Gail was great but Melanie not so much. She was very unresponsive as our assigned concierge. Whenever she did respond it was very vague and not helpful. The loan process was daunting but I made my way through it. In my opinion my loan officer Mrs Jennifer Casey was good but I felt as though the curse of knowledge got the best of her. Whole process was very aggravating. From the delays to the lack of communication. Move in dates were pushed back 4 months. There was a constant rotation of realtors. Value is decent compared to larger cities. Disappointed in the lack of options for the home. Came with basic white cabinets and a horrible vinyl flooring. I do love the future plans for the area.

Holly was amazing and was very responsive and helpful at every question or issue that arised. Carter was helpful with anything we needed. The large issue has been the lawyer and analyst they missed a few things and rushed through the paperwork missing multiple things and causing issues which to this day have still not been figured out. Tom and Diane were all over the place and contradicting themselves and each other through the whole process. Everything was great throughout the buying process. Once you close, the attentiveness and assistance stops. Even trying to contact the closing department and get a callback or response is practically impossible. In addition to that, at times there are construction workers violating City of Laurel city ordinances by conducting construction before the hours that are in the ordinance.

I traveled from Atlanta to Spartanburg with my family to attend the acceptance walkthrough and complete the closing the following day. First off there was no model to look at! There was no shower door in master shower; no towel racks in any of the 3 bathrooms. No grab bars for us seniors. We had to purchase our own garage opener for the small garage. The patio out back - you can’t even put a chair on it (it’s too small). I wasn’t allowed to change the carpet in the bedrooms to tile unless I paid for it after closing. We had to get the plumber out for the water heater and washing machine

I am not sure who and what kind of backwards hiring is happening here, but these are the most unhelpful, most pushy, group of people I have ever dealt with. They are lucky my Home Concierge and loan officer were kind because the entire team outside of them is unorganized and unprofessional. Overall, this wasn’t a pleasant home buying experience. It was very difficult with connecting with the initial representative with questions and she never got back in touch with me. I had to ask the loan employee to assist with the connection multiple times. Once I got into the home the Lennar has been very response to my needs as it relates to fixing things. She has been very awesome and I sincerely appreciate her.

Buying experience was really bad! The only reason I kept on the process is because our home price rebate was really good and because of our realtor, but lennar sales agent was really not helpful and I wish I could say differently but I can’t. Seller did not answer a lot of our questions, deflected a lot of simple questions and at the end they didn’t even show up for our key delivery. I would not recommend them to any family members or friends, I’m sure lennar has really good people working for the company but the ones who helped me, were not!

The representative, Diana, displayed unhelpful and defensive behavior, particularly when questioned about inconsistencies in the final numbers, including a missing wire transfer. Sales - good Closing - average at best Walk through - nothing done between walkthrough and closing. And then they tried to send me to the Warranty team to input more than 15 issues. None of them were terribly hard…they just weren’t completed at anll. It wasn’t until I had to find the correct person, Bo that something got done. My agent told me that my work vehicle would be okay to park in the neighborhood, but a week or two after moving in, the Hoa President stated that it was not allowed. Now we’re in a big financial bind to either find another place to live and move or to find a place to move my truck and end up paying a monthly rent for that. It was a terrible lie that got us in this place.

I hear closing is nothing short of a stressful time that every home buyer just wants to get over with. But in my case this was “never seen before delays” and unprofessionalism from the loan officer, but more so on the loan processor. A few documents that were submitted to Lennar earlier in the closing process for the closing date got lost in Lennar hands, causing my closing date to be delayed by 2 days and closing at 9:50PM… So pretty much 3 days.

House itself is wonderful! Buying experience 0/10. Lennar agent was a no show no call at closing. Told me that I had no HOA fees for 2 years. Upon reading the disclosures, I found that this misleading information was due to to me prepaying for them. Closing was delayed which cost me $1200 to extend my lock rate and associated housing fees as the closing was delayed a whole month.

I bought the house as a broker and the sales team didn't mention the bonus they were giving to the other brokers for the house in that community. The lender team was very irresponsible. They provided Closing Disclosures the day before closing after repeatedly asking for it.

My experience was not the best. There were Docusigs almost weekly. There seemed to be very little communication between the loan officer and the underwriter so I was asked to provide information more than once. There were delays that I still don’t understand. I waited in the attorneys office to close for twelve hours . I was given te wrong keys to my home. There was no information about the community. It was a mess!
