Any time we had a problem that problem was quickly. There were no major problems.

Lennar Mortgage messed up on my home insurance policy. I'm still waiting for my refund. Other than that, sale respresentative, construction manager and onsite service manager are very friendly and quite helpful.

Lennar delivered a problem-free home on schedule, and everyone I interacted with was very friendly and helpful. They do a lot to make buying a new home as easy as possible, such as integrated lending and insurance. These homes are not cheap but I really like the floorplan and overall it has been a great experience!

Great and smooth experience ever had

Our house is nice. It is what we previewed and we’re learning to adapt to the little to no insulation on the interior walls. We are used to more acoustic isolation between rooms. Overall we enjoy life at The Isles of West Port.

Great overall home buying experience. Everyone communicated well with updates and explained each phase of the building process. Very satisfied with my home!

Very pleasant home and neighborhood. Be prepared for a Fort Worth water cost eye-opener. HOA not in gear yet. Great concerns support staff. I do not know what could be done about the interior acoustics

I’m satisfied with my new home

Building a house consists of many jobs combination. When one job is complete, the other previous job is demolished or severely damaged. As the result: no supervision or any kind responsibilities from the workers and management. For instance: installing a very expensive quartz countertop with no supportive brackets underneath! They tossed the heavy stone countertop straight onto the wooden cabinet without 3 or 4 supportive brackets at all! While we mention that to their representative, he insisted that it should be like that!!!! People have orientation day to their brand new house with leaking water unknown source!!! Can you imagine your brand new house with the hole in the sealing with running water?! ... More

Not the best, but not bad either. Workmanship need to be improved.

Size of Homes are Good enough for nuclear families

Not the lowest quality but not nearly the highest either. Too many sensible items missed. No lights on house numbers outside and all houses look the same. Hard to distinguish your home at night and even in the day. Many light switched in absolutely the wrong place. At closing, refrigerator was dead, needed to be replaced. Numerous cabinet doors needed adjustment or replacement. Shelves missing. Crack in Lanai. Carpet seam runs right through the middle of the bedroom. Two car garage will only fit two cars if they are both very small cars. My SUV barely fits. Hot water, or no hot water actually, is an issue in the community. All that said, we love the community and are happy with the house. We probably would have made the same decision to move here again. Two very nice golf courses. ... More

It’s unfortunate I sold my home prior to closing with Lennar - otherwise I would have never bought and built with Lennar. If you’re interested in spending your money that follows absolutely none of their core values - be my guest. If your are interested in sub-par quality and a horrible customer service this is the builder for you.

The way they delivered my house is terrible they left the siding with nails popping out, the support in the attic is terrible if you walk on the wood support it acts like a spring, the restrooms had black permanent marker on the countertops, the kitchen countertop which is granite had stains from paint buckets that had corrosion, on the garage I have a gap on the left side support. They had damage in the driveway. Repairing this house, you would need a new siding with new wood support done correctly as for the warranty advisor she will always tell you it’s cosmetic and never fix the issues that she promised she would fix during the walkthrough. They just want to make the sale when the house is not finish and has really poor quality it should not be sold but for some reason Lennar thinks selling unfinished and poor-quality houses is a good thing. From start to finish the delivery of the house and the way that Lennar treats the customers is horrible. I wish I could get a refund but you’re stuck with what you get. ... More

Customer service with various parts of Lennar were horrible and have no idea what the word communication means.

We had a great home buying experience - everything went perfectly. The quality of the work is what is really upsetting to us. The trim work and paint are awful. They quality of the paint and the paint job is terrible. They do have someone coming to do “touch ups” but honestly they whole house needs to be redone.

Tracy was amazing helping us with questions. Everything else went smoothly. The only problem is that we are seeing problems now that had blue tape on them but were never fixed, like a hole in the garage door back and finishing and cabinets in master bath missing. Visible nails in baseboard in master toilet as well as drywall issues. Drywall issues in master bath along with missing grout in master shower. Not really sure who to tell about any of these issues. Also the ring system is ridiculously difficult to operate. We can figure out how to link anything. Including the garage door, thermostat, front door lock and our door bell won’t chime inside when you hit the button. ... More

Responsive to warranty issues, however, not responsive to living conditions in the neighborhood. Previous construction manager John made sure issues in the neighborhood were addressed immediately. That is no longer the case since he left. Construction trash, early construction noise on the weekend by subcontractors ( before sunrise) is completely unacceptable and construction workers and subs race out the streets at a very high speed.
