The whole experience has been Terrible! We were supposed to close in August. Finally closed January 17th with a five page punch list. Now March and still trying to get things resolved. Lots of empty promises. Quality of workmanship is horrible. Nobody takes pride in their work and Lennar accepts that. We expected a not more from Lennar when building a $472,000 home. Would not recommend.

They thought I was someone else, insurance $$ was included in closing cost, yet the insurance company which is also apart of this network is planning to cancel the policy for non payment. No one can tell me where that money was distributed, not accountabl

Waste of money pay too dollars and the house is built with the cheapest materials. Sales people have no interest after ur contract is signed don’t even make sure you have everything that is supposed to come with your home. Just horrible.

I have been waiting for them to fix things for over a month now. My yard continues to flood they left a tree up in the back yard that is touching my house we paid for a premium lot and did not receive that. We are unable to even use our backyard due to the water rhe back yard retains. I am not gonna eat these cost for a 400k plus home. The home was rushed and there were many issues not tended to. Lennar knew the yard flooded Jamar said I may need French drains. Which tells me lennar knows about the flooding issue. As a first time home owner i wish I never dealt with lennar at this point. ...

We're previously owned a Lennar home in Southern California. Pride was very apparent in the quality and workmanship provided in our Southern California home. However, here in Fayetteville, Georgia we're very disappointed regarding the workmanship in the home. Every time I think about the cost of the high cost of home and the cheap paint, the sloppy unfinished sealing in the molding, the visible cracks in the corners and cracks in the crown molding; as well as the floating tiles in the floor which crackle when you step on them makes me sick to my stomach. Washing machine when on the spin cycle bangs the side The Dishwasher started smoking on the first use. The floors in the master bedroom squeaks very loudly as if it’s an old house. Paint on the carpet and tiles was told they be back to clean up. Of course no one came.

The buying experience was great, but once in the home, things starting to come up and fall apart fast. The walls are not straight at all, some are very noticeable. The drywall is bad, in some spots, you can see gaps, and builders wiped or used silicone caulking, making it impossible to paint without sanding out the caulking. When we got the house, you expect a "brand new home" in some way clean. Not this one. It was very dirty, so we hired a professional house cleaner. Builders aren't about quality and do not respect other people's property that has already moved in. We had several issues ...

Terrible experience. Forced to close before property was completed. Still have many issues with quality of workmanship. Unsure of security of property with supposed open membership to non-owners for amenities. Review already submitted with same horrendous experience to Lennar. No response received.

Aaron was phenomenal and has done all that he can to try and make the best of an unpleasant experience; he has truly been the only Lennar representative who values customer service and should be moved into a position of higher responsibility. The remainder of our experience has been wrought with nothing but frustration with Lennar blaming trade partners, the market, etc. I would never recommend a Lennar home and we have purchased two in here last year with a similar experience.

The only good experience from working with Lennar was our salesman Jarrett. Any time we had a question he would respond immediately respond. Our build was delayed by 5 months which I do not blame Lennar…that was Covid. A week before we moved in we had so many issues and were told by Eddie and the contractor Ming would be fixed before we moved in….a month in new house and nothing was done..had to do warranty claims. Cheap appliances, poor customer service.

Over 100 items that need repairs on a brand new home, painting, replacement windows, holes in bathtub, etc. I've been in the new house for months and can't get any traction on getting repairs done. I will never work with Lennar again and will never recommend Lennar to anyone. Very poor workmanship. Quality of work is a zero out of ten.

Stay on top of things, that you see wrong. Get a home inspector for pre drywall and final inspection. I have doors the stick because of the way they painted and hung the door. Over 6 door that are coming apart and peeling..I am disappointed quality of a over half a million home…

My house was dirty when we moved in. The paint look like a child had painted the ininsideCabinets in my bathroom have glue all over them glue on the main bathroom floor. The light fixture in the main bathroom is falling down and no one seems to care. I can't walk on either side of my yard because there is a really bad slope

I would not recommend Lennar. Closing was such a hassle. They pushed my closing date four times. When I closed the house still wasn’t fully complete. They did a horrible job communicating to keep myself abreast throughout the process.

The overall workmanship was poor, final product was rushed with many gaps from broken cabinets, sloppy paint job. Insurance premium through HIPPO (subsidiary of Lennar) was not paid forcing lapse in homeowner's policy and issuance of multiple dunning notices.

The material is very cheap, the work was done quickly and is falling apart. They take so long to fix the stuff they have messed up on. I would pay abit more next time and get a better builder.

Would not recommend Lennar to anyone. The workmanship is very very poor. There are countless errors that need repairs. The same repairs are having to be completed multiple times due to poor work. There is a lack of communication within the contractors. Workers will come to my home, and not know why they are there. There are paint stains on flooring and carpet. It’s also very hard to get responses from employees with Lennar. Overall, I definitely would not recommend Lennar. The experience has been a complete headache.
