We have purchased several homes in the past, and this by far has been our worst experience. First, we had many difficulties with the builders in order to get the issues fixed correctly in the home before the signing date. The representative who was assigned to us and who suppose to be handling these issues, made us feel like we were in the wrong for bringing them to his attention, and he tried to pursued us that these issues were not valid. Had a bad experience with the recent purchase. I was either given with a wrong mailbox key or the label inside mailbox is swapped. I’m only getting mails of my neighbour. Followed up with postal office and they say they’re delivering mail to correct box. HOA does not help with this and no one from Lennar owns this issue to resolve. The issue is still unresolved

I was really excited to buy my first ever home but after the experience I’ve had with LENNAR I would have chosen differently. The experience I had with the mortgage team started off very rough and I experienced very poor communication and errors with the loan officer. It’s been a roller coaster ride since the day since we signed the contract. Just to highlight our issues: - construction/closing delayed multiple times from December 2022 to April 2023 eventually. - the workmanship is below par at best. - the walls are not straight. For the price paid, the interior of the condo has poor quality materials. Parking assignment was terrible. I bought a unit in building 10 however they assigned parking near building 7. They wouldn’t disclose this details during the final walkthrough and were sneaky about it. Now, Lennar and the HOA are pointing fingers at each other. Guess who suffers? Me and my family.

Being a first time home buyer, I wasn’t familiar with the process of purchasing a home. The information required was understandable since it’s a large purchase however it was time consuming and extremely detailed. Once that was complete I thought the worst part is over. I was wrong. My loan and mortgage officer Anna and Deacon were completely unresponsive for days leading up to closing and terrible about returning emails, texts, and phone calls. Very frustrating process. Our salesperson Trent showed us online a home with wood flooring and when we asked for photos of the home he sent us two photos are night showing very little. When we saw the hole with tile flooring and were upset he just said "well it was in the contract."

Kept being told this would be one of our happiest moments, had many issues and concerns still haven’t been addressed and have moved in still waiting to get some resolution. Luv my home but overall experience was horrible and still not able to enjoy our home. Very poor communication at the very beginning, still lack of her and now. Felt so rushed and pushed and thrown to the side. Hope no one else had to or will have to experience what we did. My realtor was the only one I felt that was really here helping and supporting us. They changed the building code to have your drain pipe from your hvac system to drain in your master bedroom sink and it makes a loud gurgling sound every time the heater or a/c is turned on so it’s impossible to get sleep. They won’t come and reroute it either. I wish I would have used my realtor instead of their’s. I would not recommend using their loan officer, get your own! worst experience I have ever had buying a house. I will never buy another lennar home.

As an investor I'm not sure I would ever purchase from Lennar ever again. My experience with the Lennar team in Pensacola was a nightmare and frustrating. They have you come in and put blue tape on all imperfections and giving you full confidence that these items will be fixed only to have you come back on closing day to show you that the imperfections we're taken care of when they weren' knowing that you are closing later that day they assure you that these items will be taken care of then they don't follow through. We closed the home a couple of months ago. The house was not ready to be closed due to several issues found during the final walkthrough. Do not recommend buying homes from Lennar ever. The home is fine, and we enjoy it compared to paying considerable amount of money to rental agencies, and we had to do a lot of work to our home after we purchased, in order for it to feel livable. The process of buying a home with Lennar was 0 out of 5 stars. The disorganized nature of your closing process and miscommunication was unparalleled. Never had a more frustrating experience in my life. Unresponsive. Rude. Disorganized. Lack of knowledge etc. I could not get keys but finally a woman who was a manager took time 7am on a Sunday morning to let me in. Bad experience with stuart and the Ivan (Customer rep). This is regarding the dent on the refrigerator. David inspected (Sep 20th) the house before we moved in. Workmanship is terrible. The grass in the garden is pretty much dead at this point.
