The home buying experience was unfortunately horrible. Each step of the way we were rushed to make important decisions and make large payments without fully understanding the process. Complete and written guidance was not provided to us in advance. The staff tended to appear as if they were looking out solely for themselves/Lennar, rather than the customer, oftentimes cutting corners or excluding critical information.

I bought my house from a floor plan site unseen. Closing was seamless and I was extremely impressed with the walk throughs and me finally getting my keys and everything about the home. I would recommend lennar to anyone that is in search of a new home.

Lennar help me with my first home and the process was so smooth. They explained everything in detais.

This is the size of house we were looking for in a nice central location in the southern Denver area. We are both closer to work and have room in this house for work from home days or crafting. The only downside I have found, and this is coming from being an electrician and building inspector, is finding all 4 bedroom flush mount light fixtures being mounted with only 1 screw instead of the manufacturer's and code required 2 screws. I have replaced all with ceiling fans.

I helped my son purchase his first home at Henshaw Farms and overall it was a great experience. The process was smooth and organized which alleviated a lot of stress for us.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my overall home buying experience and the ongoing warranty issues related to my new home. From the beginning, the process was stressful and poorly communicated. Many concerns that were raised prior to closing were either rushed, dismissed, or left unresolved. As a buyer, I expected transparency, accountability, and a reasonable level of care—especially when making such a significant investment. Since moving into the home, I have experienced multiple build quality issues that should not exist in a newly constructed property. Several warranty claims have been submitted, yet the response and resolution process has been slow, unclear, and frustrating. In some cases, issues appear to be minimized rather than properly addressed, which only adds to the stress and inconvenience. A new homeowner should not have to repeatedly follow up, question workmanship, or feel ignored when legitimate concerns are raised. The quality of construction and the handling of warranty claims have fallen short of the standards that Lennar promotes. I am sharing this feedback with the hope that Lennar takes it seriously and improves both construction quality and customer support for future homeowners. I recently sold my DSLD home and moved into a Lennar. I must say DSLD beats Lennar any day and in same price range. Lennar needs to hire new crews bc every outlet is extremely crooked, outlets are thrown into middle of walls that make no sense, you cant cook on your gas stove bc the exhaust does not go to the outside (DSLD did) and the fire alarms go off, I get 5 mins of hot water, the tile in the shower is so uneven it hurts your feet. The only enticing thing is the 3.99% rate.

Lennar made it easy to buy, worked with us to move up our closing date, and delivered a fantastic home for a really good price! We expected a great product because our last home was a Lennar. Even after 19 years, that home was still nice. Friends and family came to visit our new home and even the most picky person said the home is high-quality and complimented the interior finish with "Lennar didn't cut corners, the finish work is fantastic!". We've lived here 2 months and we love everything about this home.

We love our new home! Very happy with the quality of build. Any issues were addressed and taken care of in a timely manner. From the sales team to the workers and individuals handling any concerns were a pleasure to work with.

They delivered on the time frame for completing our new home.

After the initial experience with sales person we were very disappointed. Our sales person was the most difficult person to cheat response back from. Mortage , Scott, was awesome. He helped more than sales person. The home inspection and walk through a were acceptable.

I purchased it online through an agent who is not from Lennar.

It was a great experience during the process, the house was delivered 15 days later than the plan time but besides of that everything was great, please always be aware of price reductions because sometimes when you buy the house the price can be up or down and lennar helped us to reduce it despite the price was higher, the house has not luxury materials but we are so happy living here, I will definitely recommend lennar to all my friends.

Very disappointed with the carpet at the entry of the bedrooms. There are sharp items that hurt when walking in the rooms. Mentioned it to Lennar and they said they will wear down. They still haven’t and every time we walk into the bedroom And master closet we get poked by the sharpness at the threshold. It is frustrating and ridiculous.

Overall home buying experience was good. The house looks nice and seems to be pretty quality for a new build in this day and Age. After moving into the house, I had an issue with the yard being improperly graded and a large puddle forming anytime the grass is watered or it rains.. The landscaping has a one year warranty, and I made a warranty claim which was promptly dismissed without anyone even coming to look at the yard or assessing it. I am doubtful that any warranty issues will be solved by them unless you get a lawyer involved based on this experience
