Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The only problem is that there are so many people on the team that we never knew who was doing what. When we had a question, we didn't know whom to contact. So much information, so many emails, so many people.

I had a great experience buying with Lennar. Allicia and Amy made the process so easy and Garrett kept me updated and fixed any concerns I had. I would, and have, recommend buying with Lennar!

For the price paid for a brand new home it was lacking. There were a number of quality issues such as lag bolts in garage door not in. Kitchen cupboard cracked underneath. Outside light boxes are too deep, modified by owner to get light up. Dishwasher is cheapest model. No city trash cans available, and no place to put outside. No attic ladder available. Trees to close to house. Should have had less sprinkler heads, watering bushes overkill. NOT WIRED WITH COAX CABLE SATELLITE IMPOSSIBLE WITHOUT DRILLING. Roped into using neighborhood internet it's too slow for square footage. Certainly won't consider lennar again. ... More

Verdana Village is a beautiful place to live and Lennar made it an easy experience.

All I all good workmanship is ok getting response back on my issues good just waiting for issues to b addressed people were nice to speak to and understanding.

The quality of the home I purchased from this company is unsurpassed!! Structurally sound and modern. I would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a new home to look no further.

The search for a home took 3 years, but our agent was marvelous, incredibly patient and sensitive to our exact needs not to mention our exacting demands. When the day finally arrived, there was nothing but happiness: with the beautiful house and the incredibly professional, flawless process of signing the necessary documents making the house our home.

From day one, we have been impressed by the professionalism, quality and customer service. From the sales team to the warranty and repair team, 100% awesome.

Our salesman, Alan, was great with showing us homes and explaining features. We found a home that really met our needs. Other than perhaps some sloppy painting, the house has been great! A couple of minor issues have been quickly addressed by Lennar. We are loving our new home and location!

Overall I love my new home. I wish you could work with one person throughout the whole process within Lennar, but instead you have to deal with a different person for literally everything, then try to remember who to talk to when you have a question. Way too confusing. Thank goodness I worked with my own realtor to assist me or I would have left the process without a new home here. I also wish they didn’t use the cheapest material to finish the house. No input or customizing allowed. Alli wanted were ceiling fans. My appraisal clearly noted they were included, but that was an error! No fans. Since there are no windows downstairs in the townhome it’s extremely stuffy really quick. I couldn't have asked for a better home buying experience. The process was quick, it took 47 days from first contact with the builder to closing! Every person from the Internet Sales Consultant to the building manager were professional and thorough.

I really enjoy working with lennar!

Overall they made it clear that they have a product and their budget that they needs to be met. The trades get alloted not enough time to do a good job which is notable There was a lot of delay when putting in offers which led to losing that initial house. They reduced a lot of the features of the home from one street to another in the same development.

First off the experience was terrible. The only good thing is that the house is put together mostly right. Only here a month and a breaker went out already. I the buying process we had to drop 23,000 on closing costs because lennar did not cover anything. No offer or nothing to cover any of the cost on top of paying 261000 in a loan all because we did not use their loan officer or lender. We did not use their inspector either. The yard was done terrible and they only put in grass 15 feet from the back door. Our yard is at least 60 feet by 60 feet. The house was dirty when we arrived with dirt all over the floor and trash in the yard. The garage had lots of paint chips on the ground and we found parts that were laying on the ground with no explanation of where they are supposed to go. No blinds were put in and internet was not activated before we got there. Also the internet is supposed to be included in the HOA but we were not asked if we wanted it in the first place. All in all the experience was terrible, no consideration for us as buyers and moving costs and charged full closing cost which made us dislike lennar very much. Would not recommend to anyone. ... During the process of purchasing our house we worked with Christina and at first she communicated with us just fine but then she wouldn't return our calls and failed to follow up with us. She would tell us one thing and the next, it was different. She would say she was going to call us back with an update and never would. When we had to provide documents, i would provide them and they would keep asking for the documents over and over. I thought maybe what i sent didnt attach properly but then come to find out i was told Christina was supposed to call me and tell me to contact the credit bureaus to update something that wasnt updated on my credit report. Did she tell me that? No, of course not. A simple text would have sufficed but she couldnt even do that. Whats worse is that when she finally did call with an update, she didnt even apologize for not responding to our calls or not responding to our text she simply went on as if nothing had happened. As if i didn't call you everyday for almost a week asking for an update. Her communication skills are the worse! When we finally closed, the title company told us there were pending permits that the city hadn't approved yet so we wouldnt be getting our keys. We were told that Christina should have told us this, which, surprise surprise, she hadn't. When we finally escalated the issue, a manager offered us a credit which was applied to nothing because we had already signed and closed the deal. They said it was applied to closing costs but we had already signed and it was done. When i spoke with Christina about it, she said it was used to extend the interest rate since the rate lock had expired, which she didn't tell me there would be any cost to extending it. They tried to make it seem as though we were impatient about the permits but that wasnt the case. We understand that if permits are pending, they're pending. We just wanted some communication and honesty. We wanted someone to say-hey, i didn't get a chance to check on this but give me a few days and ill follow up with you...and actually follow up; or hey, just a quick update, its still pending, etc. I didnt even need a call, a text would have sufficed! We love our house but the process to get it was not smooth and pleasant. It was stressful, shady, and unprofessional on their part. I wish I would have requested a different loan officer but it is what it is now. Even when we finally got our keys, it didn't feel welcoming. We have several friends and family that are looking to buy a home and unfortunately we are not referring them to Christina and her team. Had a great experience overall with the purchase of my beautiful home. The entire process went smoothly & the staff were great & knowledgeable. Would highly recommend Lennar Homes to anyone on the market to buy!

You should know the experience of buying the home was smooth and easy. But after moving in we have had several major issues including cement steps that were not within code and having the included washing machine and dryer shaking the house so much many of our rooms have cracks in the seams in the ceiling and in the corners. Lennar states everything is structurally sound, but we have now involved a lawyer and other neighbors who are also experiencing this. A once dream experience is quickly becoming a mistake

I have lived in this community since November and, while it is a pleasant neighborhood, it is still in the early phases of development with ongoing construction and new residents moving in. I chose a Lennar home because it was the most financially practical option; however, I am disappointed with the overall quality and craftsmanship. I previously purchased a Lennar home in Houston in 2019 with comparable square footage and bedrooms, and the difference in build quality is noticeable. Despite higher home prices in this market, the current home feels extremely standardized, with minimal design variation and limited functionality. The stand-up shower is very small, and there is a lack of storage throughout the home, including no linen closet. Given the purchase price, I expected a higher level of craftsmanship and thoughtful design. Compared to prior Lennar builds, buyers are now required to make significant upgrades post-purchase to improve livability and resale value. I am sharing this feedback for consideration in future builds, as I believe there is an opportunity to better align quality and design with buyer expectations. ... More

Russell, Cody, and Yanzi were great! They responded quickly and were genuinely concerned and wanted to help. The buying process was long but everyone was patient and helpful. We appreciated the orientation meetings since they were thorough and gave us a sense of the highlights and functions of the house. The warranty meeting was also beneficial as we found out the common areas that need attention along with other tips.

My experience hasn’t been great at all and that’s putting it mildly!! I was always taught growing up, if I do not have anything nice to say, then don’t say anything at all!! On another note, I have dealt with nothing but, incompetent, unprofessional, inconsistent, unreliable, rude, cruel, dishonest, and very disrespectful individuals and I am very sorry that I ever purchased a Lennar home!!!

Our house is well built and perfectly designed. We also saved a lot of money compared to other homes

Buying a home in a tract in a Lennar community seems to come with certain expectations, but unfortunately, the construction quality fell short. Throughout the build, it appeared there were no meaningful quality inspections. From the foundation to nearly every trade involved, workmanship was poor—issues ranged from substandard framing and electrical work to walls with extremely thin paint coats. Can be described as a dusting of paint at best The “celebration walk” was disappointing and felt like a waste of time. We hired a home inspector, but that effort was ineffective because our Lennar representative dismissed every item on the list as “not actionable.” The walkthrough itself focused on trivial things like how to turn on a faucet—basic tasks anyone already knows—rather than reviewing critical systems such as the tankless water heater and other mechanical components. Overall, the process felt rushed and unprepared. Better attention to quality control and a more meaningful final walkthrough would have made a big difference. At Lennar quality and craftsmanship does not exist. The entire process was a hurry up and build and close so Lennar can get paid type of experience. I’m doubtful anybody will even read this note, as it’s a formality that you have to show to check a metric box some where that lennar will label as customer care.
