Lots of nice promises, but a complete failure in following through with those promises. Assigned a "concierge" to help with the closing process who was completely useless. Closing process was delayed due to Lennar's failure to have the paperwork ready. Pre-closing inspection seemed to go well except that very little of the inspection faults were actually resolved. Installed dead sod, breaking multiple sprinkler heads in the process, failed to respond to a work order for a faulty circuit breaker that tripped every time the refrigerator compressor kicked on, installed a fence with severely ...

This is our 5th new home build. The care and attention to detail is by far far and away the worst in this home. If I were a trades person, I would be embarrassed to leave a job that looked like many of the "finished" work in this house. I think this could be a beautiful home if attention to detail and some care was used.

my wife and i thought the materials were very poor. we were told we are getting a certain package, but it was not explained that it would be at the very bottom of the packages. the kitchen has 2 drawers and that's it. we are very disappointed in what we bought. i would never ever buy a Lennar home again. people ask me what i think of these homes and all i can tell them is they are cheap.

We were rushed through our final walkthrough. Jonathan was the individual who did our walkthrough with us. There were numerous issues that were not corrected. The drywall around one of the heater vents was horrible and they tried to fixed it by slapping drywall mud all over it when the damage was something that would require the drywall around it to be cut out and replaced.This was brought to Jonathan’s attention. My Lennar loan officer lied about the incentive. It left a sour taste in our mouth. It was too late to walk away so we had already wrapped up at our previous place. It was not until we asked for final number (the breakdown for cash to close was not provided until we pressed for it) where the lie came out. It explained why they did not want to provide us with the number until the last second.

Overall the GC doesn’t seem like he had any idea about some things in the house. We walked the house dirty and they left trash all over my yard and in the backyard and we lived with it for a month or so before they finally sent someone to clean it. Save your time and money and get a 3rd party inspector

The sales person was unresponsive after sale was done. Have been unable to resolve issues with home after many no show appointments. There an obvious construction deflect with exterior draining system affecting all homes. This will need to be repaired or will end in class action by residents. fFinally told to make a warranty claim when it was construction manager erroneously cut the seal in the AC. Sloppy paint and improperly installed shower drain which could cut someone’s feet and is a liability to Lennar. Was expecting better quality and service. Cannot recommend Lennar homes.

If I had it to do all over again- I would have went with another builder hands down. Customer service is BAD!! I was promised things would get fixed when I closed on my home and still those issues have not been dealt with- so I fixed most of them on my own. Please do your research when purchasing a home from Lennar - make sure you have numbers and people who you can contact to make sure your issues get resolved- it must be bad because all they could blame is someone that left Lennar- well I wonder why? I’m sorry but how is it the home buyers fault you can’t keep quality employees or hold on ...

Not worth the high price tag. Lennar claims to offer quality homes but skimps on materials used in the home. The cheapest grade of apartment paint is used throughout. Poor workmanship skills in the construction teams, scratches on the walls and floors, unfinished corners, peeling paint on doors, missed sealant on exterior walls. Lennar will boast about their customer care team, but in reality they ignore every request and close any ticket as soon as you close on the home. Request a thorough walk-through. Buying process not professional from product presentation to Lenard PM at final inspection to closing at law firm.

Lennar seriously needs to look at there home buying process from the bottom up. Sales people need to know more about the product their selling, I had an independent inspection done of the newly constructed house many incompleted items, a lot code related. Some where corrected then PM said he would correct remaining issues himself after settlement. Off the record never seen PM since. If this is the way Lennar does business it’s no surprise the sued all the time. There the reason production builders get a bad reputation. On the day of closing I went to home to do another inspection and items like the cabinets that had scratches were not fixed. Was told that it will be done when I come back from closing. Never happened and it’s now been 2 months and I still haven’t gotten it fixed. So don’t sign until the items they need to fix is fix because then u will end up having to do the run around

I have several issues with poor craftsmanship and poorly applied landscape. Also, Lennar was supposed to pay of my credit cards at closing and then sent me checks on their behalf. I them had to send those to the card company's and the funds never went through. My next stop is the attorney generals office.

Construction manager's attitude was rude from the beginning stages of construction phase. He never responded properly when we raised any issue with the construction. The sales team person accuses the home buyer as liar if we bring any issues we face with construction team or customer care team to his notice. Basically no one helps home owner instead point fingers at them for raising any issue.

Home is cheaply built, as you walk the floor non stop creaking. Things that should have been completed as promised before us moving in still was not. Opening in the attic, the house dirty with insects, slide door can't open n sooo much more. I have certainly learned my lesson about Lennar and their construction managers.

Buyer didn't get a refrigerator with new home. Forced to purchased one Voiding VA advertisement of no money down for home purchases. All homes in neighborhood have same brand, style, color if window shades/blinds but this new home owner wasn't provided at least one. Driveway had a large sinkhole on the side. Indicator that driveway contractor is not properly building the driveways. 2d step of creating a base which is layer of crushed rock or gravel is being bypass. Reason for large sinkhole which now may limit driveway life span...

Hi, my experience with Lenora. It was very fast. I moved in my house less than 30 days. I had to break my lease so I owe the apartments moving into the house. It was a lot of unexpected cost that I didn’t know about was not aware of and nobody told me about it I have been living in my House Two months and I still cannot get my water in my name because the house is not up to cold. It’s no communication. I have tried several people emails. Nobody’s complying.

Lennar homes are basic. Carpet, linoleum, paint are poor quality. Representatives provide assurance that if anything is wrong, they will take care of it, but when you enter a warranty claim they deny. Items that are clearly builder mistakes do not get fixed. All Lennar reps - Mortgage - Escrow - Builder tell you it is "not their job" to do something. Very poor service in all departments.
