I have two investment homes with Lennar and both times I closed was a disaster, unprofessional, shoddy workmanship and forced to close even though there were so many outstanding deficiencies, unacceptable. Was on track to purchase 4 more investment properties, it will not be with Lennar.

From start to now my whole experience was horrible with Lennar. Still having issues. They sold me a house without making the proper drainage. Even the site work is not done yet. The house is falling a part. Will Never ever buy from them and recommend to keep away from this company. The problems never end. After the closing almost every day we are having a fixing job.for example I’m expecting another crew today...! Ridiculous..!

PLEASE PLEASE DON'T BUY LENNAR!!!First off Lennar baits customers in and ever so slightly switches what the customer paid for. We paid a lot more for a premium lot. We were told by our sale person that nothing or no one would build or construct behind us. We came home and found the area behind us staked off for a walking trail. There went our privacy right out the window. Do you think Lennar was professional enough to ever let us know anything about it? Now Lennar is saying that they knew nothing about the walking trail and that we have to direct our concerns to the city and the ...

Lennar cuts every corner and does not honor its warranty. They are unresponsive, rude and do not do proper repairs.

The materials used are cheap. The craftsmanship put in to the home is cheap. There’s so many peoples and the customer service line refuses to fix them. Always finding a loophole. My first review was denied. Concrete is crumbling. Grout is crumbling. The home is 6 months old.

I bought to houses with Lennar I still got damage in both.the do not fixed and managers and employees treat people like garbage.

LENNAR has no oversight or process to follow up on issues after the sale. Had 30 day walkthrough to see what need to be addressed haven’t been back since. That was 4 months ago. Wish they had a negative star all categories would receive a negative rating workmanship was poor at best. But they don’t care not there house just a paycheck for the workers.

I have filled out 2 customer care complaints with lists of things that still need to be fixed over the last 2 weeks. I have received no calls or emails regarding the lists. Everytime I fill out a form I get an email stating someone will be in contact within 48hrs, yet I received nothing.

It all starts with lies. First, they sent you emails stating you need to change all utilities before the closing date only to allow you to be responsible for all the water and electricity used to finish the home. Then, you are faced with a high bill to congratulate you on your new home. Many minor issues you begin to see in the home that you didnot grasp during the 20 minute walk thru. All good and beautiful till you add a service to your home and then they claim you violated your warranty and they scratch it off the list as if you screwed yourself and they were waiting for you to fall. Quality of materials used is poor, property seems to have gone up quickly with a lack a quality control, when issues arise, there is a delay in response, appointments for repairs were made and no call/no show. Neighbors have expressed discord regarding quality as well.

This company has no business building houses . My two kids could have painted the house better and that’s not the only problem , the flooring company they use is the worst Not only that after repairs are done you feel like you should have just done them yourself . Lennar should be embarrassed to close on a home in this poor condition. There is no quality control. From door knobs falling off to plumbing fixtures detaching. The list is long. I feel they threw my home together and they are taking their sweet time fixing all the problems. I do not recommend nor will I ever buy a Lennar.

There are several things wrong. My home flooded within 24 hours of moving in, due to Brandon *Building Site Manager* not properly installing a whose on my washer. Ultimately causing 3-areas of my home to have water damage, mold/mildew and wet carpet. Took the builder 3-months to rectify the problem through warranty department. Builder was not flexible with home owners. Builder insisted the homeowner take off work for repairs instead of working around homeowners schedule. Lennar made a lot of written (via email) promises and never kept them. Horrible Experience. I will never recommend Lennar ...
