For the most part good. However, the floor has some anomalies. Not even in all locations and caulking in bathroom is cracking. Finally, no instructions on operation of dishwasher. The dishwasher had no warranty information and appears to have been installed incorrectly. When dishwasher door is closed it is not straight. The whole thing with the dishwasher seems to be a lack of detail.

Worst experience, lennar only cares about the sell not the customer. Homes being pushed out in 5-6 months with nothing but issues, hence why they offer such appealing warranties to lure the customers in. I had foundation issues as soon as I closed on the house and I came out of pocket for it and still haven’t gotten reimbursed back for it. Submitting legitimate work orders to get the house fixed and the construction mangers will argue with you instead of fixing the actual issue just so there numbers look good. Horrible house finishing. Close in August we are in January and still waiting for things to be fix.

Monitor every detail. We have crooked walls, cracked trim, cabinet doors all needed replacement including at least ten doors. Lennar definitely cut corners to get this house done asap. Instead of getting a new house, we now have a house that has had a lot of work redone and looks patchy. Floor boards were cracked and scratched during install. Found plastic in our furnace. Window and plumbing issues. Basically every trade has had to return to our home to fix something.

Do not purchase a home in Babcock National due to the poor quality of materials and workmanship. Warranty work is very hard to get done once you have closed

Everyone involved in the process was extremely courteous and knowledgeable.

You have to watch all the time about the building of their house. I was living just right around the corner from my house being built and it was very frustating

Lennar does a good job with its homes from start to finish- including financing.

I caution buyers on purchasing your new build with Lennar. Especially during this hostile market where there is a high demand for homes and a shortage of supplies. My home was handed to me with a load of problems as a result of rushed work, poor quality of workmanship, and materials. To make matters worse, the customer care team has been non responsive to any of the 8 service tickets I’ve submitted. I’m going into my 5th month of living in the house and the amount and nature of the issues in the house are just unacceptable. The worst one of all is the water that leaks in through my master bedroom window any time it storms and more recently the snow storm. ... More

Cheap materials, rushes craftsmanship, last minute downgraded materials with no money refunded, cracks in multiple seems in corners, squeaky floors prior to move in, cracked windows, sprinkle lines installed on neighbors property, sink hole in back yard due to graders "forgetting" hay bell. List goes on and on ask anyone on the FB group made just for this issues.

Closed in August, still waiting to fix more than 10 issues

Lennar provided a home that was perfect for us with respect to the floor plan, features, and lot location. The Lennar team was very easy to work with - from home selection through closing!

The home buying experience was not as good as I wanted, however the final product of the home is great.

My wife and I were so excited about moving into our new townhouse in Florida. We were all prepared to turn key and settle in. We were not prepared for what we encountered when we arrived home after closing. Appliances were not installed, counter tops damaged and not cut correctly, cabinet doors installed damaged, trim work on doors cut too short, numerous drywall issues, missing window sills, hot water heater didn’t work, numerous issues with paint, home was not cleaned prior to move, floors were covered in drywall mud, paint and grease. Front door had missing weather stripping, water to washer did not work properly, shower floors covered in paint and grout. Spent weeks trying to resolve all issues, some to this day have yet to be corrected. Very dissatisfied with Lennar on selling a house in this condition. ... More

The houses are built quickly. The 8’ wood doors and 10’ ceilings are very nice. The trim is wide with an updated look. The house has lots of quality windows with windowsills. Lennar kitchens are roomy with a big islands and lots of counter space. The downside of Lennar homes is the drywall finishing and painting in certain areas. Quality paint is not used and some areas need repainting.

Would like more options on materials.
