Where do I begin...This, by far, was one of the worst experiences I have ever been through, from the beginning to the present. I am disgusted with Lennar and how nobody is accountable for their mistakes. My home was not move in ready. 6 months later, I am still dealing w/ getting things fixed because the craftsmanship of the build was poor. Very bad experience. Worst experience in the purchase of a brand new home ever. If we had known ahead of time we would have passed. Last minute changes that cost us a fortune.

Actual builder, Brad, is great! Super responsive and gets things done correctly himself. Salesman, Tommy, is a completely different story. He rarely if ever responded to questions or issues addressed.

My experience was a poor one from the time I put my contract in until now, three months after closing. There of been so many miscommunications and poor customer service issues they won’t all even fit in this review box. Suffice to say, I would never, under any conditions, build another house with Lennar.

The house wasn't ready to move in to. Paint on carpets, custom cabinets bowed, drawer fell off, dust and dirt in paint of base boards and trim, closet doors rubbed each other scrapping paint... our "celebration day" was such a disappointment we went looking for another home, so mad and disappointed.

I absolutely love Lennar. They make beautiful homes. However, Cascata is rushed and the construction shows. The guarded gate we supposedly pay association for is a joke- they allow anyone in at anytime without a call and the poor Lennar employees are overworked and understaffed. It’s taking them a while to get to me. I don’t mine since my issues don’t seem to be as pressing however, after spending way more that half a million on a house, I would hope for better service and craftsmanship.

Very disappointed with our experience buying a new home from Lennar. The construction quality and attention to detail were far below expectations for a new build. We found multiple issues that should have been caught before walkthroughs, including roof problems (exposed nails, poorly cut shingles around vents, and unsealed gaps). When asked if all roof vents were inspected, the construction manager said only the items shown in my photos were addressed—concerning for a builder of this size. Going back on this experience we should have walked away in the beginning. From our final walkthrough to 2 months later I have had someone from Lennar or their warranty people here almost every weekday putting bandaids on their poor quality homes. From issues that we brought up to the construction manager Ryan that we were promised to be fixed that were never fixed to cracked cabinets, crooked walls, bad lvp, plumbing leaks, bad landscaping that was supposed to be fixed and then only have fixed the list goes on and on. Horrible communications!

When you are looking at a home, they’ll tell you that $500 is needed as a down payment. But what they don’t tell you is hidden in their contract they have 90 days to refund the money. So to our surprise, after many unanswered, phone calls, and unanswered emails. We were given phone numbers that were disconnected and then finally they were sending the check to the wrong address. It was an address that we haven’t lived in in over two years, but I never gave them that so if you value your money, I would recommend going somewhere else to save the headache, frustration, and overall stres.

My home was damaged before I even moved inn. It was evident that a truck with trailer backed across my driveway and lawn and into the side of my new home. It was likely a subcontractor because work was proceeding on other homes. The police investigated to no avail. I had to make an insurance claim due to the amount of the damage. None of your workers or subcontractors came forward to report the incident. I question your judgement in hiring such dishonest workers or subcontractors. They ruined my experience, and I will not forget it

Installed much lower quality appliances than what was wrote out in a SIGNED CONTRACT and shown to us in the model (which was stated several times that was the same we would be getting). They now will not return any form of communication and have stated "that's what you get, we're not doing anything about it." Awful customer service. They do NOT care about you no matter what documents are legally signed. Will never be purchasing another home from this buyer, and if you haven't already I would find someone else!

The best person we worked with was our lender Julia she went above and beyond for us. Beyond that every person I talked to did not seem to have a clue what was going on. When I asked sales questions the most common response was I don’t know. When we moved in we got a parking ticket before we even had access to work with the HOA. Overall they made it clear that they have a product and their budget that they needs to be met. The trades get alloted not enough time to do a good job which is notable There was a lot of delay when putting in offers which led to losing that initial house. They reduced a lot of the features of the home from one street to another in the same development.

First off the experience was terrible. The only good thing is that the house is put together mostly right. Only here a month and a breaker went out already. I the buying process we had to drop 23,000 on closing costs because lennar did not cover anything. No offer or nothing to cover any of the cost on top of paying 261000 in a loan all because we did not use their loan officer or lender. We did not use their inspector either. My experience hasn’t been great at all and that’s putting it mildly!! I was always taught growing up, if I do not have anything nice to say, then don’t say anything at all!! It started out with the broken promises from sale people, managers to tittle. Lennar cheated in every step and trained their personnel to be as tricky as possible. The quality of the home is bad, everything was made rushed. One issue comes up after another. The construction managers drive around the neighborhood texting and driving not even looking up on the road since there is still contruction going on. There are kids on the neighborhood and its dangerous to let them out.
