Annoyed there was no variety in choosing fixtures. Low end appliances. All these houses are going to bring overcrowding and traffic the area. House is okay. Maybe 3 years out of me here.

They make a lot of promises they don’t deliver! It took me 4 months to get our ice maker and dispenser to work after 3 service calls. It finally works. I still have blue tape on 3 of my cupboard that have not been addressed, after several emails and text. They sell your home as a “smart home”. However nothing is set up in your home so you have to do the leg work to make it a smart home that you purchased. Garage floor is bubbling up, painter never returns your text to schedule. Washer has had issues spinning. Waiting for warranty work January 5.

Lennar missed the mark

Builder was okay to work with. Lack of organization when it came to my closing date due to not having my CO which caused closing to be moved several times. Because I signed a materials shortage addendum some of the materials did not seem to be of equal value as to what was in the model. Mostly pertaining to the showers in the home. Also did not like my new home orientation advisor who was at my walk throughs. He was rude and argumentative throughout the whole process. He would argue about things such as how my elevation should look, which the builder did fix . Then in order to get me to sign off on repairs he sent pictures to me but did not include full pictures disclosing the items were fixed. I refused to sign and he proceeded to tell me to “take it or leave it”. If that wasn’t enough the new home orientation advisor proceeded to tell other homeowners at their orientations about me and our disagreements. The sales associates and builder were nice to work with. But the new home advisor makes me sick to my stomach just thinking about it. The quality of these homes are pretty good. The experience with Lennar Mortgage was a bit difficult, as well as having issues addressed during the building process. There were issues of not getting all of the Everything Included items that were promised by the Sales Office.

BUYER BEWARE!! The Lennar Home staff are liars and will tell you anything they think you need to hear to get you to buy the home. Beginning with sales staff, who sold me a home that didn't have the appropriate finishes and avoids me when I try to call. Next is the closing staff who set a closing date without communicating to the builders, so I had to go to closing twice. Finally the builder who lied about the trees in the backyard and doesn't honor any warranty items. The builder makes excuses and points the finger at other areas of the business and blames them for the problem. The customer is left with a less than quality product for a high price. I’ve had nothing but issues since before I moved in 4 months ago. I had a claim for my roof before I even moved in. There was paint on all my floors that they never cleaned until a month ago which was an exception to closing. I have mold in my kitchen that they keep saying is not mold. You wipe it down, it keeps coming back but there is water behind the cabinet where the mold is and they have to replace the cabinet because the back of it has buckled because of water damage because the pipe on the roof was crooked. My house is not like the model home and I have cheap boards up in my shower and not the tub inserts that I was promised by customer service 3 times but is now telling me I was never told that I would get the inserts which is a lie. I’ve had to have my windows and walls caulked after only 2 months because there are huge cracks where the walls meet the ceiling and in the corner of every wall. I have huge nail pops that are holes but told they would show me how to fix but they won’t fix. I’ve put in multiple claims about drainage issues in my yard which is causing sitting water on both sides of my house but they will close my claims without fixing my issues. The craftsmanship and customer service is horrible. I’ve been talked to and treated horribly after they got my money as if my concerns are not valid. I have been lied to and mistreated trying to get my home up to par. I would not recommend this builder to anyone. ... More

It was the easiest home buying process I've ever experienced with friendly and qualified staff.

In good faith, I wouldn’t use Lennar as my home builder again. I’ve been in my home for four months and I’m still waiting to have construction issues resolved. Too stressful.

For +200k the least they could do is add window blinds. Water softener as well but mainly window blinds. Also most homes have two sided sinks to wash and rinse. Nor just one. We still haven't had our AC aligned as promised. Workers getting attitudes with one another about who's in charge. So it took a while to get a part of our home repaired and as stated, AC still doesn't blow to entire part of the house. Ants the first night. Everyone got bit. So many we had to get a hotel and hire someone to come spray. Information giving out EVERYONE. Salea people showing up even at night.

Some delays or changes in material were expected due to pandemic. However, there is clear evidence of laziness and negligence throughout the home. And Lennar's policy seems to be just paint/caulk over it and hope no one notices. Very little effort in lining up trim and moulding, windows installed off center and non-level, bumps forming in vinyl floor due to improper installation, sheetrock bulging/bowing in multiple areas (best they would do to fix it is shave it down and re-texture), exterior mortar all over bricks/driveway because they wouldn't clean up after themselves, paint stains on all carpets because too lazy to put plastic down. Even had ants coming up from one gap in vinyl floor and forming line to another gap. Thankfully, there is one good person in warranty/service group (Rich) who has been helpful in addressing these issues and a couple of good but clearly overworked construction managers (Eric and Jared) when the best work was done on the home. ... Cheap material for the price paid. My stairs has crack from the neighbors garage, another wall has a crack from the other neighbors garage.

We overall were satisfied with the process.

The Vista Wild Blue community is fantastic. The home structures are very well built. The shortfall is with the "Everything Is Included" promotion--another way to say that is "you have no choices." The appliances and fixtures were functional but cheap and low grade. We have been here four months and already have replaced the washer/dryer, garbage disposal, all light fixtures, most cabinet hardware and all of the window shades that came with the house. We would have upgraded if we could have but no options were offered.

Lennar made it easy to buy

The quality of fittings and appliances could be much better. Master shower has a design defect that should have been caught.

With Lennar, I would expect the quality homes and they are one of the reputed builder in the market. Slowly after moving into my new townhome I started to realize that the quality of material used to build the house could have been much more better. They are building 8 townhomes in timespan of 2 months. I guess they are in rush as the market starts to slow down.

We are new to the area as we moved from Aurora. The staff and community is wonderful and we can't thank them enough for helping us get our forever home!

The quality and attention to detail is terrible. It's only been 4 months and a lot of the caulk jobs are coming apart. There's paint drips in the trim and on the doors, the nails under the carpet weren't hammered down and poke through, and we still have a cabinet that's dented and cabinet doors that are bowed and cracked. Many things didn't get fixed because all the construction manager cared about was getting his bonus for our house closing. The warranty person is also impossible to get a hold of whenever something is wrong. Overall, wouldn't recommend or purchase through Lennar again.

I think the workmanship is very poor quality I have had way to many problems to be in a brand new home it’s a nightmare but I can say that everything is being taken care of but if it was built right from start I would not have to be writing about it I came to Lennar for quality and I am disappointed.
