Would not stand behind their workmanship. Carpet unraveled within 48 hours and they would not fix. Closet bars fell of the wall. Circuits trip all the time. Already filled out first survey to absolutely no response. Would never recommend.

If you decide to buy a Lennar home is built really sloppy and cheap with no installation inside your home. The builders build these homes in the dark with no electricity by using flash lights...They will blame you for the issues with your house so no cost to them...Your home is built with particle board... For the money I would really consider another builder.. Do not use their mortgage company Eagle Mortgage its the worst ever

The worst nightmare

It was a really a Nightmare . The only can see a little concern for their mistakes was the Eagle Financial personnel. The res , include , Mr Carlos Gonzales , the president, were very careless about me as a customer Also I recommended another customer who both in Aquabella but never again. I will not recommended anybody else again

maintenance service is very bad

Worst maintenance service. Tickets are not resolved for months. They just close the tickets without fixing the issues. New house car garage has big cracks. No hot water for first 1 week. Patios are NOT properly cleaned. Lot of dents in each step of the stair case. Kitchen shelfs are not properly fixed, still not fixed after 3 months.

Lennar build them fast, and leave quality out

Sales staff and warranty group are great. However that is backwards, if you have great quality, homes they will sell themselves, and warranty should be the loneliest group if quality is demanded when building. Higher management is not interested in quality, but only production. Slam build, and let warranty deal with the homeowner until they get so frustrated they stop asking for repairs that should have been done right when building.

Poor materials and worse craftsmanship. Not trustworthy. They don’t deliver on their commitments. Their contractors are inefficient and extremely wasteful. I would not recommend Lennar communities.

Very Disappointing. Very Misleading.

At first glance Lennar homes look like a dream. That is only at first glance. The quality and workmanship is horrible. Paint slopped everywhere, granite that doesn't quite fit, boards protruding from walls, baseboard separating from walls, doors that wont close or lock, electrical issues, misshapen walls/ceilings, patched holes EVERYWHERE, you name it, Lennar construction will mess it up and then try to hide it from you. Lennar support will then blatantly ignore all requests you make for service and do zero follow up to resolve outstanding issues. We have owned the home for 4 months and still ...

Issues from walkthroughs has not been resolved upon close - had to put a work order in, it took Lennar 4 months to address issues. Still have two work orders in one from January and one from February. Only a few issues have been resolved, and many issues have came back after repair. Lennar reps pass the buck. Customer service is terrible. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Very unhappy with this community. Parking is horrible, walls are very thin, neighbors are rude and inconsiderate. Will be doing the very minimal time of my loan terms before I’m out of here.

The quality of workmanship is awful. The quality of the product is awful. The contractors don't communicate with each other therefore leaving a less than standard quality product for the homeowner to fix. We moved in in Sept and we're still dealing with issues like placing a bathroom mirror over an outlet, tile cut wrong and showing the floor underneath, kitchen faucet disconnecting from the counter, wrong caulk in the entire basement, water filtration system was put in wrong, permanent footprints, broken and crooked heat vents, and so on.
