We thought from when we first walked in the door it was five star. From the sales team to the building managers and now getting items repaired. Really five star across the board and we will recommend lenar to friends and family!

The customer service from Lennar and the vendors is poor. Waiting for weeks and months for simple fixes and repairs is ridiculous. The follow up from the builder to individual contractors is non existent to very poor. The homes are being closed before they are ready. So many of the issues we and our neighbors have addressed should have been taken care of before closing. We can only hope the the overall quality of the home is good and that we won’t be facing issues for years to come. Also why isn’t the second phase of the amenities completed let alone started. We have been hearing for over 2 years that it will be ready in a year. Here we are in year three of this development and it is not even started. ... More

My wife and I had an excellent experience with Lennar and we are so happy with our home! We love our community and it is exactly what we expected.

Construction supervisor was impertinent and rude; workers without necessary skills were pulled from other crews to complete work - which was then poorly done. Replacements/substitutions made due to supply chain issues were NOT even close to "equal to or better than the model", as promised.

I am overall so disappointed in my new home and the experience that I had purchasing that, six months in, I am considering selling. I have already had leaks around the toilet because the pedestal sat too high - no one bothered to fix it before I moved in. They had to remove the toilet and the flooring, sand down the large concrete bump in the foundation and replace the flooring and toilet - an easy fix if you do it right the first time. I was without full use of my master bath for about 3 weeks while this was being done. After 3 "final" walk throughs almost none of the items we listed were complete. It was closing day by then and I just had to go with it. None of the doors is hung correctly leaving large gaps around doors - the laundry room door is so warped that I am not sure how they hung it. My house was not the most expensive, so I conclude that they either just didn't care about our homes in favor of the more expensive ones or that is just how they do business. They market these homes as the"everything is included homes" when in reality that couldn't be further from the truth. They don't even include doorbells! You basically get your four walls. I will give them credit for including a tankless hot water system and insulating the water pipes well - other than that - I've got nothing good to say. ... More

After less than a month of moving in a flood occurred in my home, flooding 2/3 of the interior of my newly built home. The drain lines to the washing machine was not connected. I also experienced another flood in a former LENNAR home I had moved from-a Coach home- After just 3 days a sewage backup breached my master bath. Numerous experiences brought to one main conclusion with Lennar employees: incompetence. ALL laborers at LENNAR: No one spoke the English language, making it difficult to communicate my issues. I have purchased to date 4 Lennar homes. 2 of those homes had countless issues/defects/poor construction, etc. VERY UNHAPPY/dissatisfied with Lennar-the entire organization. ... More

Lennars goal is to close business and there is so much room for improvement. I told my sales guy I could not meet at a certain date since I locked in the house. I never meet with customer service, I was sent another builder supervisor instead. When we spent TWICE time to call out cosmetic things that needed to be repaired, only a very few were taken care of and the rest... well they just peeled off the orange stickers. Most of the paint jobs are leaky and full of paint buggers. Love the location, and the size of the land, but I would need to see lots of improvement before buying another home by this builder. ... Experience of buying new home is Good

We had lots of issues…during framing we saw missing walls and closets. Holes made in the subfloor as well. After move in, it’s been a constant battle of fixing roof leaks, plumbing leaks, and workmanship issues. We wish we never bought this house.

We thought highly of Lennar and it was our dream to buy a Lennar Home. The process started with great hopes, agents were really nice. But we face lot of disappointments during construction and post construction. The construction manager is rude, the issues that we reported during construction were denied to be fixed and we got bad treatment from the construction manager. When we moved into our new home, within weeks we started seeing several issues from water softener connection not connected to kitchen, heating connection was not accurately done, our refrigerator loses power every week with out we using any other appliances and many more. The material used in our homes is very poor quality. It's not just our experience, several of my neighbors have same concerns. We are very angry with the construction management and very disappointed in Lennar. Lennar has really degraded its reputation. ... More

My concern has been the outside paint on the house seems to be coming off, with the ongoing construction we often sweep or wash with the water house and the paint comes off.

The workmanship and materials are sub par. For a new home, many follow up repairs are needed, which is ridiculous.

My salesperson Carson was above and beyond helpful and patient. He made me feel as if he truly cared and did everything he could to keep me informed and guided me wisely. My loan officer Justin was exceptional as well.

At closing make sure you look at ever detail when doing walk through. Test everything to make sure its working.

Great overall experience!! We love our new house.

Lack of quality. Townhouse was not ready for homeowner inspection. Blue tape walk through was rough as there were tons of cosmetic issues and rep was stingy with the blue tape. Zero flexibility to add anything. Too worried about the bottom line to even put in pendent lights over the island.

Builders warranty sucks because basically there is no warranty on the sod they laid down I put in a work order and it took 2 1/2 months of me hounding my warranty guy and he even came out and looked and agreed with me that they screwed up but his boss was a jerk and won’t pay to have it fixed

The overall experience was good. The main main structure and overall detail of the townhouse is great. However the finishing touches extremely sloppy. We felt very rushed to close and it was obvious the workers were rushed as well. The first day of our walk thru was a disaster. It wasn’t even close to being completely and we were supposed to have a walk thru?? Townhome was never thoroughly cleaned liked it should’ve been. One window sill was cut way too short so instead of cutting a new piece they installed it and put a bunch of caulk at each end. The hole for the medicine cabinet for the second bathroom was cut wrong so they just installed the cabinet and left a 1 inch gap at the top. Texture that was sprayed on the walls is dripped on the base floor molding. Tiles around the tub in the second bathroom were not cut smooth. They left jagged edges and covered it with grout. ... Good experience with the builder but I had issues with the loan officer. Make sure you don’t have any issues with your document prior to closing.
