I have been waiting for them to fix things for over a month now. My yard continues to flood they left a tree up in the back yard that is touching my house we paid for a premium lot and did not receive that. We are unable to even use our backyard due to the water rhe back yard retains. I am not gonna eat these cost for a 400k plus home. The home was rushed and there were many issues not tended to. We're previously owned a Lennar home in Southern California. Pride was very apparent in the quality and workmanship provided in our Southern California home. However, here in Fayetteville, Georgia we're very disappointed regarding the workmanship in the home. I am a first-time home builder and was not sure what to expect. I was always told that Lennar was a great company, but my experience here certainly hasn't reflected that. No one who pays what we pay for on these homes should be forced to put in warranty tickets on damaged or substandard materials in a brand-new home and then wait months for replacements or repairs.

At the time of the initial walk thru, there was no electricity, therefore we could not properly inspect the home. There were many issues with this home, that simply is unsatisfactory for the price we paid. We are still in repair mode and to be honest, I don't wish to enter ticket after ticket for items that should have never existed in the first place.

The agent handling our purchase, Danette, was excellent. She was very responsive and handled our needs very professionally. The house has an excellent floor plan and lot. However, no quality assurance of the work was performed. The house should not have passed occupancy inspection due to no water to the kitchen through the hot water line. The buying experience was great, but once in the home, things starting to come up and fall apart fast. The walls are not straight at all, some are very noticeable. The drywall is bad, in some spots, you can see gaps, and builders wiped or used silicone caulking, making it impossible to paint without sanding out the caulking. The worst experience one can have, bought this house for more than $1M and the quality of the house is extremely low. The customer service and warranty services are disaster, vendors takes months and months to even address the issues those have posted even prior to closing the escrow.
