The home buying experience was great lennar walked us thru it step by step, house was ready when promised and closing went smoothly and on time. Thank you!

We have found that Lennar stands behind its products and responds quickly when there are issues.

Sales and Title was great but the build was not and turnover of the home was horrible.. Had I not personally been involved and physically called vendors over to my house I would not have closed on my Closing Date. Project management and Customer Service from the Project Management team was horrible.

Our home had been delayed for months throughout the building process. Our sales person kept us up to date throughout this time. We understood due to supply shortages, labor shortages, a global pandemic, a winter storm, etc. We were patient. We had to pay extra to live where we were due to having to extend our lease on a month to month basis. Still....we did not complain. Things were very pleasant through this period. When it came time to close, there was a very noticeable shift to rush US into the home before it was complete. We hired a 3rd party inspector to look at the build prior to close, and were given the green light by Lennar to go ahead and send our inspector in. The home was far from finished. The inspector couldn't even inspect a handful of major checklist items because Lennar had not completed building, so we had wasted more money there. Lennar kept pushing us to close when the the home was not finished or even live-able. They even pushed us to close when the gas meter was not installed. It was the end of the month, and it felt like pressure was raining down on us. Our realtor pushed back, and they waited until the meter was put in before forcing us to close. Due to the current housing market in Austin, we were afraid that the builder would pull the rug from under us, and were forced into a corner and accept the home with many flaws during our final walk through. We were told many times, that the things we brought up were "cosmetic", and that their build team would come out to fix it with our "warranty". DO NOT BELIEVE THIS. They will take forever to do anything. Our master closet collapsed and couldn't be used for the first 2 months we lived in our home. We currently have flooding issues that they are "fixing", but just left a mud pit on both sides of my house with no updates as to whats going on. They came, ripped up the grass, and left. Didn't tell me about it, didn't tell me when they were going to come back to fix the rest. Just left a mud pit moat around my house. I'm fixing many of the things around the house myself at this point. They've promised many things, and have not held up their end of their deal. They have sent out teams to fix some things on our checklist, but it took forever. We have a new born baby, so having work done at this point in time is rough on us. Many of our neighbors echo the same sentiment. Terrible quality homes.....but feel lucky Austin's housing market is insane, and has inflated our home values. Long story short, our buying experience started off okay, and ended up horrible. Quality of the homes are pretty bad with poor attention to detail. Many "cosmetic" problems that they'll never deal with when buying a brand new home or take forever to resolve. Buyer beware! ... More

This review does not reflect Roger Jason or anybody at all who sold us the house. The workmanship is great for 98% of the house. I got to be honest now that I’ve lived there a little bit the paint and the painting sucks. I have found bare spots on doors I found semi gloss in closets that don’t belong there in multiple things like that love the house the paint not so much

I like my home

Total experience from viewing models, answering questions, construction and final walkthrough has been excellent. Their team is outstanding and very responsive to issues noted after move in.

Everything is NOT included. Found out I had to buy appliances AFTER I put money down on the house. Also the lot grading was not made clear. The vacant lot was relatively flat and level, but the finished house is now sitting on quite an elevation (steep driveway)

Abysmal experience with builder. Beware. Over 30 items on our punch list were ignored or halfway completed to satisfaction. Should have been a great experience as this was supposed to be my "last" home purchase in this 55 and older community. Instead, it was defeating and super stressful.

The value for the house is best i ever see anywhere and response to issues is topnotch.Everything about lennar homes were topnotch. I love lennar homes. If I have opportunity of buying house again I will choose LENNAR!

Everything was top notch as far as i am concerned except for i wish they had caulked around the baseboards and doorframes better, been more careful with the drywall in certain areas, and used oil based paint instead of water based or whatever it was, I was instructed to not wash my walls due to the paint comong off. But any problems i did have, the builder, crew, and warranty department were on it. I 100% recommend going with lennar for your next home!

Good, NOT GREAT, quality. Very inflexible. Kept using the permitting excuse when I even offered to pay for the re-permitting cost. TO THIS DAY, they have not fixed the 4x4 support in the basement that has some splitting in it. GOD protect us from harm if anything should happen to that support.

This is my second Lennar homes I had a Lennar home in Vancouver Washington which I sold and came to aurora , Colorado to be close to son and his family I am pleased with the Home in the neighborhood that I purchased in

So far, so good! I’m looking forward to many years of happiness in my new Lennar home.

We like our home very much but the follow up of imperfections seemed not a high priority with Lenar

Tawny killed it. Kristen made it easy and enjoyable. They need a reward like a coffee, a trophy or at the very least a pizza party. It's great seeing them in the community after my purchase. It makes it still feel exciting like I'm waiting to close my home. Love them! ❤

Unable to reach anyone in construction on a Saturday despite the fact that our house under construction was flooding from a broken pipe.

The sales process was good. The inspection, home preparedness, and construction issues, I would give an F.

Model home customer service lady was incredible. We asked numerous questions that I’m sure became annoying but she didn’t show it at all. Once we were under contract I thought she would be less helpful since there pretty much was no backing out for us. She continued to be extremely reachable and there for us. The whole process of waiting for our home to build was awesome, thanks to her great customer service. Once we got into our home, we were thrilled with the quality of workmanship. Of course everything wasn’t perfect and when we had to put in a work order for something to be fixed/adjusted/looked at, the home customer service guy was just as good. If he could fix it himself, he would come by and do it. If not, he would have someone come by to take care of it. Not only that, he helped me install my bedroom ceiling lights!!! Just incredible customer service all around with Lennar. We couldn’t be more happy with our purchase. We love our home and get many compliments from family and friends. ... More

House design is great, and quality of work is great. The whole process or purchase is smooth and easy. It is a pleasant experience.

It seems like a lot of their products are very low grade. Many of our community representatives do not respond quickly and it takes multiple tickets to get response.
