Customer experience worst i ever received.I close at the end of Nov 2021 i still have a bunchs of things they never finish.Cheap materials and a lot of bad things on construction.On the financing was not to bad.I dont recommend to anybody to buy Lennar.

I had a horrible experience . The sale of my home depended on my purchase of this home. I needed one more day but lennar didn’t care. They would not give me one more day. They told me they would turn around and sell it for more than I was buying it for. The paint is awful it’s a flat pain shows all the marks. In the bathroom caulk is missing around the floors. I fell that the home was built so fast that paying attention to details are missed. My grass now that’s another issue. I have holes in the back yard where grass is missing. I was told that someone would come roll it but never happened. ...

I will never buy another lennar home and will make sure anyone I know or see looking into lennar hear how terrible this company is from the lies I’ve been told to how terrible the house was put together the builders drink on the job the loan officers don’t know what half of the stuff they send you is the person I did my final walk through with lied to me saying everything that needed repairing would be finished b4 I moved and wasn’t and he didn’t even submit requests for the repairs the home consultant I worked with was terrible didn’t give me any info at all and refused to submit a request ...

When spending as much as we spent there is a specific expectation when taking ownership. This home was not built with care. We are constantly finding issues that should have been found by the CM team. It is as if they are treating their home buyers as numbers. Hence, the demand is high so let’s pump homes out and if a homebuyer doesn’t like it and backs out, well we have a backlog of people that will. The only positive experience was Lennar mortgage with Felice. Other than that I would not recommend nor would I ever purchase a Lennar home again.

The house cost me nearly $1.1 million and has been nothing but problems. First, the closing was a nightmare due to multiple errors made by the builder whose closing department couldn't seem to find the correct corporate resolution showing that the subsidiary conveying title actually owned the property. Then about an hour or two after the closing ended and I had received the key, I received a phone call from the builder that said it can't confirm that it received the funds so I can't enter the house until after the weekend. Our home had been delayed for months throughout the building process. Our sales person kept us up to date throughout this time. We understood due to supply shortages, labor shortages, a global pandemic, a winter storm, etc. We were patient. We had to pay extra to live where we were due to having to extend our lease on a month to month basis. Still....we did not complain. Things were very pleasant through this period. When it came time to close, there was a very noticeable shift to rush US into the home before it was complete. We hired a 3rd party inspector to look at the build prior ...

San Antonio Lennar was the worst homebuyer experience I’ve encountered with multiple purchases to my credit. Be prepared to pay out of pocket to correct their building errors and hotels for missed closing dates with NO notification.

I did not shop my loan to different brokers and Lennar locked me into their lender. I was moving from CA and unaware of TX real estate laws. My fault. I had to jump through hoops to get closed. The underwriter requested forms contradictory to information on Lennar’s website. Lender was not clear in communication requesting information that caused delays. Someone wrote “Won’t Get Fooled Again” and I lived it. If Lennar was the last builder on the planet, I wouldn’t recommend them.
