Wow what a great experience buying and living here! The most responsive and responsible group ever; Lori the sales agent and Scott the building supervisor are totally awesome. Very nice house equipped with the latest generation of gadgets. The plan is very livable and sensible. Love it so much will be buying at another Lennar community. Highly, highly recommended.

James with Lennar here at Aspen Meadows was the best! We communicated, was up front and honest, and gave us a realistic expectation.

I like the location and the design of the house. I do think for the price they could have put in better appliances or given me, the home buyer, a chance to upgrade. The young lady who sold the house to us has been very easy to work with and offered other information to make our move easier.

For the price Lennar should paint the house inside with quality paint. We should not have to paint our entire house as soon as we move in. Also the lighting should be better. Only have canned lighting and have to replace lights. The tile is not sealed and you have to do that immediately when you move in.

I love the design of my unit very much. But all the materials are builders grade...very cheap, flimsy or functionally not optimal. It's a matter of time where everything will need to be replaced. Also I think it is criminal not to allow hardwood over carpet on the second floor. I cringe when I see many of the buyers rip out brand new carpet before moving in as I did myself. This type of waste and unsustainable practice is really unacceptable.

I was wary of buying a house in this market because of previous negative experiences with other builders. The Lennar team completely changed my attitude for the better. From the initial appointment, I was given all the information needed to make a conscious decision. They were able to help me find a home in my budget with nearly everything on my wishlist and in the perfect location. Once building began, the project manager stayed on top of everything and kept me abreast when covid delayed the process (mostly materials). We only missed the initial closing date by a few weeks. There are still issues with the home that there have not been fixed, that were there once I closed and moved in. Poor workmanship, cutting corners in finishing.

great experience and excellent service

When spending as much as we spent there is a specific expectation when taking ownership. This home was not built with care. We are constantly finding issues that should have been found by the CM team. It is as if they are treating their home buyers as numbers. Hence, the demand is high so let’s pump homes out and if a homebuyer doesn’t like it and backs out, well we have a backlog of people that will. The only positive experience was Lennar mortgage with Felice. Other than that I would not recommend nor would I ever purchase a Lennar home again.

Quality built home with customer service a priority.

The Lennar purchasing experience is a never ending resubmitting of paperwork, seemed like on a daily basis. The interfacing with the utility providers appeared to have never happened. Delays on water/sewer, because the proper forms weren't filed, the CATV took a month to get installed. Electricity was the only one not causing a problem, because they already had it turned on. Even after the sale, they kept contacting us for forms they lost somehow. Professional is not in their vocabulary. The sod in the yard is the worst job I've ever seen. Careful not to injure yourself trying to walk across the yard, or while mowing. One of the trees in our back yard is dead, notified them, no response. The garage door came out of it's track, I fixed it. Insulation does not cover the garage and leaves it very hot during the summer and the heat pores into the kitchen when the door is opened. As for the management of our purchase, Lennar couldn't coordinate anything. When moving from one group within Lennar to another, it was like starting over every time. Overall I would never buy from them again and will never recommend them to anyone not on my enemy list. ... More

Would not recommend. Everything Included is a lie. Never getting a Lennar again.

Avoid Lennar. The house is still a construction zone 5 months after closing and follow up has been terrible. I will never buy another Lennar home.

We LOVE our new home. We only have to question Lennar's use of subcontractors -- we think that the interior paint has been watered down and the edging is noticeably sloppy. We went without A/C in one bedroom for over a MONTH because the proper A/C tests were not done. We have some cracks on the exterior stucco but since it's they're not larger than 2 inches, cost to repair will be our responsibility. Sigh...other than these issues, we're quite happy!!

We are enjoying our new home and neighborhood and did have some positive experiences with Lennar. However, since we moved in 3 months ago we have noticed some problems with the workmanship. The paint job was especially sloppy. We also had problems with the Lennar Title Company giving us incorrect information at closing, and they would not respond to our emails requesting assistance concerning this incorrect information. These are some of the reasons that our overall rating is just average.

Need urgently fix the response service and the level of communication with the buyers My house deed documents were send by a normal mail instead of a proper courier company like DHL,FEDEX Which caused documents to get lost , I was never asked whether how or when will the documents be sent , no communication whatsoever , this is just one example of lack of communication with the buyer and there are many more …

Great experience from initial property tour until the closing. Colleen and Abby were knowledgeable and very helpful throughout the process. Gino also was very professional and helpful with the financing of our home. Unfortunately, we encountered a lot of loose ends and quality issues with the craftsmanship once we moved in. Danielle has been very responsive and is working very hard in resolving our issues and we appreciate her help. We love our new home!

The closing was very easy and quick. I love the house and my neighbors.

The fact that they lied to us about our closing delays. We love our house. We love what we chose for our upgrades. The construction process was great, however the paperwork and behind the scenes was completely an unorganized mess. We were lied to about FHA/HUD delays that we had a feeling were lies, and recently found out to be definite lies. So disappointing. Nothing we can do about it now but definitely made me angry!

Deb loved what she was doing and loved the Lennar brand.

They do quality work and the financing can go through them as well.
