I feel like the builders rushed through the process and no one actually walked thru the home to verify the work was done properly. I had so many problems with this home after moving into it . Things are finally in an ok place , but now there is already cosmetic issues on the exterior. It’s only been 3 months since I moved in and repair needs to be done to that

Builder was great with explaining things and fixing everything that was asked.

The only thing I'm not completely happy with is the fact that top soil was never installed under my sod in the yard. It's very obvious because the yard is very bumpy and some areas the grass has died.

Our Lead Builder, Jesse, was outstanding. Great communication skills and very genuine. Pleasure to do business with. Our home is well constructed and we couldn't be happier. Thank you!

I had a great experience with the Lennar Team. The agents were very knowledgeable, professional and patient. All transactions were done in a timely matter without any complications.

My experience was truly smooth from beginning to end. I was pleased that the buying process was seamless, my unit was ready on the date that was given, and my walkthrough issues were finished to my satisfaction. After move-in I called about 3 issues and they were completed in a timely fashion. I did not schedule my 60-day review because there was simply nothing that needed attention. So I have been focused on enjoying my new home and not focusing on problems. So thank you Lennar!

We had flooring issues and although I appreciate Lennar taking care of the issue our baseboards and walls were destroyed in the process. We were told painters cannot be scheduled until January and the damage is beyond what paint can fix. We had to do a key release for a week while the work was being done which is fine but the workers used our spare restroom and soiled our bath mats past being able to be cleaned and left urine stains on our toilet. The home was turned back over to us filthy. Lennar then had cleaners come the following morning after we requested and they cleansed the bathroom however the floor was still filthy. We have before and after photos for proof. We were extremely disappointed at the lack of professionalism and oversight on these issues. Staff was a pleasure to work with both pre-closing and after settlement. Very responsive to any issues that required attention. Genuine interest in customer / homeowner satisfaction.

The location was key. I like the look of the townhouses but the roads and parking in the complex was not repaved, the gates and fences were not finished and many of the wires around the complex were not buried. Lots of outdoor things not completed when it was stated they would be done upon building of the houses.

I was very lucky to have Ali as the person who oversaw the building of my home. He was very professional and made sure I was happy with the end product. Jodi was my customer service liaison who ensured items that needed to be addressed were scheduled and completed as promised.

I love the quality of the home and how beautiful the community looks. Overall I’m happy about the experience.

Had a great experience purchasing through Lennar.

Bought our home back in May 2021. They installed dead grass. Builders said they’ll replace our grass. Still haven’t and they don’t answer our calls for updates.

There are lot of issues with padding and even bricks those are outside are not aligned correctly, people who are building has to be careful when they do that and also same as floor padding issues, working with Mario if he can help us Haven’t reached anything about bricks in alignment issue yet

Very disappointed with solar. 3 months after moving in and solar not activated. Lennar tells me that I need to call Sunova and XCEL. None of my neighbors who moved in at the same time had to call anybody and their solar was activated months ago.

During the final walk through everything identified before was covered. Also, the warranty and services provided after I moved in.

San Antonio Lennar was the worst homebuyer experience I’ve encountered with multiple purchases to my credit. Be prepared to pay out of pocket to correct their building errors and hotels for missed closing dates with NO notification.

Need improvements in touching up

The commercial grade paint on the interior looks nice, but is if poor quality. The walls scuff terribly, the paint is already wearing off on the trim and doors.

Sales team and construction manager were and continue to be great! Lennar Mortgage was a challenge.

The process was definitely easier than I thought it would be. The walk-through allowed my concerns to be addressed quickly before moving in. My only issue was communication about delays in completion. The delays were not told to me until I called to ask and clarify the closing schedule. This caused me to make alternative living arrangements for over a month. But I am very pleased with the team's responsiveness and attention to my service needs and questions. Overall very happy with my new home!

No person at models, couldn't get in as scheduled, took 45 minutes in heat and my buyers agent to help me, if not for her would not have bought the home, they no longer honor buyers agents so would not buy the house now. Then no one at scheduled appt at design center, waited an hour, they blamed me adding insult to injury, they rescheduled and took another half day of my time. The only way this worked was my agent pushing through and knowing the people to call, if it were just me would have backed out. Once home was done they were awesome at fixing some issues in a timely manner, that part of the process was great. The everythings included is great. Recommend using an agent if you buy with Lennar, buying process is like calling a help line and getting a computer and then trying to press 0 for a customer service and waiting, fortunately my agent had direct lines to get it done. ...
