We really love our new home build by Lennar! The building crew was amazing - fast and good quality. The builders' supervisor was very responsive and kept us in the loop. He really went above and beyond. That said, the sale process was extremely shady and frustrating. The price kept going up by the week and even when they "released the lot" and had increased the price substantially from the initial price, they put us through blind bidding extorting even more money from us. After we moved into the house, the Lennar customer service is very good, for the most part.

I had a horrible experience . The sale of my home depended on my purchase of this home. I needed one more day but lennar didn’t care. They would not give me one more day. They told me they would turn around and sell it for more than I was buying it for. The paint is awful it’s a flat pain shows all the marks. In the bathroom caulk is missing around the floors. I fell that the home was built so fast that paying attention to details are missed. My grass now that’s another issue. I have holes in the back yard where grass is missing. I was told that someone would come roll it but never happened. I’ve been very disappointed. ... More

The concept is good but the poor quality and poor responsiveness of the construction crew is frustrating. I have I have been in the house for approximately 4 months and still need work done.

We had nothing but radio silence and issues when we were actually going through the buying process with Lennar, however once we moved in, we were taken care of with nothing but white glove service. Anytime we had an issue, or had a repair needed, we were taken care of or fixed up within a week. Crazy to think they were the same company. If only everyone at Lennar operated like the on-site sales team. Thanks to George, Daniel and Klarissa!

A very good experience for me.

We truly enjoyed the entire home buying process with Lennar. Post closing has also been nothing but great. We have had excellent service for any issue that we’ve had.

We hears nothing but good things about Lenna but had trouble from day one due to Carlos.

Disappointed that they put the cheapest and loudest washer and dryer in this house. When we first purchased a few things we wrong and took awhile for Lennar to take care of these issues.

I was pleased with the professionalism of the salesman Jack and the help I got on setting up my sprinkler to save money on my water bill. The closing went as smooth as possible even though the wrong locks were on the door and I couldn’t get in. Thank God I didn’t have my movers with me at that time but Lennar eventually reimbursed me (2 months later) for the payment to the locksmith. Even though we’re still in the building phase, the neighborhood is quiet.

Buying this beautiful home in Florida was a great value for the money! With all appliances included and the warranty, you can't go wrong.

From start to finish the Lennar home building and buying experience was incredible.

good builder but have a problem with their tile company. Lennar tiled my whole house minus the bedrooms and was promised that at least 2 full cases of tile in the dye lot would be left in house prior to closing. Owner of tile company. John Grimmer who i spoke to personally, said he bring the day after closing which never happened. I offer to buy additional cases at retail price to have more tile on hand in case of a sub surface crack or any damage after closing. Many months later the warranty people made him bring tile which unfortunately does not match. These types of sub contractors take away from the good name of this reputable builder. All of the other subs i have dealt with have been excellent except this one. ... More

This is my 2nd Lennar property and the highlight of this time around buying experience was the NHC David. He was very informative, responsive and helpful throughout the whole process!

Many poor design features, overpriced for quality

I will never buy another lennar home and will make sure anyone I know or see looking into lennar hear how terrible this company is from the lies I’ve been told to how terrible the house was put together the builders drink on the job the loan officers don’t know what half of the stuff they send you is the person I did my final walk through with lied to me saying everything that needed repairing would be finished b4 I moved and wasn’t and he didn’t even submit requests for the repairs the home consultant I worked with was terrible didn’t give me any info at all and refused to submit a request to make my home handicap accessible over all lennar is a terrible company ... I bought a Pulte home last year, but it was too small and decided to go with Lennar on a bigger home. The overall workmanship was poor and the quality of materials for cabinets, paint, baseboards, size of patio only 6x4, irrigation missing spots and not covering evenly., handles on toilets breakdown after 4 months. I understand this is not a custom home, but even with higher building costs and labor I think a better product can be offered. There are many things I would change that would not affect the bottom line to much and provide the consumer a home they will be happy with immediately. P.S. why do you not put in a screen door for the back of the house slider in Florida. Had to pay $200+ from the vender. ... More

Great people, very helpful to us.

Knowledge and support from staff left something to be desired.

Salesman told everyone the house was ready 2 months before it was even completed. Then at the end the put points on the loan that we’re not there originally and I was told just sign it. Overall worst home buying experience ever.
