I would say make sure everything is the way you want it before you sign. Everything that we have submitted work orders on that was not finished I did myself. Horrible experience

The Lannar mortgage broker was terrible. Just qualifying me they ran my credit three times they were so incompetent was unbelievable. I would never use them again. In fact I’m going to write a really bad review all over social media

Very easy to do business with. Professional employees. Honest associates. Fun and positive energy throughout the experience.

Good overall home buying experience.

My wife and I were excited to be moving into our brand new home. Once we moved in that excitement changed fast. We started to notice things we didn’t notice in the walkthrough. Baseboards not being caulked, paint on the floor and all over the baseboards. Glue from the floor coming up everywhere. The floor was put together badly. The carpet was just thrown down. Never swept before laying the carpet. There are many more things. I would not recommend lennar

Overall, we are okay with our first home experience, friendly helpful staff but really wish for better quality. First, our house was delayed as SCE did not install power cables on time (or so we were told). This messed up our entire furniture delivery schedule. Second, the entire home seems way to rushed. When we moved in the roof was missing a tile, one the cabin door fell off in less than 2 months, one of our window screen was missing during move in, one of light switch was installed upside down, another switch wasn’t connected to power and just found out as the weather is getting cold that the heater didn’t work (and not sure when someone will come to address the issue). With all this, we are not sure what other problems (hopefully none) will come up the longer live in the house. It is worth noting that the staffs (Jeff snd Joannie) were super helpful and responsive through this whole process which made these issues easier to handle. However, we still expected better workmanship for a new home built by lennar. The mortgage loan was made easier and less stressful thanks to the help from our MLO, Kathy, from Lennar mortgage, the escrow and scheduling staff was less helpful and made our final signing and closing experience extremely stressful. ... It was a pleasure dealing with the Lennar Sales Consultant and the Supervisor of construction. Both Lennar employees guided me through the purchase with ease and years of experience/knowledge. Lennar builds a well-constructed home and stands by their product. Any question I had during the purchasing process was answered quickly. Any questions/concerns I had after moving in were solved in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Lennar as your home builder.

This builder is basically a machine. We paid quite a lot for this home but it has sub par materials. I understand new home buyers are left with even fewer choices. This was like buying a spec home.

Financing with Lennar was a breeze, anytime I called or emailed asking a question I was talked with friendly and helpful reps assigned to me. I am truly happy with how easy the home buying process was.

When we bought, I didn’t hear from my sales person at all. They never cleaned the home before giving the keys. I had to go in and clean before I could move in. They never showed me how to change the filter in the attic. They are not good about fixing things. I finally gave up and are fixing things on my own. And finally, what kind of home builders don’t give you screens for windows??? I had to MAKE them on my own! Look at other builders before buying unless you plans to spend A LOT!

Get to know your Construction Manager and Warrantee Manager as they will resolve all problems you have at move in time.

The quality of materials and specially the workmanship is way below the minimum standards. If I went back, I would go with another company. Low value for what you pay and I almost feel like getting catfished with this house. The original construction manager and customer manager were rude and refused to address all the issues. If you are in the market for a new build PLEASE look at the reviews on line for Lennar and PLEASE consider other options.

We were well informed every steps of the way. The best surprise we got was that there were surprise.

Everything done on schedule and smoothly. After moved in, still provided excellent customer service

The most smallest issues were addressed and completed quickly. We watched the whole build of this house and were very happy with the quality of work. Delivered within 2 weeks of the original date.

Our whole home buying experience through Lennar was outstanding. Support from Lennar's fantastic team - German & Jessica (new home consultants), Nick (customer care representative), & the Construction Team was amazing - making both the home buying and living experience memorable! Preserve has beautiful homes along with an awesome community - and is in an excellent location, with close proximity to a lot of shopping areas and the 680 freeway.

We purchased our town home site unseen from a different state. Working with Taylor and the Lennar team long distance was a challenge, but they bent over backward to make sure we were taken care of and only had to make one trip to Tennessee. Our tenants love the house and are very happy there.

There were several items that had not been completed by the time of closing and several more issues once we moved in. We have now been in our house 4 months and are still experiencing issues. I feel that Lennar is now more about quantity than quality.

From walking the empty lot to receiving the keys, every person involved with our home purchase was friendly and informative. Great experience with Lennar!

I have sold homes in Las Vegas since 1994 and was very disappointed in the home buying purchase.

When I first toured the townhomes I was very impressed. My mom has a Lennar home in Reno and it was a very well built home. One of the first things I was told when I started asking questions was that I would be able to put AC in my townhome once I took possession of it. Well that is not the case. The Lennar board of directors said no middle units only end units can get it and now the current board is saying no to middle units as well. Many of us feel like we were lied to about this. 2nd the home was WAYYYYYY over priced and when the appraisal came in 41K under asking Lennar told me to either wait 2 weeks for another appraisal, put up the cash or walk away. I had no choice because my house was sold to put up the cash or I’d be homeless with 2 cats. I told them to lower the price and they said no they would just love on to the next person on the list. Then the workmanship on this place is sub par. Flooring was buckling the day I moved in, the gate was breaking, daylight coming though my front door, vinyl was torn and used glue to “fix” it, exterior paint was poorly done with lots of white spots all over the community, caulking used to “fix” spots outside and in the corners of the drywall. It’s been 3 months since I moved in and my front door still hasn’t been fixed even though I brought it up on my walk through. ... More

I just wish the materials used in our home were much better quality . Not like our interior kitchen cabinets which are so cheap with no quality. The shelves inside our kitchen cabinets already are going bad after 4 months . Same with quality and type of paints they used in our rooms . Very cheap . Super weak and cheap materials
