Mark did what my real estate agent did not do. I used a financing program that is not is not normally used (USDA Single Family Homes). Most people are not familiar with it. This financing program requires that you purchase in certain areas. The USDA originally said that the location I had selected was within the required location but 2 months before closing they informed me that the location I selected was NOT within the required locations. I was devastated. I called Mark and my agent to let them know that I was not going to be able to purchase the home because of the location. While my agent accepted this, Mark did not. Mark called my contact at the USDA and was able to convince them that the home I was interested in did fall in the necessary location. Mark is an incredible asset to Lennar. I wish we had more Marks in the world!! I am so grateful for him. Mark held my hand through the whole home purchasing process. We were very happy with our 4 bedroom Lennar home in Trail’s Edge. So far so good. The seller agent Shawn was great and the construction manager Ryan was very responsive. The punch list was short which was excellent. We are comfortable if something comes up, customer care will work with us to resolve it. Overall very happy.

Great experience, love the house but the people were the star of the experience. Everyone we dealt with was courteous, friendly and extremely responsive. Top notch and we highly recommend.

The staff were customer friendly, professional, and patient and answered my questions; I have no complaints, I like the floor plan, and the community is ideal for my daughter and grandchildren. I feel safe and secure, which is a plus for the community.

Lennar made it easy for me to buy a home. They even helped when I had questions and did not understand something in the contract.

I almost went with another builder that was a bad deal and I went with Lennar and it was all wonderful and honest and I am very happy with everything. The service has been great and the people are do nice. I would recommend to anyone Lennar.

I have had such a good experience, especially with Erick and Jennifer. A couple of minor issues have come up and they respond quickly and have taken care of it in a timely matter. I feel like they really care about doing a good job and going above and beyond!

We were truly impressed with the efforts of our builder and agent. They were responsive, with great follow through. Highly recommend.

The new constrution is solid and dependable. The exterior brick, windows and doors compliment each other and lead inside to a flowing, open format design making everyday living easy. The hard surface floor are easy to clean and maintain.

I purchased my home in Florida while living in NJ. The process was seamless. Lennar’s sales agent was attentive and answered all my questions. I used their lender and the approval process was quick and easy. This is my second home and it was so much simpler than my first home. I would definitely recommend buying a home with Lennar!!

This isn’t second Lennar home. I am a single woman and was very nervous about everything. I had to buy a home after the hurricane and I went to Lennar because I knew I had a great experience before. Kristen walked me through all the financial steps and answered her phone and texted me back always and very promptly. Colten answered all my questions about the property quickly and with detail, Mike followed up to make sure I had all proper documents and Brian has been in touch and over the top in any questions or other Ned’s with the home.
