The overall home quality is poor. The workmanship is horrible with lots of items unfinished and poorly done. It seems to be no quality control of the workers work. Appliances are cheap and dangerous. The home is not the same as the model we were shown. Different floor plan. Basically the house is a double wide trailer on a cement slab. Regret the purchase and wouldn't recommend Lennar as a builder.

Do not be one of the first in the community as you will pay more and have less incentives than the homebuyers to follow. The construction/Lennar staff have absolutely no sense of urgency. Building material and trucks have been parked outside my completed home that blocked me from driving out of my garage. I have had an issue in my home since first walk thru and over two months later given constant run around. Still with no answers and it is delaying everything else that needs to happen in my home and my elderly mother has to delay moving in because of this issue and creating so much stress to my family. My husband ended up in the hospital with the added stress. Buying a new home should be happy and satisfying time not like this.

The Lennar team (from sales to finance to post-move in customer service) — everyone was nearly horrible and not worth the money they are paid. I could spend many hours explaining every situation and how bad of an experience this was but to sum it all up. Some of the sales agents are rude and don’t care. The finance team SUCKS and will try to feed you to another company that clearly they will benefit from. The quality team might not actually ensure that important needs are addressed before closing. The builders use VERY cheap, low-end finishing and throw the house together (so expect issues). ...

I was deceived multiple times by various Lennar teams. First the lots were incorrectly classified and assigned incorrect lot though I was 2nd person to have the scheduled appointment. They never disclosed about a drainage easement. During development process again deceived multiple times with wrong promises and the same experience continued post closure. I wish I never bought a home with Lennar.

My family and I had a terrible home buying experience. Our loan officer had a personal matter come up and literally ghosted us. His leadership didn’t pick up the ball or reach out to us on their own. After multiple times of trying to reach our loan officer we finally went above his head and were able to get in contact with someone who was able to help a little. Actually pretty horrible experience. Timeliness was horrible. Updates were never given. Loan officer and associates would never answer the phone. Blue tape walk through issues weren’t fully addressed. Overall build and quality of the home is terrible. The flaws are starting to show. Major corners were cut and the integrity was compromised. The underwriter ignored us for two weeks. Therefor our loan was delayed by 3 weeks. Closing docs were approved on the day of closing! Horrible. Any issues were not handled right away. I was told the water bill for water for the grass that I do not want on the side of the home would be $30. It was $136! I was told HOA would take over the grass. They did not. HOA is non responsive. Took two weeks to get hold of anyone. Took over a month to set everything us. Horrible experience! I was ripped off on the price too. Same home sold for 17k less and also does not have grass on the side of the home! ...
