Build was done on time. Lots of information provided to get started with house setup. Overall a good experience.

We were absolutely pleased with our Lennar experience from beginning to end. Our sales professional (Kacey) was the shining star of the group. She kept us updated daily and answered all of our questions timely. We will definitely recommend Lennar to friends and family.

Nancy, Lan, and James helped my home buying process smooth. They all did a wonderful job to assist me. I can’t thank them enough. I want to send a shoutout to Tommy as well. He helped me get the ball rolling. Once again thank you!

We absolutely love our home and the process from choosing options all the way through to the construction meetings and home walk-throughs and closing. The process was pretty straightforward with regular check-ins and updates. Our biggest area of feedback is the warranty follow-up now that we are closed on the house. Understanding that trades and materials are delayed at this time, but need more communication and scheduling updates from the warranty team. Other than that, we love our house and the building process with Lennar.

Ryan our construction supervisor was amazing. He pulled together many issues that were beyond his control and ensured that we were completely satisfied. He was very easy to befriend and earned our trust with his follow through. Ryan, we'd like thank you for completing Lennar's commitments to our satisfaction.

The workmanship of the contractors is absolutely horrible. It seems like things are just thrown together. We had entire trim areas not painted, holes behind bathroom hardware, nails missing in shower drain and outdoor shutters...etc. This is the second home that we have built, and the final product's quality has been devastating to say the least. It is my hope that future homebuyers experience contractors who want to do their best for every homebuyer and that the building/project manager communicates and evaluates employees in such a way that a culture of excellence is created.

I had a great experience with our Lennar realtor but unfortunately did not have a good experience with the loan officer we used by Lennar. We do love our house and understand things happen while building BUT Lennar should do a better job with communicating. We have been contacting them for months to have our block wall fixed (which is detached from the wall and is becoming a hazard) and we’re promised the company would call…months later nothing still. We have had to put in two orders to get it fixed and text the manager in charge and have not received a response. The lack of communication with this company is pretty disappointing. ... More

Our experience of buying a brand new home was great! Everything was on time and the house was just as amazing as advertised! The Lennar team at Palisades Park is a pleasure to work with!! Amazing customer service!!

Love my new home and the Process went pretty smoothly!

Love our house but we had issues with things the first day we moved in. I’ve noticed little flaws here and there and carelessness within the build itself but I do love my house.

For the most part things are/were great until… the cable from the garage to the house was blocked underground when I moved in. I texted and was able to get it fixed in a timely manner as with most things. But we had a heavy rain and my walkway and my neighbors walkway washed out and sank approximately 10” so far. This has been at least a month ago. According to my Lennar guy this was all His responsibility due to the EROSION caused by the fix of the underground cable and He is going to take care of it. Now I can’t finish the pavers along my walkway and my walkway is getting worse as time goes by. I can no longer contact my Lennar guy when I do I get no response. I was told to wait until the higher ups give the ok to fix this. When there is NO contact as to how things are going it makes you wonder IF things are going??? If you an get everything fixed in a speedy manner and then when something goes very wrong and there is no response what are we to think???Until this EROSION Matter is taken care of I can’t move forward and finish my walkway nor is it safe and neither is my neighbors. I would think this would be a PRIORITY. Who do I contact when the person I’m supposed to contact will not respond. Please someone from Lennar contact me. This damage was done by your contractors, you are responsible and that has been established by the person who ordered the job done. Help! ... More

Our closing was delayed 3 months. Fair, I understand building materials and labor have dried up. The day after we move in, our master bathroom’s toilet flooded due to contractors having put waste in the plumbing. The flooding ruined our entire first floor and a lot of personal property. It took 4 emails and 2 voicemails before we finally got in contact with the customer care manager and got the issue resolved On top of all of that, even after our final walk through, there were paint stains all over the floor, nicks in the walls, drawers that don’t stay closed, garage door didn’t work, mud prints on the carpet, among other issues. If the closing was delayed by that long, you’d think this would give Lennar proper time to address issues by or after the final walk through. We will not be doing business with Lennar in the future ... More

Initial process was great, however we still have punch and warranty items left open after 4 months from closing. There is no sense of urgency or communication regarding a resolution. I have to call and hassle only to be told “I’m waiting on my manger, so I can give you the correct answer “. It seems like Lennar has left Dunwoody Village in their rear view mirror.

The sales agent Kim was awesome, along with Andrew the builder and Michelle with follow up items post build. Great experience all around, and I am happy with the smart home features that were included in the build.

Lennar has a great staff that works with prospective buyers throughout the home buying experience. Each Lennar representative is a professional that knows their role from sales to closing to post closing. Each understands it is the best interest of the buyer and seller to be extremely informative and transparent. The HOA appears to be well set up and running smoothly and hope it's as effective a Lennar in the long run.

The overall buying experience was great, especially for a first time home buyer. We had some slight miss understandings with the construction department, but nothing that was detrimental. Overall I'm pleased.

We were very happy and are proud of where we live. The salesperson Vivian was awesome and helped us with any questions throughout the purchase. Eagle Mortgage we had our fair share of headaches with the rep we had, we felt she wasn’t 100% sure of some of the questions and concerns we had but we fought through it. The workmanship in the build is what’s concerning. We’ve had leaks, walls put up that we’re not measured out correctly, grout that wasn’t filled in, etc. Most of these things were pointed out during the walk through but the construction manager Fernando was very quick to brush it off telling us that’s how LENNAR does it! Anyway we closed and moved in 7/30/21 and to this date some of these issues have not been fixed. This leads me to my next gripe and most concerning, customer service. Before we filled out our new homeowner survey we would contact our rep Khari and she immediately took action to address our concerns. We did our new home owner survey and spoke very highly of her because at the end of the day it’s not her fault the third party contractors wouldn’t show up when they were supposed to or came but we’re told to fix something that did not need to be fixed. But now I can’t even get a hold of her or anyone to finish the issues that we have since purchasing our new home. ... More

Overall happiness with the new home. Some issues, minor, but we're resolved quickly.

Rusty has been great he has gone above and beyond to try to get issues fixed. But the rest of the people that work for Lennar are just there for a check.

I love my home but it has so many little things there were some issues to he fixed after my last walkthrough that just weren’t fixed. I submitted the warranty since they said thats how I had to claim them. They’re parts of the inside of my home that isn’t painted. The outside of my home paint was peeling and was supposed to be fixed that was just never taken care of. They promised me some stuff that they didn’t make it happen. It’s the little things that add up.
