From what I was told they higher production workers. Thus meaning quality is not the product they deliver. I’ve had other contractors come in and laugh at the final product. I had plumbing not completed. Which resulted in water all in my basement when running my washer for the first time. A lot of small things they chose to walk away from that should have been fixed. I do not understand why Lennar wouldn’t do a walk through of the house, prior to our personal walk through. Every issue I pointed out I received an excuse for the issue. These are brand new homes and should not have issues with items such as carpet, slump stone walls, smoke detectors going off when the oven is over 400 degrees or you use the self cleaning options etc. Many neighbors are experiencing the same issues but they don't take the time to report it. We are not alone! with the same problems in other homes,. GET THIS FIXED!!

It is annoying that the board between the bedroom and the bathrooms has a high metal piece as the divider and allows for people to stub their toes and even though the inspector stated that needed to be fixed the builder brushed it off and stated thats how lennar has us do it. Even though the title should be even with that piece. Also the doors are all to low to the ground so you can't even have rugs in your bathrooms. The paint that is used seems cheap and you can see every fingerprint on the walls. Closing was the worst experience and such a hassle. Closing was too far away and not ...

Not very well, I tried counting lennar about issues like finishing paint on the outside of the house, holes in drywall, and tile grout cracking and I have not heard a response and I’ve stopped trying to contact anyone

Lennar built a good home using great materials. The design and layout are great. But almost six months after closing my punch list remains incomplete. Very frustrating experience.

Materials really cheap for the price of the house , the tile in the bathrooms and kitchen does not have enough cement looks crooked. We did replace the tile ourselves. the garage finished is very rustic, Is not enough space between the lower cabinets kitchen and the refrigerator to open the door . the cobble stone in the front is dirty looks old already. mostly the contracts does not speak very well about lenar. I did not know this before

Communication with buyer falls short after purchase. Slow to react to problems found by buyer. Many issues with clean up after contractors were done--not acceptable to any home buyer. Craftsmanship of home left alot to be desired. Shoddy work. Appliances were not the same ones that were shown in model home. Seller explained, at time of buying decision, that we would get the appliances shown in model home. The price we bought at appeared to be a great buy but we find it has fallen way short of our expectations.

Prior to Closing we were prepared to forfeit our deposit and walk away. It had become clear that Lennar's only interest was closing sales, not Customer Satisfaction. The "Inventory" house we selected, completed months earlier, wasn't actually finished upon closing. The day we took possession, we waited outside in the Arizona heat, while the vent hood above the gas cooktop was delivered and installed. The AC system was not fully functional for months. The natural gas supply line to the furnace had never been installed. The house was delivered with filthy air filters, and a dozen dead shrubs. ...

I think I will come direct to the issue. Tony, who was previous construction mgr, was understanding and able to make myself and wife comfortable with the home given its newly constructed and with followup issues which are understandable. However, Tom who took over wasn't customer focused or neither informative. I need to call him almost 10 times to have the same issue addressed, as each time they would fix it temporarily. And now I am still having issues with my doors and he seems to have his own explanation on how those specific doors should work vs rest of the doors.

The house is built fast and cheap. Workmanship is poor quality. Home advertises as "comes with everything", but it doesnt come with essential items you would expect from a home; such as coach lights, door bell, sliding door bug screen, drawers in any bathrooms and list goes on. Lennar also did not disclose very important information such as; we live next to landfield, and many more information would have made us not move here if we knew. I won't be buying lennar again nor will i ever recommend them to anyone i know.

The people were great to work with. The actual house had many problems. Too many to list. Took months to actually have everything working properly! The contractors aren't worried about quality. They try to get everything done asap.

I bought the house in April and have experienced major problems with the home. As soon as I moved in had a problem with my drip system which causes the water to drip 24/7 and my water usage/bill to be high for four months. My husband and I had an awful experience with building and purchasing our home with Lennar. Our final home walk through appointment was cancelled one hour before we were to meet (after we had arranged to be off of work and had child care services lined up). The house at our final walk through was not finished (not cleaned with dead bugs everywhere, missing paint, holes in the walls/ceilings, all the blinds were missing, the seamless shower frame we paid for was not installed etc). There were many issues to be resolved, not all of which were completed to our satisfaction. The standard answer to our issues was “It meets code” even though we did not agree and could show it was different to plan. For new home buyers, make sure you watch every stage of the development and take someone who understands home construction with you on your walk through so that you pick up all the issues.

The paint and the painters they use are the cheapest possible, there are spots where there is barely any paint. We have had 2 major leaks. No pad and apartment grade carpet which for a house that is over $500k is very sad. They say they put your front and back yards in, ok yes they do but they are put in by people who know nothing about landscape. No soil under the sod, the wrong plants. They put trees too close to the houses that will grow way to tall, big and fast.

I love the floor plan for my home but the customer service after I moved into my home has been horrendous!! I've not seen nor heard from the person who walked me through my home since he asked for a five star rating while delivering 1 star service. They've not followed up to get all the items from the original list nor address the ones I've added since the move. The quality of the flooring and cabinets is not worth the money charged!
