Still waiting for plenty of work to be done that is supposed to be under warranty. We closed on our home on Aug.29th,2022, and still not 1 issue has been taken care of. I will not be promoting Lennar to any of my family or friends. Under responses to issues it wouldn't let me leave zero stars so i had to put 1.

I went into buying my first home with such excitement. After signing my papers and doing my first walk through of the home, i realized there were many repairs that needed to be done. Even then, i was still excited because i thought everything would be taken care of. As time went on and walk through after walk through, my excitement became less. The only bright spot to my experience was my sales person Shawn, other than that my experience was awful. From Lenoir mortgage to the closing process to the inspection process to being forced to close without the home being completely done and still living with a huge punchlist. I will never buy from Lennar again I am also in our stockholder, and will be liquidating my stocks in the very near future. Very disappointed.

What's the sense of doing a walk through if the issues weren't addressed? I should have not believe the builder that they would be addressed after closing. It was also disappointing that Lennar did not provide a welcome or after closing packet with instructions. I will never buy another Lennar home.

AC was replaced first week. Interior doors wrong size, warped and/or installed wrong. "LVP" that came with the home is NOT LVP...it's simply linoleum cut into strips...3mm thickness, and peeling up in areas. Corner of gutters leak. The people we worked with have been great, the process of getting into the house was smooth. Then we moved in and discovered very poor workmanship throughout myriad details in the house, details that will ultimately cost us a lot of money and time to fix and/ or affect our resale value down the line. We had a few things addressed in the beginning and then have been ignored. Our neighbors have communicated similar issues. The quality of materials and workmanship is not that good. The construction was mostly rushed to finish up in the last 2 weeks with lot of open issues. 2 months after closing, we are still chasing the warranty team to help fix items that were open during closing. Compared with other builders (like Richmond or Toll Brothers), quality of home and service is inferior.

In the beginning Lennar was very helpful obviously trying to earn our business and sell us a house however after moving in all the trouble started. Poor workmanship in the house, getting issues resolved took weeks, it is sometimes impossible to get someone to help you schedule repairs. Community is poorly managed, Lennar literally sells to anyone community is heavy investor properties which has led to many issues with compliance. The paint job that was done in the kitchen and restrooms were of poor quality. Paint was splattered all over the floor and globs of paint were dropping on the wall. The construction didn't seal holes from the deck causing a lot of bugs to come inside the house, especially a huge trail of ants the first 2 weeks we moved in. When we did the inspection of the home prior to moving in to fix any mistakes, they missed it of what we marked off. They were supposed to fix all the mistakes but only did about 70% of them. Be prepared to move into a house that has not been cleaned and is missing things like window screens, screen doors, garage doors, garage door openers, alarm system, smart home system, etc. Workmanship is very poor and most everyone has paint over-sprays everywhere with many things that need to be fixed. Warranty repairs are extremely slow, communication poor and repairs very sloppy - the company discounts any concerns and typically respond with reasons the home owner doesn't really have a problem

I bought my house in January got the keys in July. 1 week before closing Lennar decided that they were going to send off my loan to another loan company without even calling me first to notify me that I didn’t qualify. I was never even told that I wasn’t qualifying for my house loan so I was blind sided when I got a call from another lender. We did a walk through of the house to mark things that needed to be fixed. The financing expirence was horrible, the walk through is a joke get the builder to fix issues is like pulling teeth and once you move-in good luck getting them to finish what they promised is a nightmare. They ensure quality and explain that is what you are paying for and it has all been a complete mess

First, we had to wire the complete payment due for settlement almost one week prior to the date we sat down. Second, Lennar contacted us less than 48 hours prior to settlement that our date had been changed and they were unable to get the occupancy permit to close due to the July 4th holiday. Upon further investigation on the part of my wife it was determined that Lennar dropped the ball and they failed to get the permits signed in a timely fashion. Multiple delays during construction, poor communication, terrible closing experience, and many things required to be fixed or replaced- multiple times in some cases. I had a good experience with the actual Lennar seller throughout the process; however, every thing else has been poor.

They slap up homes so quickly that the workmanship is that of a high school kid in a building and trades class. The appliances appear to be all scratch and dent. The warranty repairs take forever and promises are made and not followed up on. Overall, I would not recommend Lennar to anyone. I thought Pulte was bad!

The purchase and mortgage process was quick, efficient, and Scott walked us through the mortgage process step by step. The walk through was organized, but a lot of "blue tape” areas were listed. The experience is real bad,first the sales person woman was rude ,after complaining to her supervisor it became good. The loan officer lady Rachel Davies is real pain and very rude. After closing the house we observed multiple issues.including door and cabinet needs to be replaced and it is almost 45 days still the doors and cabinets not replaced. Over all it is a very bad experience with Lennar.

So many building issues are consistently flawed in all the models. In a 6 unit model, all have the same dry wall taping issues, same electrical issues and more. So many corners cut and final product does not reflect what is seen in the models
