Kept being told this would be one of our happiest moments, had many issues and concerns still haven’t been addressed and have moved in still waiting to get some resolution. Luv my home but overall experience was horrible and still not able to enjoy our home. Very poor communication at the very beginning, still lack of her and now. Felt so rushed and pushed and thrown to the side. Hope no one else had to or will have to experience what we did. My realtor was the only one I felt that was really here helping and supporting us. Neighborhood is wonderful so far.. wouldn’t change anything

They changed the building code to have your drain pipe from your hvac system to drain in your master bedroom sink and it makes a loud gurgling sound every time the heater or a/c is turned on so it’s impossible to get sleep. They won’t come and reroute it either. I wish I would have used my realtor instead of their’s. I would not recommend using their loan officer, get your own! worst experience I have ever had buying a house. I will never buy another lennar home.

As an investor I'm not sure I would ever purchase from Lennar ever again. My experience with the Lennar team in Pensacola was a nightmare and frustrating. They have you come in and put blue tape on all imperfections and giving you full confidence that these items will be fixed only to have you come back on closing day to show you that the imperfections we're taken care of when they weren' knowing that you are closing later that day they assure you that these items will be taken care of then they don't follow through. We closed the home a couple of months ago. The house was not ready to be closed due to several issues found during the final walkthrough. But we closed as they promised to fix all items on the same day. But they did not fix all issues. I had a terrible experience working with a few folks. This was one of the most stressful processed I have been through. If we hadn't loved the floorplan and neighborhood I would have walked away from a $15K deposit. Working with Lennar was a nightmare. I’d heard negative stories from friends and my real estate agent about buying a home from Lennar, but I’m usually a pretty easy going guy, so I didn’t expect to actually have any issues with them. Do not recommend buying homes from Lennar ever. The home is fine, and we enjoy it compared to paying considerable amount of money to rental agencies, and we had to do a lot of work to our home after we purchased, in order for it to feel livable. It was my worst experience buiding a home . Quality is extremely poor, standards are very low for the premium price that was paid. Most of the workers don't speak English and try to do a quick very poor job . Would not recommend them to anyone

I just moved in to this brand new construction and I found out how bad the finishing and the materials quality are poor: all doors and baseboards are chipped, the guest bathroom tub is broken, toilette lid is broken in the master, appliances have dents, garage walls and ceilings not painted, cracks in the garage ceiling and concrete, cracks on the patio concrete, etc I submitted a SR to have things fixed before I move in to the house and they insisted in doing an online inspection even though I informed I have no internet connected in the house and the 5G signal was bad. Lennar homes tried to sell us the home which was 80% complete. They force is to close threatening to take away the deposit money. We had a 80 items on the to do list at the time of walk-through end since we have closed two months ago, I have had no luck in getting any of those items taken care

The disorganized nature of your closing process and miscommunication was unparalleled. Never had a more frustrating experience in my life. Unresponsive. Rude. Disorganized. Lack of knowledge etc. I could not get keys but finally a woman who was a manager took time 7am on a Sunday morning to let me in. She was really helpful, annd fantastic , and an exception the the rule.

Bad experience with stuart and the Ivan (Customer rep). This is regarding the dent on the refrigerator. David inspected (Sep 20th) the house before we moved in. And found there is a big dent to the refrigerator and he contacted the respective team to replace it with a new one. Seems they agreed for a replacement (I don't know who he contacted). Very very poor workmanship

Workmanship is terrible. The grass in the garden is pretty much dead at this point. No toilet paper holders, shower rails, soap dishes, broken roof tiles, damaged windows screens, lamp on the front lawn doesn’t work, cracked/missing tiles in the driveway, unwired faceplates throughout the home, paint dripping over light switches/tiles, holes behind all light switches, loose fixtures in the all bathrooms, all windows blinds hung the wrong way, gaps in doors throughout the home, missing stucco all over the outside of the home, grass wasn’t placed Properly resulting in tripping hazards ...

My overall experience with the company was beyond subpar. Once I signed the contract documents the entire process went downhill. From having several delays relating to everything from permits, building materials, inspections, etc… to the lack of transparency while providing updates. I always had to escalate the situation to find out simple answers. Once I switched lenders the mediocre service I did receive stopped also. I am still trying to have paint issues address that were denoted prior to closing. This was 19+ months of my life I could have done without.

Other home buyers should be welcomed by a properly trained manager able to assess and answer the multiple issues that normally arises in the process of buying a new property. This manager should shield the buyer from everyone of the Lennar employees that have little to no training on how to deal with Customers. I suggest to start training Mr Jaime from the Closing Coordination.

We paid through the roof with a almost 6% interest rate for screens that are too small, glue on floors, carpet padding missing in some spots, toilet shoots out water when we flush, not all window sills were painted. They used cheap chalk paint to paint. Honestly this house is not worth what we paid. Not to mention I can’t do anything or it will void my warranty so when I call the builders they are never available. Second Lennar home and Incredibly disappointed. I will never have a build with them again.

Horrible, will not buy from Lennar ever again

The issues started as soon as I closed, faulty main door (not locking nor closing), missing components inside the house, missing cabinets, food left in the fridge by the crew, there about 18 items still not completed by Lennar. And of course the promised of reimbursing for my expenses for the faulty main door was 6 weeks the estimated amount to get the money back and of course, nothing.

First Time Home Buyer with Lennar

My experience with the property manager of my new development was not a pleasant one. I was unable to reach him most of the time and when I did he was very short with me as if I was inconveniencing him with my questions. I also experienced a huge delay in my closing time which was due to covid but when I did close one of the window fixtures had still not been put on the home and is currently still missing. My Lennar loan officer on the other hand was amazing and provided me with all the information I needed and the construction team has also been very responsive.

Once you sign your contract, you become just antother number to Lennar, from the Sales Center to the Construction Foreman. They are not forth coming with information, progress updates are elementary at best. The management team is more concerened about the "sticks in the air" than they are about your home. Also, tell your buyers agent to read their contracts too, make sure they get paid on the whole house and not just the "base price" of the ho,e The sales contracts and all the addendums ore to protect the seller, not the buyer.
