The selling/builder agent was awesome. The property is beautiful. However, Lennar Mortgage representatives did not pay any significant attention to the buyers needs or wants. We had difficulty communicating and being responded to. They were not able to close on the date we had originally agreed upon for no apparent reason other than they weren’t ready. Every time we talked to a mortgage representative, It was like the first time we were being introduced. A very horrible and not well orchestrated event. I’m an investor and this is not my first purchase. Worst experience in dealing with loan officer. Never responds to calls. Rushes to closing date without properly checking all issues. House wasn’t even ready during final walk through.

I would like to write a great review but in all honesty I can't. Our closing date was moved back several times, meanwhile we are staying in a hotel with two dogs. What a nightmare! When we finally closed it was done remotely even though I asked for an in person closing at the sales office. During closing my computer crashed so we had to do everything by phone. What should have taken 30 minutes took 2 hours and it was the most frustrating closing I've ever had. Then the next day we couldn't get the keys because no one knew where they were. wost experience of my life. I was stressed put until the day I moved. From pre-approval nothing changed for me financially, but I had to keep submitting letters saying how I'm going to pay my mortgage. Nothing changed for me financially, I would not recommend this experience to my worst enemy.

When we showed up to view the home before we bought the Lennar agent did not even know which house we were looking at on the street or what was included in the property. Then she was high pressure to sign a contract that night even though we had sent in our deposit. She never mentioned the 7 day right to cancel, not that we were looking to cancel but since she didn't know much about the community, we wanted to review some things. The lender was even worse. My broker did not get paid and sales man kept her commission even though she went with me and I let him know via message that she was going with me. I love my my house, however I will never buy another Lennar homes again due to the worst buying experience I had with Cole at Tavola West in New Cany TX. Don't recommend anyone to buy Lennar homes.

The buying experience was extremely stressful. There’s no guidance and communication. There’s a ton of urgency asking for this or that but, when I asked questions it took days to get an answer. The sales people just assume you know the process but, when you’re a first time buyer it’s very stressful.

My overall experience was poor. I was repeatedly told it’s out of our hands. It’s not our fault it’s the plumbers or it’s not our fault it’s the cabinet makers or it’s not our fault. It’s the painters or it’s not our fault etc.

I have already reached out and expressed my dissatisfaction. Jack did get back to me and said he would follow up the following week which did not happen. Very difficult to get questions answered. Need to figure out myself to deal with several associates to get issues resolved. Spent lots of time to find mail box key. Buying a house should be easy like before dealing with only one agent; all issues got resolved quickly and effectively. ONE STOP SHOPPING makes life much easier . My worst house purchasing. Avoid!

She never communicated with me the buyer. I would have to be the one to call the office to get answers to my questions, even then she would have to find out the answers to my questions and get back to me. She never did call me back until I had to be the one to her call back. Unacceptable. Customer Service team was great!

Lennar lending was the worst experience I’ve ever had to deal with. Took 5 days past first closing date to actually close. Kept coming up excuses to why they could not get paperwork done. Suggestion to company make one contact point throughtout the whole process to many hands involved with the process definitely Lennar inner communication was none.

We have had struggles and issue with our home from the start. We got in the home in spite of Lennar Financing, it seems like they did everything they could to keep us from being financed. But we got in anyway. Now with the home we have had multiple issues one right after another, some in series.

The financial team was not aware of the new VA loan process. My processor did not communicate with me until 30 days before closing. I started my home buying process in August of 2022. I did not speak with her until late April early May 2023. I eventually had to use outside lenders and obtain legal counsel to close on my home. This process was horrible.

This home was overrated, over priced and structurally changed from the model home. Therefore it is not worth mentioning how bad this experience has been. Quality and workmanship is livable and ok with final product, but not good or great. Many items need to be fixed or adjusted. I am concerned how it will be after one full year. This is not the normal quality standard in prior build purchases from Lennar. Unfortunately I will not recommend Lennar nor buy Lennar in the future.

In our experience, the home buying process at The Province in Indian Wells was terrible, although we love the home, the neighborhood, and our neighbors. The main trouble came from the Representative at the model homes, Corina. Once we opened escrow, this was our point of contact. During escrow, Corina was very uncommunicative, told us wrong or incomplete information countless times, and even almost caused us to lose the house on two different occasions. Moved into my house with a gas oven but my house was built for electric. Construction manager k ew about it during my walk and guaranteed it wld be replaced by move in day.....didn't happen. My realtor and I called every number for Lennar we could find to get the situation resolved before Christmas dinner. Took three days to finally get it. Customer service was horrible. Can't believe that happened. Manager knew about my issue and stilll went on vacation with his family k owing I had no oven. Ridiculous
