Lennar sales manager is not customer friendly and don’t want to listen customer issues

I would like to see better quality materials used. Better workmanship. It didn’t seem like there was construction supervision.

They are really nice people

Lennar was up front about everything and staff was friendly as well as helpful. Made our buying experience easy.

Quality is very bad

Paint is chipping because they watered down the paint. The solar panels are not even close to netting out the results its supposed too. The amenities are not complete yet we are paying an hoa fee for them. The Mello roos is labeled as special assessment which has a 50 year bond on the property (where most have 25 year bond). The public lights to the street are not even turned on. The curbs leading into the property are incredibly high and are not up to code (which they are claiming that they are and are refusing to pay for improvements). "The Olympic pool" they are offering as a selling feature is a barely a lap pool. Hoa fees fluctuate based on phases opening up which was not discussed. Closing process was a nightmare. ... More

I wish I could turn back time and wait on my close. Make sure you have everything complete before you sign. If Dillon is your construction manager, leave completely, he is not only incompetent, he is rude and unresponsive.

I closed escrow in July 2021. I expected quality for the price of the house and for having Lennar as the builder. But staying in the house for few months now brought me a lot of disappointments. The granite in our kitchen countertop absorbs water and now stained with oil after it was claimed to be sealed by Brandon from quality control dept., and even after I sealed it before use. I spoke to Brandon about the issue, and I was told that it will be adressed, but I have not heard anything yet until now. Brandon said that maybe because the granite has been stored for a long period of time before it was used is the reason why it absorbs water easily and is already stained. But I don’t think that there is any excuse for not assuring the quality of anything before putting everything together in this house. The shelves and brackets in master’s closet also fell apart after we hanged clothes. As per Brandon, there should only be maximum weight to be placed, which was never mentioned ever. And I don’t think that good quality will break easily. I wish IBrandon said that it is how they make standard closet and I can always upgrade using another company if I want a better quality. Too bad, I thought Lennar has the quality I was looking for. For the repaint and drywall touch ups, I was scheduled for a certain day and when I was making sure to get it done by the scheduled date, Adrianne from builder’s choice snapped at me and told me that I am not the only client. Then the appointment should be more than a day and was managed prior, for me to plan my days as well. Now, for the repaint of my front door and doorstep, the door should have been painted entirely, but it appears that there is no touch up in the bottom area. which is very obvious and frustrating to look at. and for the doorstep, the paint dripped underneath, and now stained the stucko. Which i need to call quality again for. In my backyard, the planter looks weird. It wasn’t straight all the way and the sprinkler switch is the in the middle of nowhere. Brandon said that it was how it was disigned and approved by the builder. Which is confusing because both of my neighbors doesn’t have a planter. Good experience in an a sellers market

Buying a home from Lennar was stress free. The staff was great.

I was originally told my closing would be June 8th when I put a contract on the house. Almost every other week my closing kept being put out. There would actually be weeks gone buy that no construction work was done on my house. I finally closed on July 23rd. This was an extreme inconvenience because I had sold my house and had to stay in a motel. I have numerous text messages in my phone to verify the above information. Also the landscaping is terrible. I pointed it out to the Lennar agent and at walk through. I did a work order on it and was told that landscaping is no covered. You can barely walk on my sod and it has sunken drastically since I have taken possession of my home. ... More

Best home buying experience I've had! From the staff to the builders, everything was smooth and on-time! Highly recommend Lennar.

Buying experience was good but open issues not taken care in timely manner and still have lot of open issues.

Great experience and value for a new home

Had a very good experience with Lennar. Their staff are very nice, professional and trustworthy. It has been a great pleasure working with you.

The whole lennar process is designed to optimize their company’s benefit at the expense of the customer. They have rules / restrictions / policies which make the entire experience awful for owners (this includes home buying, inspections, closing, lennar mortgage, and warranty). I will not buy another lennar home.

A lot of poor quality work discovered and still being discovered in the house. Lennar does respond to get things fixed.

It was a great experience.

Lennar is only builder that provides option “Everything included” for their new houses. We really love this great idea and comfortable for home buyers when searching for new home. The service responsiveess is very good. However, the workmanship is not good.

Work quality is pretty bad. I still have hole on my ceiling and no one seems to care about it. Hopefully next home purchase won’t be lennar.

Gutters! Hvac that works ?? Cabinets cheaply made ! Paint ? More like water color ! Cracking concrete ! Poor garage door openers ! Gas lines ! You want to bbq you have to change your gas lines ! The saddles to each doorway coming up ! Kitchen cabinets not lined up to par ! No you don’t get a move in ready home cause your to busy adding and fixing what they gave you ! Oh we forget to tell you you must sell your other home first !! Huh I had $$$ for this but on paper after paper after paper to prove I could buy this one ! Never again ! No communication once you sign the contract ! Oops we made a mistake and put your fireplace in the wrong spot !! Oh come on I find this out one week before closing ... More

Overall average experience because i am not completely satisfied with kitchen cabinets materials, other stuff and paint.
