I would like to get all the things fixed in my home that were not up to standard. I have lived in the home since March and most of my issues haven't been addressed after numerous tickets put into the portal.

How many people you have to deal with to get anything done.

I went thru 3 loan officers and each time had to resend my requested documents. So far my loan has been sold twice. We are on the 2nd company we pay our HOAs to. And a third construction manager, who is responsible for taking care of our warranty work. And I have only been in my house for 4 months. I love my house but as pretty as it looks, the quality of construction stinks. For example, came home to a flooded bathroom after a rain because the roof was leaking, they use a cheap flat paint that can’t be washed and gave me a coupon to get a gallon of matching paint for touch up but that paint ...

The Lennar finance team, specifically Bobby, was awful regarding communication and limited in giving info or helping us during the loan process. Despite my > 800 credit score, he could have done better with the interest rate. Yet I got stuck with a higher interest than the going rate in the market. I felt deceived. Regarding the building process, everything seemed to be “no”. Not flexible at all. The workmanship, 5 months later I’m still correcting things identified in the final walk through. The lack of customer service from several walk throughs to address issues to having items that were not repaired after setlement

Drywall and painting of our home was rushed and it shows. We have crooked wall as well. The lack of concern from our project manager during walk throughs was terrible even though he promised all of our concerns would be addressed and corrected.

Overpriced tract home

Each day is a discovery of so Erving else not working correctly, having to deal with rude contractors, or experiencing an issue with trying to get resolve a repair that’s been “fixed” poorly. Also, this lot is way too close to other neighbors. When a contractor friend of mine stated, “when someone pays over half a million dollars for a home, they shouldn’t have these kinds of issues”, the response from the Lennar customer service manager, “Everyone is paying that price for these houses”. Does that mean it’s okay the workmanship is awful?

know you will have to spend lots of time calling and waiting for your issues to get resolved, and some will never get resolved even after they acknowledge there is a problem.

The beginning of the process started fine, the sales department knows how to pull emotional strings. Lennar’s tag line of “everything’s included” is only true for luxury homes. Every room in the home I purchased has issues with quality and poor installation, just barely to squeeze by the building code. Sod was laid over garbage in the yard and patched together with a variety of grasses. All in all, I paid for a roof and walls. There were no quality checks during construction. Trust with Lennar is a big question

I am an existing homeowner believed Lennar for best home home buying experience. However, it is not same after closing. Be aware of the promises. Do not blindly trust by brand name. Know the fact that there are very good other builders. If there is no other option other than going with Lennar, please prepare for nightmares.

I believe they hired the least qualified people they could find. I have had problems with so many areas of this house that I may try sell it before the one year warranty has expired. My neighbor's have expressed the same feelings that I have. The best part about this house is the neighborhood. My neighbors are great. And it's very attractive here. But the quality is terrible. It seems as though no one inspected any part of this house as it was being built.

This was not a good experience as I am still dealing with issues 5 months later. The salesperson and closing agents did a great job with the buying process and tried to help me as much as possible. Communication with them to get things repaired that their vendors created is terrible and seems to be eventually forgotten and erased. If I don’t follow up, they will not and then the process starts all over again. I am truly disappointed. This is just my experience which is very stressful.

1. Lennar Mortgage - easy to deal with, competent mortgage officer. 2. Lennar Title - titled our unit to 3 other buyers who actually purchased other units. Seems someone didn't change the unit number when preparing the titles. When we went to the tax collector's office we found out about the title issue. This prevented us from applying for our homestead exemption until it was corrected. Luckily the Lennar Title was fixed just in time. 3. Lennar sold our mortgage within 3 weeks of moving in. Our mortgage included a buy down, which was an incentive, so we would use Lennar mortgage. The buy down ...

Lennar built its homes sloppily. Poor appliances. Cheap carpet padding. Cheap bath fixtures. The woman who walked us through houses (Priscilla) wanted absolutely nothing to do with me after the sale. No guidance. Nothing. A lot of little details were left undone just to push the sale. Plants were dead not enough mulch irrigation heads messed up water bill has been high because of lack of repair. A/C unit went out in 3 months.

Sales Team was great, transparent and enthusiastic through out the purchase process. However, construction team (Kyle) was pathetic and unprofessional. Issues from first walk through are still open even after 4.5 months from closing! Hundreds of follow-ups needed to get issues fixed whatever are fixed till date. We were excited to be buying a brand new home in a great community. We trusted our construction manager that they were resolve issues and unfortunately we are now five months later and still battling to have items fixed. Do not trust them and get everything in writing.
