Website and paperwork still has items that are not discussed with Lennar reps like access points and door locks, so I guess update that? Building houses too fast poor quality

My experience hasn’t been good at all. The builders are building homes too fast and the quality is just too cheap. Overall floors are not level and when I report that there’s noise on my floor that they charge me for to install. They tell me it’s normal landscaping you get no warranty and you step on your grass and start sinking Overall I just think you guys are building houses with the cheapest of the cheapest and the price is not right I’m sorry to be the one to tell you guys this but this is just how I feel.

Cheap materials. Cheap solutions. Poor communication skills from associates. First time home buying experience was kind of sad. Only good is the response time on warranty requests. Would never recommend and regret my decision in purchasing a Lennar home.

I was told like many of my neighbors that we would only get 15 feet of sod. They got full sod and I didn’t. When I finally requested my sod installed… it was too late. There are other houses in the neighborhood that do not have their sod installed yet; but we are too late (don’t understand). Let's start with the most horrible home buying concierge Paula, she was extremely rude in all phases. The sales team took our 42K deposit which we were told will get refunded but later on, demanded the same amount from our 1031 exchange agent. The original deposit was never refunded instead got buried inside the loan. The 42,000 I was our hard cash, on top of the 306K down payment. They need agents to handle all situations, in this case, took out money and never wanted to resolve anything after.

It has been nothing short of a nightmare! We hired a inspector who found 98 pages of work that was not done properly and reused damaged items such as doors and appliance,Every issue is being addressed slowly and costing us time and taking away the enjoyment of our new home,We have repairs daily!!! This is a brand new home and it should no be like this!!! Lennar Homes got the cheapest materials and contracted the worst workers. They are in such a hurry to build, build, build, with no attention to details. And to try to get something fixed (in a new home) after you close, good luck!

Lennar was only interested in making the quarterly numbers NOT the satisfaction of the buyer. We had a terrible closing experience. We did not get thngs completed in a timely fashion and were pushed the entire time to "just close". I will NOT ever buy another home from Lennar!!!

I would never buy another Lennar home. I have owned in communities. But this experience has been unimaginably horrible. I have a serious constructionissue with the house. I’m getting the runaround. Lennar mortgage is the worst. I have been an owner for 2 months. I sent my 1st payment as instructed and they have sent me 2 late notices. Although they cashed my check 10 days before the due date. 3 times I called to get verification and acknowlement. Waiting for a call back from a "supervisor ". Waiting over 40 minutes each time on hold Waiting for a reply. They were disorganized from the start. Nonody at their company wants to talk via the phone. They sold my loan already and still can't get answers from either company. They have made my brand new purchase a disappointing experience.
