Was pleased with courteous manner they always displayed

I love my new Lennar home!

Sales were great! Community Superintendent is very very good and attentive. However our punch list is very slow to get done. Part of that list is the pool company installing an old mainframe box while all other houses got the new ones. Handling the punch list with a purpose should be the priority.

Great Experience...overall, I'm very satisfied with everything.

The employees are great at helping solve questions. The home itself has many minor flaws that frustrate us. Most of them we will address ourselves. Overall we were lucky to find a house in this buyers market and the sales team were fabulous.

Multiple issues have come up. We reach out to the construction staff, they bring someone to fix it and they rarely fix it. Our wall are warped; our floors are bumpy and uneven; there is paint all over our wood floors; our doors are paint splattered; the house is always freezing; overall it feels like a cheap house. Lennar has sent people to "fix" these issues. Nearly all still exist. You do not get what you pay for, you get poor craftsmanship. The other main issue is the construction crew itself. We moved in July 2021 and the construction crew blasts music starting at 0700. Loud, incredibly loud, that reverberates in our entire house as they are literally in our backyard building houses. The construction noise isn't an issue. I spoke to two construction managers at Lennar. I phoned Lennar over 5 times. I finally had to call the local police after 3 months of it. The police even went to the Lennar mosaic office and told them the music is too loud. We're to the point they will fine $1000. That is how little Lennar cares about the people they're building these homes for... They don't. ... More

We are already selling our house as it’s not the right fit for us.

Salesperson was great as are the warranty people. It take way too long to have a problem corrected. Still waiting on things that was reported 4 months ago.

Overall very professional and responsive to needs. If I were in the market for a second home I would be happy to buy from Lennar again.

Entire home buying process was smooth, timely and easy. Staffs including sales, construction, as well as lennar mortgage were all responsive and friendly and nice to work with. Most importantly home is built with high quality materials and my family loves our new home!

Very pleased with service from construction manager., Mitch. He was always available to answer questions and assist. Disappointed with sales representative. The day we signed agreement to buy house was the last time we heard from Patty.

Very happy with the the professional people that are all affliated with Lennar. They were wonderful from start to finish.

Overall experience with Lennar builders is very good except some hiccups with the Lennar mortgage.Sales team ,construction team and support teams are outstanding.

People were very responsive to any issues that did come up..

While the home is beautiful, the quality is all basic builder grade and the care and attention promised by the sales end of the transaction quickly drops away after they receive your money. Questions post sale are often met with annoyance or passing it off to the next person and the next person.

Bad material's constructions, bad customer service

Everyone was friendly, responsive and working with my loan officer made things a little less stressful

Our home is beautiful and I'm grateful to be here. Having said that, there is some inflexibility with the company in general. Despite an 11-month timeframe between contract signing and closing, we weren't allowed to add a bathtub when we asked just a few weeks after signing. We had a leak due to anchors for closet shelves being screwed into the stack (drain line from upstairs) that required floor and sheetrock removal. HVAC wasn't quite right and has required a few visits. Tile is in place, but the grout is weird and nothing is exactly level. I suspect our other issues are common with any large, mass-scale builder...a fix requires one crew for removal, a second crew for a fix, a third crew for replacement, a fourth crew for painting.... I suspect slightly less detail-oriented folks would have fewer complaints, but I'm grateful every month for the 1-year warranty and the ability to submit punchlist items. ... More

Great experience with consistent communication and follow up

In my opinion for the price point people are paying for these homes there should be much nicer products being put into them. I also think the buyer should be given more options to pick what products are in the home they are buying.
