Couldn't be more pleased with the home itself. Me and my growing family absolutely love the home. There have been mostly mild issues (paint chips, scratches, broken tile, missing electrical outlet, etc.) But when lennar has been contacted, every single has been taken care of and incredibly quickly. As much as we love our new home, it has been a great experience working with everyone at lennar. Lennar finance, title, construction, everyone has been great. Special shout out to Jim. He is always incredibly responsive.

The realtor, Letta, instantly made me feel at ease and created a point of contact I could trust. She is highly knowledgeable of her inventory and made suggestions that fit my needs.

The Lennar team from start to finish has been wonderful. What else could I say? I love my Lennar home.

I have already shared my experience in a previous survey and did not hear from anyone . I will never buy a Lennar home again after this experience.

The team has been very helpful and responsive to any issues I've had.

This is second Lennar home we have had, no issues that weren't taken care of so far. Have lived here for 5months.

I’ve had to submit claim after claim because the house was rushed to be completed for closing. What I disliked is my house wasn’t complete items were not finished. I only got one walk thru and that was the day of closing. I should have gotten two. The county inspector came the day of closing which is ok but the builders rushed to get it to pass but other things were not hooked up like the second washer and dryer vents. Trim work wasn’t completed. Bifold doors were not adjusted. Some of the doors did not latch on striker plate properly. I feel they all rushed and me as a homeowner should not have to take my own time to find imperfections and mistakes. Irrigation issues , outside paint issues on house, for the money I paid I was not satisfied. They did fix all of the issues the warranty person was very on point and got it taken care of. They rushed on the closing end of Aug (end of quarter point) to hit there numbers for the quarter but let’s rush on the homes we’re quality should come first. The building manager should do his job and make sure everything is done correctly to prevent higher claims . Don’t get me wrong things happen and I know the workers are contracted as they bid for the contract. Wish our experience was better. We love our home and our community. Hopefully lennar reads this but I’m sure could care less they have there money. ... More

Not the most pleasant homebuying experience since this was my first home. Lennar needs to strongly improve their customer service, hire quality contractors to repair the home correctly the first time, and become more transparent with the homeowner about buying a house through Lennar.

It is my first house purchase and Lennar offered me the best service to make everything easier, all the materials used are of good quality, I recommend them and I am thankful for that.

I would not recommend putting anyone through the experience we had! Stay away from Lennar, and even further away from Lennar Finance!

All around I have not found that this has been a very good experience

Purchasing with Lennar was an awesome experience. Ann and David, the sales team, were available whenever I had a question. Doug and Don, the construction managers were on top of any issue we had. I love our house and couldn't have asked for a better group of people to work with.

I will never recommend Lennar to anyone until my issues are resolved. I was rushed to closing with many things to still be resolved and many more that I have found afterwards. No response or fixing on most work orders. I’ve decided to now take legal action.

I was so impressed with Lennar's construction managers. Tom's attention to detail has provided me with a well built home.

Lennar does build beautiful homes and condos and carriage houses to fulfill your desired comfort physically and financially. Their team of assistants ranging from the Realtors to construction and closing agents did an amazing job and they actually cared in helping and making sure everything progressed smoothly. I was very impressed by this overall experience and their communities are absolutely beautiful to enjoy for a lifetime.

Great experience, amenities & community!

Chad was helpful answered all of our questions. Helped In our decision making . Made us feel at home . Kyle was there helping and getting the job done . On the day of the move in again it seemed like he was close by to answer any questions that we had. Thank you Chad and Kyle . We would highly recommend Lennar anyone who is looking for a good experience of buying there home

Lennar not honoring there word on starting amenities.

Stay away if you are looking for quality

Pleased with initial buying process during construction. Frustrated with short notice to close (required to close prior to opportunity to view finished product). Final clean up and finishing touch-ups to complex seem to be ignored.
