All I can say is Lennar will try very hard to work with you if issues come up. The first sale of my house in another state the biyer bailed out on the purchase. The second buyers of my house bombed out as their co signer was refinancing their residence and could not co sign for the buyers when they were refinancing. The third sale of my out of state home went through in flying colors and I was allowed to purchase the home of my choice after Lennar had me under contract more than once. The company tries to be fair with its clients when things come up I appreciate all they did for me. I can see the workmanship is better than the last home I purchased out of state. The kitchen cabinets are a high quality grade and the flooring is put right up to the wall with a finished look. The flooring looks and feels like wood but is a luxury vinyl flooring that is high quality. It can be washed easily and my dogs and cat can’t make claw marks on it with their paws. The flooring is lovely and you would never see any marks from animals. If you need customer service they will respond quickly. All department that I was involved with in the purchase were polite and professional to me and answered my questions on a timely manner. The front and backyard were landscaped tastefully. Truly pleased with my purchase and my new home! I would highly recommend.

Good experience. Nice home at a good price.

Disappointed that options were not offered. My previous home buying experiences offered other additional options like gutters, sprinklers, blinds, tankless water heater, etc. Nice to have some of these items offered as additional options rather than having to run around and gather those items on my own.

Buying with Lennar was a great experience. The whole team is very helpful, professional and easy to work with. They all made our home ownership dream come through.

Great buying experience with new home salesperson Build trim and elevations of Orion were solid but not as nice as other Lennar home collections or home builders in nearby Great Park neighborhoods. For example, not having a dedicated range hood and having a microwave/hood combo was a disappointing shortcut taken in the included appliance selection. The inspection and home delivery process was thorough and smooth. I wish Lennar had a better partner for flooring upgrades/options than Vintage Design, LLC. Vintage Design offered limited options and was very expensive I also wish Lennar's solar installation partner GAF Energy was more responsive in the solar panel setup/enablement process. Lennar should seriously consider a different partner for this going forward. I am 2 months in and still have not been able to access my solar panel settings to setup PTO with Edison ... More

Gail was great but Melanie not so much. She was very unresponsive as our assigned concierge. Whenever she did respond it was very vague and not helpful. The loan process was daunting but I made my way through it. In my opinion my loan officer Mrs Jennifer Casey was good but I felt as though the curse of knowledge got the best of her. This was my first time buying a home and it was tough to navigate certain terms and contracts as I was expected to sign things with no walkthrough. Maybe this isn’t Lennars responsibility but it would be value added if you had a program that puts a first time homebuyers mind at ease. I acknowledge that I may have caused a bit of a rift by deciding to buy a different home as my home was being built but I was rushed into signing and processing paperwork because it was the end of the month. They even had the builders rush to fix things found in our inspection that didn’t get fully fixed until weeks after we moved in. My overall experience was underwhelming and I will own a piece of that as I should have done better with knowing the home buying process and accepted the consequence that come along with signing for a house last minute. ... The quality of the home is bad, everything was made rushed. One issue comes up after another. The construction managers drive around the neighborhood texting and driving not even looking up on the road since there is still contruction going on. There are kids on the neighborhood and its dangerous to let them out.

From the time I toured the model homes, signed the contract, lending process to the closing was such a streamlined experience. I decided to use Lennar's lender and I am glad I did. It was so easy and was always able to reach a live person to answer any questions. I believe the entire experience took less than a month. We are now in our new home and could not be happier.

The home buying process was smooth and Lennar was very supportive. They accommodated our requests and even went above and beyond our expectations. They are still following up on me to ensure that everything is going on well. We are enjoying our new home and we definitely recommend Lennar…

Cracks everywhere, corners are super off and not even 80 degrees, doors are not close smoothly, carpet nails sticking out everywhere. Overall very cheap.

I was impressed with the fast and organized home-buying experience Lennar has developed. I have purchased many homes in my lifetime and this was different. Mostly good, but at times a little impersonal. The purchase, walk through, and closing went quickly. Patrick was a delight to work with and really went out of his way to help me with getting a mortgage suitable to our needs. Victoria was very responsive. I was impressed with how quickly a small problem was resolved on move in day. My son and his wife occupy this home and they are extremely happy.

We had to sell our home in Florida before closing on our house here. Lennar was very supportive and patient throughout the process.

Everybody I have dealt with at Lennar Homes has been very professional and polite! I have nothing but good things to say about the people, the company and the quality of the home!

Tengo dos meses con la casa (nueva), aunque me gustó el diseño, la calidad de los materiales son muy baratos, incluyendo la cocina hecha de aglomerado, en el segundo piso tuvieron que hacer reparaciones ya que caminas y el sheathing hace ruido como su fuera una casa vieja, los baños pueden verse bonitos pero aun así los acabados son de baja calidad, el motor del aire acondicionado lo colocaron cerca de la sala y hace demasiado ruido, también llega el ruido a las recámaras que estan cerca del motor, no entiendo porque lo pusieron ahi... entregan sin pintar la cochera y en la parte de atrás sin los gutters ni downspot, y los de la fachada los entregan sin conexión al desagüe, los pisos son de vinil y el Fence tendrás que ponerle laca ya que solo es madera sin protección, los andadores laterales no tienen piso solo tierra, , así que tendrás que gastar mucho en arreglar todo esto... ... Great incentives to buy the home with price and interest rate. Lennar had the least amount of items to fix of any home we have bought. One issue with a leak was dealt with promptly.

Cheap materials. Difficult to register LG appliances online. Electrical company doesn't know the address of our house. Had difficulty opening account.

As a first time buyer it wasn't that bad but the delivery of the house was delayed by almost 6 weeks. Customer service is good.

I call 4 or 5 times about my tree came out of the ground. The wind blew them out. They’re all broken and they will not replace them the landscaper The contractor has already been closed.

If I could do it all over, I would have gone with a different builder. The quality of the home is not good. I continue to find issues and warranty reps are not helpful. I was told one thing during my walk and now I am being told something different as far as what is covered.

Happy we got the Labor Day sale, great price reduction, construction was completed on time. Used Lennar's closing attorney, great experience.

As a co-signer, most of the questions are not applicable to me. Since you force me to fill in the blank, you are getting what you asked for. Also, the display name is incorrect but that may be just as irrelevant. What I will comment on was the financing. I felt as though I was dealing with a kindergarten drop out. Many items were asked for three or four times, and the harassing tone rose to the level of sarcasm. If my granddaughter wasn't so set on the house I would likely have told someone to check where the sun doesn't shine. AND you may print what I have said.
