Great deal business with lennar

Quality of work in building home was poor, seems certain trades are about quantity not quality when it came to building home.

We had months of delays relating to windows. Not an issue caused by Lennar. After move in multiple issues to get fixed and I have currently been without water in my kitchen for over a week. Island countertop had to be replaced and I still have no water. Very displeased. All other issues taken care of better than this. Taylor was great to work with, but the subcontractors are horrible.

Aaron saw to it that my dead sod was replaced. Jamon did good to get a plumber to fix some things BUT, my front door does not close correctly and they said they would replace it. No communication from Jamon and no action so far in over 6 weeks. Contacted Jamon again a week later. He apologized…but still no action on my door. Please be honest, timely and forthright and don’t just shine people. It’s insulting.

My sales consultant was Awesome! I would recommend anyone to Herbert; however the builders did a poor job with building the home, molding is cracked everywhere, my stairs still creek after they told me that they would fixed my stairs during the walk through. On top of that the paint job is horrible for some of the paint is left on metal pieces throughout the house. I paid for a quality home and expected just that. I shouldn’t have these many gaps between the mold and my walls in the home. On top of that, the Customer Service Rep is really busy but hard to get a hold of. The heat doesn’t rise to my upstairs which is very difficult and I had to purchase a personal heater for me and my sons room. Did I mention the first month in my home the oven and microwave range went out three times and they were suppose to change my circuit breaker but that never happened. Wouldn’t recommend. From the beginning, all involved were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and made every experience easy to navigate.

Sales was great and always gave us updates. Our final walkthrough wasn’t as planned due to scheduling but we would have had a better experience if our original walkthrough rep showed up

Location and quality of construction

The home is not up to the standard that I expected from Lennar. We have lived here for 3 months and are still waiting on things to be fixed that we told them about before we closed.

Love our new Lennar home. Build was completed on time and most issues were minor and fixed in a reasonable amount of time. Lennar employees have been a pleasure to deal with. Community has great potential, however still waiting on some promised amenity’s from Lennar.

The Lennar Team was outstanding during the process. My consultant was excellent and bridged the gap with the out if state home buying experience. The process was tailored and streamlined. However, the craftsmanship of the home was was less than my expectation. There were several defects in the details of the home. I had many service calls for the hot water heater after 4 attempts it was finally corrected. The overall construction of the home meets my expectations so far. However the details were subpar. I’m not pleased that the home warranty is only 1 year.

Quick response in addressing any issues. Attentive to homeowner's concerns. Very good customer service and cares about their workmanship and it impacts the homeowner.

We've been in the house now for 90 days and have not yet had one problem. I think that is amazing. They really worked hard to knock out our punch list prior to moving in. We love it thus far!

From the time I walked into the model, it has been a top notch experience! Realtor was great through the whole process. So helpful! Construction Manager was so in point, kept me in the loop with everything. Responded very quickly with every question or email! The NHO/TLC was so worth the time! Very informative, now that’s a must have experience. I wouldn’t trade my Lennar home experience with any other builder!

Builders are notorious for leaving a lot of details unfinished at the end of a project, but Lennar did great on this one. The construction manager (Jim) was just a prince. Very patient during walk throughs, addressed every concern I had.

Very easy and comfortable process and I love Lennar they are the best!

Their inability to give us a choice in many things in our home. From interior paint color, to external brick, the choice was made for us. Never in my experience of buying a home did the sales guy have to say, "I'm sorry, no" so many times. If it weren't that Lennar had the floor plan we wanted (Next Gen home) we would have built with someone else.

Not even 3 months owning the home and a leak from the upstairs vanity ran down through the downstairs ceiling and caused damage. Have been under repairs for over a month and still not completed.
