From day one, you're on your own! NHCs are worthless. Male construction manager won't talk to you and ignores emails. Responsiveness is slim to none. Too many mistakes were made, and when you point them out, they get mad and ignore you even more. The only time you hear from Lennar is when they want money. Otherwise, you remain in limbo for the duration of construction. The most unfriendly builder (except for one concierge) in NV, and I've dealt with several over the last 30+ years. The agent handling our purchase, Danette, was excellent. She was very responsive and handled our needs very professionally. The house has an excellent floor plan and lot. However, no quality assurance of the work was performed. The house should not have passed occupancy inspection due to no water to the kitchen through the hot water line. Not impressed at all. Leading up to our closing we had nothing but problems that weren't completely address by the time we closed and had to be addressed after moving in. Had a water leak within days of closing which has now caused a mold issue that is taking weeks to even address and our new home being torn apart. If i didn't need to move i would not have closed on this home. Did the walk through and marked issues. Came back to check the work and they created more issues. Filled 1in gaps with caulk. It was shared with us that our closing date was moved up due to Lennar’s goal to have 12 homes completed for the quarter. As a consequence, the home was not prepared for the final walk through due to incomplete or poorly completed work. First off, during the building process we noticed that there was a "water leak" that was seeping and noticeable in our drywall. Lennar said not to worry and did nothing but touch it up with paint. Construction Supt, Jon Pervain, throws together a home and then does a lousy job of correcting the many problems that his operating standard generates. Big difference between this house and the Lennar home we bought in Terra Vista about 14 years ago!

The only bright spot to my experience was my sales person Shawn, other than that my experience was awful. From Lenoir mortgage to the closing process to the inspection process to being forced to close without the home being completely done and still living with a huge punchlist. I will never buy from Lennar again I am also in our stockholder, and will be liquidating my stocks in the very near future. Very disappointed.

What's the sense of doing a walk through if the issues weren't addressed? I should have not believe the builder that they would be addressed after closing. The quality of materials and workmanship is not that good. The construction was mostly rushed to finish up in the last 2 weeks with lot of open issues. 2 months after closing, we are still chasing the warranty team to help fix items that were open during closing. Compared with other builders (like Richmond or Toll Brothers), quality of home and service is inferior.

The paint job that was done in the kitchen and restrooms were of poor quality. Paint was splattered all over the floor and globs of paint were dropping on the wall. Be prepared to move into a house that has not been cleaned and is missing things like window screens, screen doors, garage doors, garage door openers, alarm system, smart home system, etc. Workmanship is very poor and most everyone has paint over-sprays everywhere with many things that need to be fixed. Warranty repairs are extremely slow, communication poor and repairs very sloppy - the company discounts any concerns and typically respond with reasons the home owner doesn't really have a problem

The financing expirence was horrible, the walk through is a joke get the builder to fix issues is like pulling teeth and once you move-in good luck getting them to finish what they promised is a nightmare.
