The craftsmanship is a disaster. The corners on the rounded wall has plastic exposed. The floor was not cleaned for paint and tape adhesive. The windows and hot water connection in master bath were not repaired after multiple after multiple complaints. The home hand off was delayed by Lennar which drove the interest rate significantly and the lender was, lack of a better term, super arrogant and wantedly delayed locking the interest rate. The sales people were terrible and were very unsupportive. There was no help during the move in time and never gave the hand out for essentials like water ...

i had the worst possible homebuying experience. this is our first house and lennar shattered all our dreams of having a quality home that we dreamt of for years. First off, our house was not even ready to be walked in by NHO. Our inspector pointed out major structural issues, roofing issues, cosmetic issues, you name it, before NHO, most of which were not taken care of in time, falsely claimed to have been fixed + their sloppiness delayed our closing. They all put cheap material with in month moved in more than 100 issue noted and not resolved and filed customer service gentle man not knowledge able with problems and does not have customer service skills, rushing closing the tickets with out solving problems. water leak from bathroom since 3/4 March to until 4/26 not fix, drainage issued on the right side of the house not fix same time. Finishing was not good still have lots of pain stain on hardwood floor.

I couldn't have had worst experience than buying a home from Lennar. I was deceived in signing the purchase of the wrong home. When I spoke to the Orlando sales consultant about his mistake he said he couldn’t change it. I ended up with a subpar home. A home with gross poor workmanship, with over 130 areas to be fixed, malfunction equipments , a wavy all, you name it. To make matters worst, the home was nothing like the one I had toured to buy. The lack of quality workmanship was appalling. There was garbage in our house on move in. There were (and still remain after 2 month) many many issues with the house. The extreme lack of professionalism of both the sales and construction manager. No communication and lack of integrity in many interactions. I can not recommend lenar to others.

Construction managers are the worst ever. It’s really a worst home buying experience. They would literally lie. During the walk they say they would take care of it. When you move in they say they didn’t say that. They try to take advantage of Covid and supply chain problem and replace appliances with lower cost ones to save costs. They even try to save costs by not painting some walls

Absolutely horrible experience. Construction team left windows open and my floor and walls got soaked from the rain Over night. Then had to fight to have a remediation team come out. (This occurred during construction) paint all over our appliances and floors, had to fight to get it fixed. This my my 2nd Lennar purchase, 1st purchase was a great experience, after this 2nd purchase, I could not recommend Lennar Homes in DHS due to vendors/contractors and, they have really cheapened their homes products.

I would never recommend Lennar to any home buyer. The overall experience was so poor and this is my 4th home purchase. So many things went wrong with this home purchase from day one up until the closing day. I will NEVER buy a home with Lennar again and I would NEVER recommend them.

We had so many issues but didn’t get fix at all or on time I would never recommend friends to buy Lennar home because of all cheap material and price which is not worth it compare to houses we bought previously. Still waiting for garage door to be changed , loft to get fixed , front door key not working , cheap flooring to get fixed and so many other issues.

This national builder does not live up to its promises. The representatives are either lying or don’t know their business. The closing was a slapstick scene from a comedy, but we weren’t laughing. The follow up to fix outstanding items has been a nightmare. Several repairs have required multiple visits. No one from the builder will take responsibility, everyone just passes the buck. Mediocre finished product and horrid customer service from the builder.

The builder uses low quality trades, makes numerous mistakes, and hires staff with no relevant construction experience. They fail to keep their word on basically everything, workers do not show up when scheduled, and, overall, Lennar is the McDonald’s of buying a house. Absolute garbage.

I have bought my house over 2 months and still have things on my list needed to be completed. They force a closing and was unable to meet the deadline of closing my house. They messed up my closing plans which had me ending up having to pay for a can for extra days. The. My house had over 16 issues and damaged appliances which still hasn’t been replaced. This has been the worst buying experience. They reach out and only make promises just to not come through with promises. I do not recommend.

This is our 2nd home that we purchased with Lennar the 1st one was in 2017 and it had way better quality. The price for this home is way higher but the materials are completely lower in quality Lennar keeps justifying that the inventory is low but it seems like it's actually just trying to get cheaper materials. We recognized Lennar for striving to deliver the best smart and best product in the market but in the market but it seems like it's not anymore. Sad.

During my homebuying process I was stationed in Fort Bliss, Texas and was unable to view the property that I intended to close on. So, imagine my surprise when I show up to my recently purchased home (purchased 1/24/22 and arrived 2/25/22) and saw I was missing these essential daily items. I have lived in this townhome for almost 7 months. My garage floor has spider cracks from wall to wall. As many many of the new homes here do. My counter slab was cracked in half, needed to be replaced. I am sitting in my office now, with a space heater blowing on high to keep this tiny room from frost. There is no insulation. House was not finished when we closed My contact person didn't even bother to contact me. He was on vacation. They did come back after we moved it but there are still many thing that could have been a lot better like all of the digs and dents in the moding and trim and window sills. I also am trying to figure out the whole smarh home thing and get the house balance for tempeuater. It is taking over a week for customer care to call back and they call the wrong number. I don't even know how to get help now.

From what I keep hearing, Lennar home is supposed to be the highest quality home builder. But that’s the biggest lie ever! From the sales team that got my insurance company info wrong. The house having issues during walk through that was noted but was not fixed! I was told that it would be fixed but never was. My experience with Lennar has been more like a nightmare. But ask anyone in our new development, and they will say the same thing. First, they have no regard for your closing date. They pushed us out 4 months resulting in a lease back then short-term costing us an additional $10,000 with storage fees. The quality of the work is as bad as it gets.
