While the house was completed, due to the rush the house has so many issues. The lack of response from Lennar is insane. I have people showing up with no prior warning, its been over a month and problems just keep arising. We pointed out things during final inspection in Dec that still are not repaired. My cabinets need repair and they want to come in 6 months to repair them? My breakers were tripping, down the towel holder falling and need to be repaired twice. The paint job looks like my teenager did it. The list just keeps going.

Overall the buying experience wasn't as bad. My issues started with the home inspection after the build and then after I was told that all repairs had been taken care off which was not the case once I had closed. Make sure you are detailed on the home inspections, some of the materials used, specially for all the cabinetry are what I consider very low quality. From talking to my neighbors, it appears that the builder had many homes with the same issues within the neighborhood which shows either a lack of quality control and/or using sub par contractors. It was so stressful and so frustrating experience buying a home with Lennar. I’m not sure it’s in this area itself or from others areas too. I had experienced a lot of hidden things and responses from teams are horrible and construction is not good as other builders. I did mistake buying this home please don’t fall in the trap! No parking HOA sucks there won’t be any follow up in the issues you raised and no one cares once you buy home!!! Again I will take complete responsibility of my mistake which I have done in my life and if anyone read this don’t just look at the brand. Also club house ...

The Poor quality of workmanship in final walk through.

The Sales team was excellent throughout the process and even after we closed on our home. The quality of the build as well as the communication from the project manager left a lot to be desired. The change in timeline was not communicated and we are still waiting for items to be completed. We still have blue tape on items that were not repaired from the initial walkthrough.

The poor quality of workmanship. So many things needed to be pointed out to be fixed. They should have never been left up to the homeowner to point out.

If at all possible do not closing at end of fiscal year. Things were too rushed and done so poorly. Would consider not using Lennar again if we had other options.

It’s been 2 months since I’ve closed on my house and there’s still a long outstanding list of items that still need to be complete. The only one who responds is the customer service Mgr who has to work with construction Mgr and their contractors who do poor quality work if they show up at all. This has been a nightmare and I’m embarrassed to show my new home to anyone. I can’t enjoy it or do anything to it until certain items remaining are done. Instead of being happy with buying my first home I’m disgusted each day that I look at things not fixed/done.

I recently purchased a brand new everything is included lennar home unfortunately, i as well as many other homeowners in the community have had an avalanche of issues. Faulty/ low quality garage doors, low quality workmanship throughout house. A real disaster

I like the neighborhood, the area, and customer service for Lenar was alright. The quality of the home is below par. There are warped walls, our heater didn't work for the first 2 months, and contractors seemed upset when they had to come fix something.

Do not close on a home and believe that they will have things wrapped up when they say they will. Would not recommend.3 months in huge crack in ceiling doors won’t open on back of house. Lennar is production builder and it shows. Get them in and close.

After this experience with Lennar I would not choose this builder again nor recommend it to another person. I love the neighborhood and the area, but the overall quality of my home and the overall experience has been terrible. It all started with the sales person and then to construction. The only easy part was with finance. I have been here since August 2021 and I am still dealing with work tickets on incomplete or damage items within the home.
