Home was behind build schedule on date of walkthrough, several unresolved issues with the home still need addressing even after 4 months living here.

Our home was delayed by over 3 months - we will never purchase a Lennar home again We bought a second home using Lennar financing - and that process was horrible too

The team at Lennar was wonderful! Once my realtor scheduled a showing, the process moved fairly quickly considering the crazy market conditions. I went under contract April 30th and on Aug 30th, I closed and got my keys!!! As a first time home buyer, I had to adjust my expectations with some things. Overall I am very pleased

Well I am disappointed, my whole floor needs to be redone. They barley fixed any of the things they said they would on the walk through. Said “it’s under warranty my guys tried just make a checklist.” Used some cheap material where the caulking was suppose to go and had left a water buildup from a loose pipe in basement tried saying they had just cleaned it. Lying straight to my face, I hope they honor the warranty and if they would just slow down and do it right there wouldn’t be any problems. Good luck if your shopping with lennar I hope you get better quality than my duplex.

Super unprofessional experience. From the sales agent giving misinformation when purchasing to the move in. Had to ask for stuff and would never have found out if it werent for the neighbors. Spoke with someone at lennar to try to get everything in one place and I had to reexplain until I couldnt find another way to explain it. Received different emails from different people with all the paperwork, then when stating I wanted everything in a paper copy I got nothing but pushback. I asked for a list or something that would explain where to find which document since everything was sent in an email from a different person on different days. Of course I never got any of that information. Its pretty crazy that after selling that many houses there wouldnt already be a list of what we can find since all of the paperwork from lennar isnt all on the portal. I was trying to get information regarding the backyard and the process and the hoa didnt have my information after a month!!! They wanted me to send it over to them… pretty annoying especially when my money was already taken for the hoa. All the random things for the house were either sent in a picture and a text, nothing written down. I dont even know the walking gate key code because it was texted to me somewhere when i was at work and when i got off work i couldnt remember where and couldnt find it. ... More

Personnel was outstanding! I couldn't asked for a better group of people to assist me with our home buying experience. From Ana Guzman to Josie Gonzales to Tommy Collier. They all did an outstanding job taking the entire stress load off of me. What a blessing they were to work with. I honestly would give them a 5 star on all categories unfortunately some items were beyond their control due to COVID but they did the best they could to assist us.

The just used the bare minimum of materials and some low grade. The house has started to settle, from the painting to cocking especially on the staircase sides, most off it is already peeling off/cracking and it looks awful on the eye. Am speechless appliances are not working properly, from the Frigidaire refrigerator/kitchen upgraded package as marketed which you are being charged a good lump sum for more problems. In a few words it is a big mess for the price tag.

Thanks for the second gate to help access the backyard without wearing the grass down between my air conditioner and the neighbor's unit. The only thing I'm still miffed about is that you're not going to replace the dead tree that had no chance of surviving when planted. It started 90% dead and is now 100% dead.

Our home buying experience with Lennar Builders has been excellent. From the moment we walked through the welcome Center, everyone we dealt with has exceeded our expectations. The level of professionalism and attention to detail has stood out from the first day, closing and even after we moved in. Every concern we had was answered and resolved in a timely manner. We are so happy that we chose Lennar and we have recommend them to friends and family.

When I wasn’t sure how to get started in adding my smart home devices in the Ring app, he offered great assistance in removing those unreachable plastic tabs from the already installed Ring devices in the house.

The process was easy from start to finish. The title, lender, sales persons were all stellar. Warranty representative is great and easy to work with.

The actual building team (overseeing manager, contractors, subcontractors) is where my biggest issue is. When we arrived on the final walkthrough there was quite a bit not done, the house was far from clean, and the yard looked terrible. Keep in mind this is after we did the initial walkthrough and put things on our list to be repaired and/or cleaned. Paint was sloppy, we still don't have all the caulking done on the exterior, and the railings aren't level to just mention a few things. Our Customer Service Rep has been fantastic at helping schedule contractors and what not but those contractors have been unreliable at best. We are now 4 months in our home and there are still things that haven't been done. Our Sales Rep, though, has gone above and beyond to try and compensate the best she can so this truly seems to be more of a contractor issue than a Lennar as a company issue. ... More

Positive - Customer Service Rep very responsive and caring Positive - Lennar builds a quality house Negative - Even though Customer Service Rep was responsive it took a long time to resolve issues Negative - Lennar's choice of companies to administer their HOA is not good. HOA rules are not being enforced. We moved to this development and expected the HOA rules to apply to everyone, but they are not enforced and the neighborhood does not meet our expectations due to this

You'll get home issues even though it's a brand new home and everything has to go through a submitted work order for them to fix the issue.

No matter how small it was a big deal to Lennar. They were there for me whenever I called and were prompt, professional and knowledgeable.

Our closing date changed 5 times. We are still waiting for a replacement kitchen drawer and it’s been 4 months.

Waiting for months to get problems addressed and still no help. Promises made and no follow through. Finish work is not good, follow through not good, effort to make things right nonexistent. Gone through all the appropriate channels and done everything asked of us and we are left hanging with no help in sight.

They wont budge on anything, you want an outlet somewhere? Too bad! You offer them 200$ to put the outlet there? Nope nada! Any upgrades to materials have to come out of pocket (not through mortgage) and you have to use their vendor who will gouge you because they know you cant get additional offers. Default floors are not waterproof, this is the pnw, we get water. Site mgr is a little man (matt) who will try to get you in trouble for checking on the progress of your half million investment. Cute floor plans, but they phone it in and then act like theyre doing you a favor

Interior paint job could be done better. It wasn’t finished nearly. There is an area where floor was not leveled correctly. Response to issues was satisfactory except the title office was very hard to contact and my messages were often ignored.

The process was easy and our sales rep was informative and made our experience good. We love our new home and would recommend Lennar to our family and friends.

House are beautiful but as soon you have issues (I found some defects on the finished) some where fixed as courtesy because the warranty didn’t cover it.
