The two areas i find poor is the height of the microwave. It is so high to be unusable. The master shower is beautiful but poor design. It has subway tile on floor which is slick. I almost fell. I love my home. Great floorplan.

Nightmare vs. Dream Home

The overall experience was far from a positive one. Our front door was hung backwards. SEVERAL doors were not level and wouldn't close correctly / lock. The electrician they selected to do our home was HORRIBLE. He made too many mistakes. SEVERAL light switches were installed in the wrong places. Smoke detectors and light fixtures falling from the walls / ceilings. DOZENS of nail pops on day of move-in, yet we were told to wait for more to pop-up before having them repaired. Roof installed incorrectly. Bath drain not sealed resulted in water leaking through the ceiling. Wrong shower installed ...

We closed on our home on March 27 and still have outstanding ticket items that have not been rectified. When we contact lennar reps it’s a constant blame game. For our home we have atleast 10 outstanding ticket items that have not been fixed on of them from our original punch list before we closed. I would NEVER build with lennar again and would NEVER refer to friends and family due to the headaches you have caused us.

There are too many issues to mention, so I’ll name a few. First we signed in August 2018 for a “quick move in” and was told it should be completed end of October or mid November. Delay after delay. We finally closed February 28, 2019 and there were still some things not finished. There were a lot of careless mistakes, poor paint job, issues with things, paint on floor, bathtub and light fixtures, yard was not leveled as they said it would be - there was a big hill in the backyard that wasn’t there when we signed to buy the house and we asked many times for them to level it and they ...

Buying- Prepare yourself to be rushed throughout the great home buying experience. Inspections- Have a trustworthy inspector and schedule ahead of time through the home building period, Modelos are the builders choice of hydration. SOD- You’re sod will be left out to dry in the Texas heat, on the stack it comes in and then installed just to be told it’s going through SHOCK, During a stage 3 watering restriction.

Was told they were going to come and do a final cleaning and never happened when sod was laid they put a gash in the siding of the house, lots of glue left on floor as well as paint drops throughout the home both front and back doors not sealed with weather stripping fully there for you can see daylight at bottom of doors.

Found that the investment does not equate to the final product. The investment made does not support the quality or craftmanship delivered. The most upsetting thing was that the house was not ready for the first walk through and the punch list made during that walk through was not attended to as we conducted the final walk through virtually. We were assured that all items were taken care of. This was not the case. In short, we were lied to. I would not recommend the Lennar product to anyone. The value of the product is overinflated. The house was left extremely dirty between my final walkthrough and closing. There were many corrections that need to be made even after pointing them out at the walkthrough. The house seems to be very cheaply made. I have lived in the house for a month and my fence is already falling apart. For a brand new build you would expect a higher quality product. The Lennar team also schedules all of your appointments before checking your availability which is extremely frustrating and leads to longer wait times.

I will not be buying another house from Lennar - ever again. The entire house buying process was stressful, which is to be expected, but our loan officer, Sandra, seemed to be especially quite incompetent. Throughout the process, there were various hiccups and even errors made in numbers. We did not trust Sandra at all and thankfully things were caught because we reviewed everything multiple times. The communication was even worse, whenever Lennar wants something they pressure you to have it done ASAP but when you have any questions you basically need to contact them/remind them every single ...

We purchased a 6-year-old model in bad shape, Lennar didn't correct every warranty item, just a few of them. They refused provide information and keys to the home. Therefore, we needed to locksmith and get new lock and keys for $340.00, and same the pavers we did them for $250,00 in Nov. 2024. But Lennar never repaid us.

After I started the process of buying my home I could not get in contact with my agent. The loan processor told me different terms than I was told by the agent. My realtor was instrumental in helping me because the concierge wasn't much help either. I thought I got a good price for my home, but I didn't get a lot of things that are standard in most homes. The windows do not open and close, there are no blinds, no towel bars, and no backsplash. My experience so far with Lennar Triple Creek 50 QR, has been very negative. Mainly since moving into the home there has been a strong (methane/sulfur) odor problem in the house that has not yet been resolved. A work order submitted via the Lennar Home Warranty Portal, only to have it denied stating "not covered under warranty" Workmanship, materials and appliances are of poor quality, The home is not worth the price paid. I regret making this Lennar at Triple Creek 50 QR home purchase.

I had to have 3 blue tapes, using more than 1 roll each time, these issues for the most part are still not fixed. I feel there has been way to many issues for being here less than 40 days, especially what we paid for this house. To start, 30 days prior to close water was pouring into the basement from a fitting that came loose the week they introduced water to the house. Surprisingly nobody was there or pressure tested the system. Just turn the water on and leave. My experience with Lennar builders started off great. Very responsive and helpful during my whole contract signing process, HOWEVER once I was under contract the whole game changed.
