There are a lot of small problems. When I found the microwave vent was not even connected it made me wonder what other problems are here that I can’t see. There also was a water leak that took 6 weeks to repair even though it was reported immediately. Who ever installed some PVC pipe didn’t glue it correctly. We were told the water on the floor was from a pressure washer. The leak went uncorrected for 6 weeks causing mold under some carpet so it all had to be removed by a restoration company. Other problems with the quality of materials used. Seems like they will fix the issues, but they don’t seem to be in a rush nor do they seem to think the poor construction is abnormal. Slow down at walk through and make sure paint and dry wall is finished properly.

I think when you advertise everything included in should be that way. House did not include a door bell (not even the pre wiring). And cable outlets only on Living room & Master bedroom, now have to pay and have some one crawling in my attic to get that done. It could have been done on construction so easy .Also front garage and back light excluded. Not even pre wired at least. I believe these are basic stuff you expect from a home, new or old. Would have given up that basic washing machine I traded anyway and those ceiling fans to get that. Hope someone really considers this. That's the only thing I cant say 100% satisfied. Other than that Lennar homes are quality constructed. Kudos on that they fix issues from warranty hazel free. ... More

Make sure everything works properly during walkthrough.

Prepare to wait longer than expected but hopefully it will be worth it for you! Don't push them so they rush the build!

I love the house and the area. The floors and countertops are gorgeous. My husband has even thanked me for making him move when we decided to downsize. We are both very happy with our purchase.

Yes we would absolutely refer friends to look into and buy a Lennar home! We love our home so far and really appreciated the time and effort (from sales to construction to management) your team showed to make this 1st time process a great one!

I absolutely love my townhouse. The purchasing process was so easy. The townhouse comes with everything and it just amazing!

Very poor craftsmanship,from the wood framing ,siding,tile,etc.Would not recommend Lennar at all.

Easy of completion. Everything online

They only mean business. They dont care if u missing something. They only nice when u buying. After u complained, They just ignored u. Basically do it yourself kinda thing. Lennar care is good thou. They help u out. Others, thry only good when they dont receive the money yet.

Very sad new homeowner. When I saw all the pictures of this property there was a tremendous amount of shrubs and trees blocking the property behind me and I was told it was a nice farm house, when I arrived at property after signing all paper work from out of state the house behind me has a gas station that is right in view of my house and a working business with large semi trucks? I pay $370 per month association? wow what a major disappointment and what about resale? I think I am not in a very good position. I feel like I was deceived by Lennar

Customer service has been ok except NOT the mortgage part… otherwise ok

Disappointed with the responsiveness of Lennar representatives when we had an issue. Many times we had to call over & over again during the initial process & after closing. Love the Townhouse, but some of your representatives need to be more customer oriented, especially the supervisor of the design center who never returned any of my calls.

Our new home in the Crossings at Sunrise is amazing and everything we had hoped for! Eldi, Michael, and Brett were all incredible in making for smooth and seamless transaction! Highly recommend!

What happened to America’s best builder. We own 3 Lennar Homes and in 6 years they have fallen to a terrible level. We will not buy a Lennar hone in the future.

Lacking the attention to detail I would expect from a production builder. Several of their trades don't use a level so many finish things are crooked, wall and bath tiles are not aligned and flat, interior paint quality is poor, the trim paint includes excessive construction debris trapped in the paint surfaces, and the perimeter edges of the upgraded floor were covered with paint overspray. At this jobsite, the trades routinely drank beer at the end of the day and left empty beer cans in the yard and in the house. Based on the quality issues observed, maybe they started drinking at lunch.
