Lennar is not a bad company for homes. But I would recommend you to finance with another company.

From the moment we met our sales representative to the day we closed on our home we have been at HOME! Not only do we love our new home, we LOVE our neighbors!

This is my second home from this particular builder. My experience this time around was far most the worst experience. I would not recommend this builder.

Great Exleirence, Great Home

Lennar provided a smooth, easy, efficient way to buy our home remotely. They are professional and responsive. Quality of craftsmanship was excellent. We would not hesitate to buy from them again.

The entryway needs to be finished and there are no drawers in the bathrooms or medicine cabinets

Pushed through the process by Salesperson like cattle at the “sale call”. Home incomplete, pushed to sign off on multiple incomplete items. Financing process tedious beyond acceptable. Only bright spot of the process is the Superintendent in charge of “punch out” process is apparently the only person in the Corporate machine that cares!

The materials and majority of the workmanship is subpar at best. I was expecting more from Lennar as I have been in previous developments they have done and didn't see or hear about the issue I am dealing with. When you do get someone to take care of warranty work - they hack and slash it.... instead of correcting flaws the right way, very disappointing to say the least.

We bought a paired home four months ago in Buffalo Highlands, and we love the home. The buying experience was pretty uneventful, which is what you want. There were some delays in landscaping, and the quality of the (late) landscaping was pretty poor, but not a direct Lennar thing. This far the house has been solid-a couple of warranty issues have come up that took too long to address, due to the warranty lead person leaving her position, but the supervisors stepped in and got it handled. Overall, we would buy from Lennar again.

I am a first-time homebuyer and could not have been more pleased that I decided to go with Lennar. I'm extremely happy in my new home. I felt prioritized during my entire building/home buying experience!

Great quality and communication from Lennar!

The craftsmanship of my home doesn’t seem great , there are a lot of issues that shouldn’t exists like a crooked wall. Things of that nature should have never passed inspection from Lennar / star tech .

The whole process went smooth, everyone was extremely nice and helpful.

Lennar overall is a good company. The construction manager we had was awesome!

We are very satisfied overall but the Level Bolt for the front door is awkward and not working as easily as we hoped.

Overall the purchase experience is good!

Our rep Amanda is gone. No informatuon was given of who to contact. No paint was left for the touch ups. Big issues as we cant find the same paint. Sherwin-Williams would not have the paint till maybe may 2022. Facet was broken. We moved 7 months . We were told wear and tear. Will not get it fix

Problems keep popping up at this house. We’ve been here five months and I’ve put in probably 15 work orders. The builder slapped this house together without attention to detail or quality control.

Rushed construction resulting into many problems and forced closing without all the fixes.

I love my house. My experience was great. Constrution was wonderful, I received a lot of support through the built and purchase process. I will high recommend Lennar to all my friends and families. ❤️ The built in charges is a great person and very cooperative. Excelente team work! Hoa price is too high. I wish that lennar can work on low the price. Thank you. Matilde F

The sales team was amazing

The system to file Repair Request online within one year warranty is convenient and response is kind of quick, but may be the large quantity and pandemic time, the request fixing cases time are waiting too long. As buyer stand point, we want to buy a good quality and ready to live the brand new home without any worry, not by having technicians to the house back and forth. Basically, I love this builder and my house design, but that will be perfect if no rush closing and less request repairs after closed.
