Worst experience ever. the sales rep was the worse along with the CM. no communication. Absolute nightmare! I had to reach out to the area sales manager so she could help expedite the construction process.

I had a very very unhappy home buying experience with Lennar. Starting from the sales to finance to home construction, ar every step, the whole experience was very unpleasant and compromising. The quality of the construction was suboptimal and there are multiple visible flaws that were not corrected even after they were reported in the inspections. The new home walkthru and final inspection process was so painful with so many open issues and construction manager was not ready to fix. Was told by the sales person they’re not making this style of home anymore, when I stated I would wait for similar model in different location. Now I see same model being built I’m different location, for $50K cheaper. House was filthy when I moved in, construction dust on all the window sills. Door to garage doesn’t close all the way. Hole in the ceiling that took a month for someone to finally pick up. Water started leaking through my ceiling 2 weeks into ownership. Now there’s a bigger hole in my ceiling. Waste of Money. Poor Quality and Service.

It’s just been more than a month and we have raised 10+ service request already. We entered into our new home and hot water won’t work. Pipe leaked in basement. Cabinet door came off. Switch won’t work. AC stopped working and they said they need 3 weeks to fix it and punished me to suffer in high temperatures inside the home. Would never recommend lennar to anyone.

You guys severely lack ownership and inter-team communication

The sales person, construction managers, and closing agent failed to take ownership of their actions and severely lacked in communicating among themselves for a smooth closure. The sales person towards the end shows bad attitude which made our closing experience worst of all. Amateurs! Poor craftsmanship!

Overall the experience of this home was extremely disappointing and frustrating. Not only was my house incomplete, but the work that was done was very poor quality. I was told workers would be back to complete the construction and never showed. My roof leaked and ruined a bedroom the second night I was here. I’m still trying to get repairs a month later. Absolutely horrible experience so far!!!!!

I was asked to close on the house that was not ready, i was told that everything would be fixed within a couple days however after two months the house is still not ready as multiple issues reminds unsolved and no one at Lennar homes will give me a straight answer or timeline.

This was the most disorganized, poorly built community I've ever seen. Craftsmanship in overall decency is non-existent. I've had a couple of people within the organization that has been good, caring people. Ninety-nine percent of the rest do not care about you, your home, or your future family. Had the worst experience with the mortgage company as the agent handling the paper work doesn't know the calculation. Plus requested unnecessary documents from the third party as there personal bank statements which at the was not provided and still loan was approved. Really bad material plus construction work. It's not even month and floor started making noises as old houses. Worst experience ever. Showed up day of closing to complete punch walk review and then head to closing. Show up and nothing on punch list was completed. Construction PM left as he had prior obligations. Never mentioned that we did not have a CO and couldn’t close. After waiting for over hour and half for someone else to show up to walk home ( no one ever did ) we get a call that CO won’t happen for another 5 days. Very disappointed in the overall process, quality and value as well as responsiveness to issues. Keep being told "this is the way it is these days" instead of having the respect and quality that a new house should. The only goal was to close on the house - no matter what shape it was in - and was promised all items would be fixed right away. Going on 2 months and the majority of the issues haven't even been scheduled to be fixed. Everyone is paying A+ prices these days and getting C+ quality and service. Thank you.

From the beginning to well after closing (1 1/2 months now,we received no occupancy permit,but forced to close!) It's been crazy busy with contractors in and out fixing all of the obvious problems that were not addressed, I would never recommend this to anyone, the horror stories are too many and such long stories, I hope this helps someone with their decision.
