There is little accountability with anything. When initially inspecting the house and pointing out the defects that needed to be cleaned up or fixed they promised they would fix them all. We toured the house three days before moving and notice some problems were still not fixed or cleaned, they then promised it will be ready for move in. We show up for move in and the house was still in the same state and they said they cleaned the house. There was dirt in the windows sills, blue tape from the inspection still on the walls and in cabinets, dirt in the showers, tape residue on the flooring, ...

One month into ownership and this couldnt be going worse. Every other day there is something new that is going wrong. The grading on the yard is absolutely horrible and everyone is pointing the finger at something else. This is AWFUL and I am beyond disgusted with the way Lennar is handling this. I have standing water in my yard constantly, it smells awful and I cannot mow my grass.

I regret not hiring my own home inspector. Came across a few dents on garage door, leaking garbage disposal and bad water heater. Put in a work order a few months ago and haven't heard back from anyone. Having bugs come out of back walls on shower. Really disappointed for a new house.

No communication after sale. Was told items from punch list would be finished in one week still waiting on most. We are seasonal and have not been informed on many of these items. When we did look, they said they were complete and they weren’t.

I was not told the truth about a lot of things. The quality of the builders was not good. Once I moved in, someone left the floors so dirty full of mud and dust. They also decided to take a #2 in the owners suite. Lennar is so tacky and disgusting. After settling in the home you actually notice how bad the chaulking is, missing screws, drywall repair, horrible sod installation and garge door opener wires everywhere. Not to mention the warranty guy takes a long time to fix warranty request and keeps scratching the cheap floor lenar provided for this home. Very Disappointed

Lennar is a very basic home builder whose quality comes in on the lower end for workmanship and materials. They invest heavily in "quality control" and "customer care" that is mostly a facade. That money would be better directed at increasing the quality of labor and adding a few basics like towel bars and shower curtain rods that they cut corners on. Buying a Lennar home has been the worse experience of buying a home, and I have bought several homes. From the lender process to resolving build issues has been a disaster. I filed a repair request after closing and it has now been 3 weeks and the issue still is not resolved. The repair has not been scheduled yet for it to be corrected. I would encourage people to be careful when dealing with Lennar.

Mediocre workmanship, fast finish to meet their deadline, which meant even more corners were cut. Painting over light switches, bad wood stain on the railings. Overall pretty cheap looking. Plus the closing experience with Lennar Mortgage was a disaster. I would not buy another Lennar home.

Lenner drives to be a builder who cares about buyer experiences and this has hired buyer concierge and new home celebrations etc, but in really it doesn’t matter and the same old working model and vendor management is in place. Construction Manager pushes things to vendors and don’t follow up properly to ensure the issues are taken care off. New home celebration guy just shows up to make paint touch ups. People put hard earned money into these investments - do you think it is a joke?

They were incredibly convincing until we passed the time with our earnest money. They stated that Lennar cared, and even though they generally don’t install radon mitigation systems, they would take care of their customers. They didn’t. The level on our home was the equivalent of smoking 80 cigarettes per day And we have two children, and children are 10 to 12 times more likely to develop cancer due to radon exposure. Hi, Purchased home through Lennar. Went through in initial orientation, found a water leak in master bathroom. No follow up after the initial leak found. I was told management will contact, after multiple calls still no one followed up. Only when things got near the closing date, did i receive a call from the membet support and they were able to get me the updates. I was suppose to receive my closing gift, its been two months no update on this one as well. The quality of products, door knob handles, used seems very low quality.

Between AC not working day of move in after multiple issues prior to closing, ants, overall bad workmanship, shower needing to be replaced, sewage smell, faulty wiring, faulty plumbing, and almost everything being “not covered after closing. Would not recommend. They build these houses so fast and don’t care what happens after closing. Only nice people are the Sale Agents, after that it’s no good. If they do come out for “warrantable” defects, it’s “we’re doing you a favor”. Need some sense of responsibility.
