Timely follow up on warranty issues.

It’s obvious that the sales teams don’t care about you as a person. It appears the sale is their main goal. We heard phrases when asking questions about the home that didn’t seem right “oh I thought you wanted to buy a home. We have many people interested.” Or “yes I’ll take care of that” after the 3rd email and still needing to send more emails and a phone call just to find out how you’re getting your move in key. The construction manager was Lennar’s savings grace. He was a pleasure to work with.

Lennar messed up on the grass installation date that led to ALL the grass dying that Lennar had installed . I went by my verbal conversation with Kyle because I trusted him. When things went wrong he and the managers either went mute or told me to show something in written otherwise they can’t do anything. My total expenditure for this goof up is $3.5k!! Shane started telling me all about when the grass needs to be installed that Kyle or no one else mentioned when they should have. On top of that he said he won’t talk to the landscape company to see if they can give me the builder rate because it’s not his job. WOW! My fourth built with a builder and the worst of all! Every single builder I have built with has been courteous enough to correct their faults be it in written or not. I’ve told my realtor about it and his buyers went with LGI Homes and had a wonderful experience. Also left reviews so people know what your service is all about! Disgusting to the core! ... More

I was disappointed in the overall workmanship in this house. At one screw in every hinge was stripped and was told you don't fix that. You can see seems in the crown molding but was told that is a homeowner's problem. All interior doorknobs were loose. Poor paint job.

The finished quality of workmanship sucks. They should do a walk through themselves before they invite the homeowner in and fix everything they find wrong. But, they wait until the homeowner comes in, and in a couple of hours expects the homeowner to find all the problems. The finish carpentry is poor, the countertops were not cut straight or square, very cheap flat paint on the walls that gets marked up just by leaning a cardboard box to it. They wait to paint the doors after all the hardware is attached, thus more poor workmanship. Walls are not straight vertically, I have one wall off 3/4" in just the width of a 32" door. They do a poor job cleaning up for the final customer inspection, dust and dirt in corners, window sills, etc. Drywall not flush, even or square. This is a poor excuse of a quality new home. But, I will say this, they try to make it right after the fact, but it should not get to that point. ... More

We had a break into and lost a stove. Lennar should had more security the area!

House is a great layout. There are little issues in the house.

home completed on time not many issues so far.hopefully pool and other amenities will be completed soon

Amenities ( as promised) not provided and still have not been. Have to wait 1.5 years after what was promised. Even though building have been going up all over the place.

Working with our Sales Rep, Dominique, was such a smooth process. She was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. Wayne and Travis were all about the details and making sure our construction questions were answered and any concerns were addressed quickly.

Overall build quality and buying experience is good but not good with responding to issues

Overall, through 4 months we are happy. We have noticed some workmanship that was below our expectations for a $475k home. Mike

We like the house models in Lennar and they use to response very quickly. We are enjoying the new home , please provide better quality

Overall good experience, but a defective dishwasher in a new home on the first day is a mere disappointment.

Sheetrock issues inside ceiling which is being addressed

Despite buying and moving during the pandemic, the overall experience as been positive. Everyone Idealt with was attentive to my needs and addressed every issue and concern I had

Great value for your money

The whole process is very rushed and there is very little power given to the buyer at the end of the day. Although we had checkins and inspections, there was still no ability to see some of the issues that we needed to have addressed until after we moved in. Our representative has been terrific in getting theses addressed after the fact, but these issues should not have been present in the first place. 3 in particular are quite frustrating. 1 despite addressing concerns when we noticed these spots while reviewing videos during construction checkins, there are several large areas where a leveling material was added to our floors on the second level where the builder never checked to ensure the the floors were level so now there are several dips and bumps that will require pretty intensive work to repair after the fact. 2 electrical code was not followed while running our A/C wire in our walls from our condensor, resulting in a wire being nicked while hanging a picture despite all of the proper precautions being taken. The wire is just hanging in the wall, not attached to a stud, was run through a hole drilled through a beam and no metal protective plate was added. All three of those things are electrical code violations. 3 our A/C unit was leaking freeon badly due to poor workmanship when installed resulting in damage to several mechanical items from manhandling of the equipment that which required several visits to repair in brand new equipment. It also looks and feels like the carpenters never heard of a level or a T-square. In our particular development, there is a lot of issues with Lennar’s decisions to enter contracts that cost the homeowners significant fees but provide little to no benefits particularly around the management and security companies that they hired to run those services for our HOA. They also sold the community as a premium community and then slapped a rental community that operates under different rules right in the middle of it. We share amenities that we need to pay for with these vacation renters that do not and they run rampant in the community because they do not gave the same repercussions as the owner communities for violating rules. There are also little to no rules placed on the rental properties so they do not maintain the same neighborhood standards. All the while the owners HOA’s help to fund the profits of these rental properties. There is also insufficient security provided by both the company Lennar hired to run the gates and patrols and the equipment ( or lack there of ) provided. Love my new home great quality!

Disappointed, my home looks like made from paper, and everything is feak, whasher ,dryer is pice garbage. after 3 months i have to start update and fix everything.i have to spend too much to my new home to be real home.

Each and every step in the building and buying experience went smoothly. I was treated with respect and made to feel that I am extremely important.

They met their schedule.. no excuses no delays. Superintendent chris attalla kept us informed. Mike murphy's follow up for repairs was excellent.
