Low quality, didn't fix any findings from the inspection, lots of issues

Low quality homes. Lennar accepted third party inspection so we did. The inspection report is up to 50 pages but Lennar didn't fix any of them. We moved in with a house of hundreds of issues. We have been filing claims with the first year warranty every week since we the closing date. Lennar rejected some warranty requests out of no reason, and their customer care representative never answers the phone call. Don't choose Lennar in WA.

Concrete issues all over the home, customer care doesn’t care customers, they only care about lennar

Hello Team, Lennar is reputed builder but with zero quality on concrete. They basically don’t know how to use right concrete mix. Lack of engineering direction. All the appliances in our home are leaking. Ex : Refrigerator leak, Dishwasher leak. When we ask about concrete issues, customer service came and said sorry it’s a bad work may be done during the night time. We can’t do anything it is what it is. Buying experience was not great

Paper work for closing wasn’t ready on time waited till the day before closing. And there were a bunch of mistakes. Then the day of the closing I had to sit there for way to long because they took forever to fix the mistakes! 10/10 will not ever go through lennar for a mortgage again!

I have been working with Lennar for approximately 9 years and I have seen how over the years they are doing things from bad to worse and I appreciate that management does not care or at least they cannot do anything since the level of command is followed by one family member to another, in many cases the construction manager is the wife of the person who is in customer care or the brother of the guarantee and so in this way they cannot make each other look bad. The quality of materials are basic as to be expected in a builder grade home. I don’t have an issue with the materials used. I have an issue with the installation and construction of those materials. From top to bottom, every surface, every install could have been done better by just about any DIYer than the Construction crew for Lennar. I blame the construction managers on up the chain of command. False advertisement about amenities and closing process rushed

The Cypress Creek West website explicitly stated amenities, swimming pool and children's playground would be onsite. Dealing with Lennar has been a nightmare! Their responsiveness is non existent and anytime there is a problem, they pass the buck to someone else and you never get a straight answer from anybody. We were warned to stay away from Lennar but we did not listen and we paid the price. I would greatly advise any new home buyers to STAY AWAY FROM LENNAR!

No one knows what’s happening and keep on moves the closing date and on the day of the closing they informs you that they are not closing today. I would never recommend buying a home from Lennar. It was a nightmare from start to finish and still is to this day. The process took 3 agonizing months to close because their mortgage team had issues with us not being married or FL residents yet. Then we found a ton of things wrong with OUR BRAND NEW HOME. They made us do a new home introduction 1.5 months before we closed and then a month after we closed when we finally got to move in, we found a whole list of things that made our 800K home feel like a foreclosure home.
