Don’t expect service after they have your money. We closed 1st week of Feb 2021 still waiting for them to complete work orders for repair or correction of items in build. Less then half have been completed or started. Items like door cracked, bad refrigerator, drywall repair. painting are just a few things. This is mid June 2021. Great place to live great lot. Extremely stressful when you paid for something you did not get and promises broken. Our Construction Manager was good then got overwhelmed with other new builds. Not enough help to take care of homeowners who already paid!

I did the walkthrough inspection in Nov. 2020 with issues of back door. I closed Jan 2021 and here I am end of May 2021 and back door STILL is not fixed by now needs to be replaced because of they’re 3 trips out they STILL cannot do right by me. The new homeowner of a NEW HOME. This has put a thorn in my home buying experience with Lennar

As a Experienced Homeowner I was Very disappointed with the builder’s team. Outside Financing, if at Possible regardless of the “Builders Incentive”it’s not worth it you will pay in the end. With a large down payment I still have a (PMI)! After you have finalized the purchase of your New Home your concerns will be slow with Repairs & Warranties. Not Timely! The concept of a NextGEN home is awesome, But the Quality of the building materials are Inexpensive and Cheap, (Cabinets). Small bedrooms and garage. Upgrades are sold to you as a packaged. The process in the application was ok, however, information regarding what was covered and offered, was not clearly explained. The price for HOA dues were incorrectly quoated which caused some descrepiency with the HOA once moved in, HOA stating the price was higher. I have yet to speak to a HOA Rep. with a live voice, I only get e-mails, which some are just a paste and resend copy from a previous onversation. Worst experience, my 4th home!

We closed on our house in September and there is still items from our walkthrough that have not been corrected. Lennar doesn’t care about us as customers AFTER we sign on the dotted line! The workers that they have working for them are horrible and do horrible work! Moving here from Atlanta, we always heard good things about Lennar but from this experience we will never buy a Lennar home again. We are active duty military and shared our experience with fellow service members as well.

Poor workmanship and ZERO follow up

Sales experience was great. The construction managers have been horrible, do not do what they say they are going to do and have zero follow up, I have over 15 hollow tiles in my house that I’ve been trying to get fixed for almost 6 months. I’m still missing parts to my cabinets. Worst construction management team I have ever dealt with.

I will never buy a house new house from Lennar again !!!

I closed on my house in May of 2019, and I have had issues with the workmanship of the building. The punch list that was submitted isn't even half done and it is now November 21 2019. Be aware of the lack of urgency once you close.

Cracking driveway, two lights blown already, breakers popping

Moved in and within 30 days, I noticed the driveway is cracking (not covered under their warranty, but they are ripping out and repouring the other driveways that haven't been sold.. So maybe you'll be lucky) Central Air was mis-wired and needed a service call to wire correctly, took three weeks to come out. Several electrical breakers continue to pop with any type of wind, other homes owners report the same issue. Low quality especially for the price

Where to start...cheap cabinets with very poor installation (lots of exposed raw wood, drawers that don't close properly) poorly installed island countertop, cracks in drywall and cement, major ant problem, refrigerator circuit breaker flipped twice in first few months, and what makes it even worse is that Lennar does not follow through on repair requests. I get the feeling they hope I'll get tired of asking and just give up.

I just purchased the house in April 2025, and we moved in on May 1st. However, I’ve already noticed several issues. The exterior paint is fading, and there are cracks all over the outside walls. The existing flooring is covered in linoleum, so I replaced it. I also repainted the interior walls because the original paint was dull. The bottom of the kitchen cabinets is falling apart. On a positive note, the lighting in the is good.

I would not recommend anyone to Lennar. Quality issues and an electric water heater that sounds like a compressor. Electricity bill 4xs the amount of my neighbors. Ridiculous experience.

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of construction in my brand-new home from Lennar. The HVAC system is not working properly and fails to provide adequate air circulation to the second floor, making it uncomfortably warm and nearly uninhabitable. The homes are built as fast as they can with little care for quality work and it shows. They don't care about working with the buyers and threaten to charge them if the closing date has to be moved because we couldn't make the NHO even though they knew we couldn't make from the beginning. The flooring was put in and it is all wavy and covered in glue and has to be ripped out and redone. Issues began the first day we moved in. Within the month we’ve lived here we have had a major water leak. Slow response times to fix the issue. The items we discussed in the walkthrough were not fixed and our move in day was awful because of it. We are even considering legal action at this point because the leak was brought up in the inspection and lennar breached its contract by lying to us and telling us it was fixed and addressed when it clearly wasn’t. My experience has being unbelievably horrifying. And that’s saying the least. 2nd day moving into the house, a major leak started from a less than par poor job done on the upstairs bathroom. Leak went into the kitchen. Then it went down from there, from broken leading faucet, landscape mishap, broken things everywhere. Just a disappointing experience that’s distasteful.

Have cut cost on so many fronts.

Lennar has cut costs on so many fronts, as cheap as failing to give garage door opener keypad. Windows Sil, cap/trim for half wall, opener for third car garage, window in the stair area, cover for patio, retaining wall for slopy backyard, soft close for the kitchen cabinet doors & drawers are all missing. The quality of workmanship & materials is very poor. Response to issues takes months!

Build Quality is a 2/10, and that’s being generous. They cut corners and use the cheapest options available. Communication is often short and their staff will not give you a concrete answer about any issues. The contractors leave out a lot of trash, food, and building materials, and when it blows into your yard or property area, they do not care and do not clean it up. Can’t believe Lennar would want me to reiterate the nightmare of an experience home buying at Willow Springs has been. Fraudulent actions on so many levels, and a home that has had numerous issues within the first week of moving in. Non responsive customer service department.
