We have had multiple issues with this house - too many for the price. Customer service is always quick to respond, but getting quality work is another story. The most on-going issue...I still have not been able to get another router to improve my internet (we've been in the house almost 2 months). They supplied us with 1 router that is good for 2000 square feet - our home is almost 3,200. This is our 3rd new house and we will never purchase a home from Lennar again.

Dealing with the sales person was difficult. She told us the house will have a few things and then on closing they were asking more money for the things that should be included. They did not allow us to move the data points around the house and did not allow us to add more data points in rooms where it was needed. We found the process difficult and not to our full satisfaction. We are planning on getting extra work completed after closing. Dealing with loan officer and title were such a pain. Poor performance, wanted evidence for everything just in case it won’t qualify and at the end it was all unnecessary paperwork. My home was finished and still needed to get clear. On this crazy sellers market. Cheap materials, poor quality of craftsmanship. Better off to go with a better builder. Lesson learned.

When I bought this house, I have been told no co-op (buyer’s agent commission). But recently my neighbor told me they had co-op for the real estate agent! And we almost bought the house at the same time at the same street! It is not fair, builder treats buyers differently!

We love our home it’s everything we envisioned it to be. We believe that lennar could have handled business better. We closed almost 3 weeks after our tentative closing date due to last minute paperwork we had to produce after we did our walk through. It was very inconsiderate of Lennar because they new we traveled from Chicago for the closing not knowing that the loan was far from being approved. The home is nice with the exception of the issues Horrible experience being told a few days before that we no longer qualify. Everything was pleasant except the experience with Lennar Mortgage. The loan officer was clueless about what was going on. I worked with Lennar Mortgage before but they were all knowledgeable and were prompt. This was a very bad experience.

The home buying experience was very frustrating. Our home was delayed by 4-5 months while other homes on same street that contracted 3-4 months later were finished earlier. Compared other homes we’ve had built, It appeared that Lennar just slapped stuff together so they could close. Now we have to deal with it through the warranty process which is inconvenient. Examples are broken window, front door doesn’t line up with hopes drilled, no hardware on the door, island 3/4 inch lower on one side, floors stained, no address plate on outside, and I can keep going. It was 14 month of screw ups and problems. Being told things that would or will never happen. Very frustrating and expensive for us to find a place to live for all the months. When I called to complain about the length of time it was taking I was told very sarcastically that I should read the contract and they have 2 years to build the house. It was screw up after screw up until Rob took over as superintendent. I would never ever recommend Lennar to anyone

The home itself is beautiful and the quality is impressive and everything we wanted. The buying and financing process was a non stop headache of poor communication and blatant deception. Supply chain issues and construction delays are very difficult to handle especially since they are not properly communicated. Waited 4 weeks for an essential steel beam to be delivered just to wait two more weeks for work to start again after delivery. There were too many defects and incomplete issues with the home when we had a 2 hour orientation. Instead of being able to pay attention to the orientation we spent the time placing blue tape and could’ve used many more hours. One the final acceptance walk a week later it was better but still needed more than the 2 hours allocated to mark. Issues. Closing delays, could not find out what the cause was. Reached sales manager and got the usual answer, everything is blamed on COVID effecting supply's. Everyone I spoke to appear to be following a script in answering my questions. Finish work is below average, crack in garage floor (told it was normal) at first walk thru. Large gaps in crown molding and base board corners, caulk is already cracking and I will need to repair. Lennar does a good job of informing you of the home buying experience: no changes, no alterations, no need to haggle over additions, etc. You get a walk through of the model home which was mostly, but not totally, identical to the finishings and workmanship of your soon to be home. The selling agent was very friendly, knowledgeable and overall helpful through the process. The mortgage agent, although we didn't end up going with them because of other issues, was quite good and would even consider using them in the future. We purchased a model (Prescott) that Lennar did not model on-site at the community we were buying in. Therefore they used a virtual 360 Tour online to let us “walk through” the home virtually. They assured us that the online tour represented the home accurately. The tour showed several high-end structural options in the home such as a gorgeous butlers pantry with glass faced cabinets, and dual shower heads/controls in the master shower, as well as tray ceilings in several rooms. Closing was pushed four times due to labor and material shortages which is understandable but they were only concerned about their ability to close on their schedule and had little or no concern for our schedules as we were flying in from out of town to do the final walk through and close We spent lots of time and money changing flight and hotel and rental car plans. I would not buy. a other Lennar home due to this experience. No options for anything. We are building our new home in Babcock ranch with another builder

The house is fine. The lending process with Lennar is a complete nightmare. It's never good when I'm forced to threaten with legal action while dealing with a loan officer. The closing date was stalled for 4 days due to Lennar's ineptness in this matter. I would definitely recommend using another finance group if you can get a decent rate.
