth to correct what was identified was wrong. From the beginning we have had nothing but problems, and the problems just continue. The sales process was the only part that was smooth. Our experience with Lennar was horrible. The quality of our home is terrible and our construction manager, Eric, didn't care about doing his job. He lied and dismissed our concerns. We failed our framing inspection multiple times due to Eric not doing his job. We had a 3rd party inspector come out and pointed out things that were wrong with our framing. First was told that its was not a special tax district and it is. Quality of build is not good and have to have customer service fix things after the fact. Waived escrow for property tax and now Lennar is going back on the contract…Worst experience ever. I wish i never bought the home

Lennar uses the lowest quality materials available. The granite counters were not sealed properly so stains appear from the slightest drop of water. The stove top had been repaired and on initial usage a large chip appeared. The washer and dryer are the cheapest GE has. The dishwasher stopped working after 4 runs and had to be reset. Salesman didn’t help. Wouldn’t comp anything messed up that was their fault that constantly delayed my move in dates. Concrete poured just days before close and cracked. Couldn’t even park in my driveway or garage. Wood work was sloppy and cut short. Drywall had lumps in it where the wall was left uneven. Stairs creek after only a week in home.
