I Wouldn't Buy From Lennar Again

In the first month after closing we ran into a few issues that couldve been avoided. Repair times tool longer than they should. Communication is not a thing with Lennar. The construction crews like to cut corners when building the homes. Lennar doesn't not fill the backyards with grass, some of ours is only dirt. Cracks in the concrete were immediately noticed after closing. Lennar title gave us the wrong amount for closing costs and almost delayed our closing. Our closing date was pushed back about 3 or 4 different times. Plastic bathroom walls were not pushed together correctly, ...

I don't know where to begin with this awful journey we had on the home buying process. From lack of communication from the loan processing aspect to the abysmal workmanship done on the house. All I can say is, if you decide to go with Lennar GOOD LUCK AND GET YOUR OWN INSPECTION.

Purchased house was told I would get touch up paint, never received! Three boxes to replacement tiles, was told to text Nolan did on several occasions never received. Doors painted with semi gloss, touched up with flat paint. We have paint on carpets in bedrooms Just horrible

From the time we walked into the sales at the model home, our bad experience started. There was nobody there to answer your questions, you have to schedule an appointment to see a sales agent We felt like we have to beg just to schedule an appointment. He took us to a lot and we were impressed with the view the lot has to offer and which made us buy the property. Overall the experience of this home was extremely disappointing and frustrating. Don’t sign off on the day of your walk though. If there are issues to be fixed have them fix it before you sign off. I’m 7 months in an still waiting for them to fix a kitchen drawer that was blue taped the day off walk thru. Costumer service rep dose not care

Not only was my house incomplete, but the work that was done was very poor quality. I was told workers would be back to complete the construction and never showed. My roof leaked and ruined a bedroom the second night I was here. I’m still trying to get repairs a month later. Absolutely horrible experience so far!!!!!

Lennar has completely ridden a hot market wave to take advantage of buyers and gotten away with poor quality finishing and broken promises. The home buying experience. I was asked to close on the house that was not ready, i was told that everything would be fixed within a couple days however after two months the house is still not ready as multiple issues reminds unsolved and no one at Lennar homes will give me a straight answer or timeline.

The builder rushed to build my house. I’m still finding things wrong. Hard to get someone to respond to my concerns Gas stove want installed correctly which is very hazardous. Dishwasher wasn’t installed correctly either. Several electrical issues that had to be fixes 2 weeks after moving in. Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

My experience with the builder was not good especially since they want to close before the home is complete and for someone that is a buyer from out of state is hard to check all the details of the final construction and in my home, there are lots of issue like paint, hold in the upstair stair broken or defected doors and for the high price that the home has the material, users is very low quality and the same that is listed on the home model .

The craftsmanship put into our brand new home is absolutely atrocious and frankly, I am appalled. From the sales staff to the construction manager and everyone in between, it has been an awful experience. Corners were cut while finishing our brand new home and it looks terrible. Lennar is the worst. Zero accountability from top to bottom. Everything needed extra work or repairs and when problems were reported it took multiple calls and complaints to get any work done. NEVER close unless everything is 100% done and checked with a fine-tooth comb.

This was the most disorganized, poorly built community I've ever seen. Craftsmanship in overall decency is non-existent. I've had a couple of people within the organization that has been good, caring people. Ninety-nine percent of the rest do not care about you, your home, or your future family.
