We purchased a 6-year-old model in bad shape, Lennar didn't correct every warranty item, just a few of them. They refused provide information and keys to the home. Therefore, we needed to locksmith and get new lock and keys for $340.00, and same the pavers we did them for $250,00 in Nov. 2024. But Lennar never repaid us.

Lennar responded:

After I started the process of buying my home I could not get in contact with my agent. The loan processor told me different terms than I was told by the agent. My realtor was instrumental in helping me because the concierge wasn't much help either. I thought I got a good price for my home, but I didn't get a lot of things that are standard in most homes. The windows do not open and close, there are no blinds, no towel bars, and no backsplash. The oven is not self cleaning and the cabinets in the kitchen were not installed properly and there are no ceiling fans. I did not get an orientation ...

My experience so far with Lennar Triple Creek 50 QR, has been very negative. Mainly since moving into the home there has been a strong (methane/sulfur) odor problem in the house that has not yet been resolved. A work order submitted via the Lennar Home Warranty Portal, only to have it denied stating "not covered under warranty" Workmanship, materials and appliances are of poor quality, The home is not worth the price paid. I regret making this Lennar at Triple Creek 50 QR home purchase.

I had to have 3 blue tapes, using more than 1 roll each time, these issues for the most part are still not fixed. The process is very difficult for someone who lives in an area where the internet is not available. Supposedly I was supposed to be provided with a packet at closing, which I did not receive. Also, another packet was supposed to be emailed to me, which I did not receive. So I'm having a hard time finding out who to contact for different issues. I thought I would have internet when I moved in, but the line was clogged, I finally have it after 4 weeks of living here. I ...

I feel there has been way to many issues for being here less than 40 days, especially what we paid for this house. To start, 30 days prior to close water was pouring into the basement from a fitting that came loose the week they introduced water to the house. Surprisingly nobody was there or pressure tested the system. Just turn the water on and leave. If we wouldn't of come to the house to check like we did every weekend who knows how long the water would of been spraying. Upon move in 75% of the sod was dead from lack of watering by lennar. Housekeeping and cleaning of the house was ...

My experience with Lennar builders started off great. Very responsive and helpful during my whole contract signing process, HOWEVER once I was under contract the whole game changed. I felt I was no longer a priority as they already had my deposit and commitment. Upon closing on my home I was told I would not be given my keys as my wire transfer wasn’t received yet. Even though it was 5 hours since I had wired the closing funds and I had proof it was sent. That was an awful experience to be on what should have been a happy and exciting moment . Lennar used a promotional interest rate of 4.75% to attract me to buying one of their homes, had i looked closer at the construction materials and methods I would have not purchased from them. It is a new construction spec house the fit and finish of the house is poor, the materials are contractor grade at best. Other than simple repairs, getting warrantee issues resolved is a challenge. I am still trying to resolve the grading issue in the back yard, every time it rains my patio accumulates about 1 inch of water. And the HOA is through Hughes properties, they are difficult at best to work ...

The person who sold us the home told us many false things to make the sale. There are a lot of things that were changed out during the process to a lower quality. However, our house price did not change. The quality is awful and we have had to spend the first 60 days reaching out to Airtron, GE, Lennar, etc. to get things fixed. Not very enjoyable when you’re trying to move into a house and unpack boxes. The sad thing is we have plenty more, that will be done at the 12 month mark. This is the third house that we have built and has been by far our worst experience.

Had a bad experience with the sales guy. Felt like a military recruiter - made promises that I would get certain things included in the house and on the papers I had to sign, he purposefully left that out. Told me I had nothing in writing which was very sketchy. Talked to some neighbors and at least 4 others had a similar experience. I really did not want to give him the commission on this sale but I had to get the house. The finance team was also a nightmare. More times than I can count I was asked for docs that were supposedly due the next day and they would be sent to me at midnight (or ...

Within a week my house has nail pop, cracks in the walls and don’t get me on the easy to stain flat paint they use. You fall in love with the model they show you and then they decide to tweek little things like 4 led lights in the dining room instead of the one so I can put a chandelier like I thought I could. I thought I was getting a decent size laundry room and the darn room can barely fit my washer and dryer. Not mulch for decor, just cheep pine needles. The house probably costs a little over 100,000 to build and we paid 445,000 for it. Worse thing is, is that they make is so after 30 ...

Very courteous repair staff. polite and courteous real estate agents. Very poor workmanship. Tried but did not resolve the major issue such as cold area in house. Comparing to KHOV house, it seems very poor workmanship and low quality material.

The home loan experience was horrible with lennar. So many issues with the house after 60 days and still not resolved. Hopefully they will come and fix some issues soon. Some repairs are still waiting to get fixed and I’m sure they already forgot what ones. They told me after 30 days the painters will come in and do a touch up. Still have not seen them yet. My wife went and bought a bucket of paint to do our own touch ups. Not happy about that at all. Poor craftsman ship with the home in general.

In side Drywall filling is worse, we can able to hear the fan noise in bathroom from the attic. Even if the exhaust fan is on in any bathroom, we can able to hear the noice in Sittings area or in the Kitchen. Our Rented Apartment is much better in terms of privacy( we cannot hear the people chatting voice from one Bedroom to another.) I have asked the same with construction manager and he skipped to answer on this issue. Over, my experience with Lenner is worse.

We were forced to close on our new home, and the home was not complete. Lennar had our money, and we were closing virtually because we were located out of state. It was clear that the construction team had not completed the house and had no plans of delivering a finished product. They were pushing as much as they could on the warranty team. I have worked with other competing builders in the area and the Lennar experience was by far the worst I have seen. I'll be buying more homes in the area and most likely not from Lennar. I also won't be recommending Lennar to anyone else who asks me.
