Disappointment in finished product, communication and followup.

Our team kept us informed on the status. Knowing this, helped us understand the delay on completion. They were timely in responding to identified issues. The carpet padding and some of the wall socket cut outs are not as satisfying, but, overall, extremely satisfied with our new home.

Alot of attention to detail issues, wood trim gaps, rough drywall spots, uneven trim, tile work is very bad, uneven floors, uneven paint and colors, gaps in drywall, crown moulding on cabinets were way off, small damage to several cabinet pieces. Besides that the overall experience was ok. We had an issue with the plot size that wasn't disclosed to us and after signing the contract we brought up the issue and the sales person said "I didnt know" which to me is not an excuse as they gave me an answer to the question before like that had known. Regardless we ended up losing over 6500sqft of backyard. Lennar wouldn't do anything about it. Just be sure the sales rep you're speaking to can give you plot size and items in your home in writing. The price of the home was competitive to the surrounding area and home was finished in the general timeframes given to us. Love the layout and the "everything's included" program. Great workmanship. Entire staff, from sales, Title personnel, construction and maintenance have been great.

Make sure you read and understand all the CC&R's gor the community your are buying in...HOA. They can be real petty with common home-owner practices.

Our construction manager was so thorough we had very few items on our punch list after orientation. Since then everything has been prompt ly addressed. I’m thrilled with my new home

As a first time home buyer, my experience with Lennar was great. My home buying team was wonderful! With the many questions I had my team took the time to answer my questions and assist me with completing documents. I’ve heard many horrible stories of purchasing a home but my experience with Lennar was exciting. I love my mew home!

Very satisfied with quality of our home and overall experience

My husband and I chose Lennar because we were drawn to the "Everything Included" package and the community was very nice, quiet, and family oriented. Sadly when we got close to our closing date, the original construction manager quit and left MANY things undone. He failed to oversee some of the work done and the new construction manager had to come into MANY problems to try and get things going. He performed miracles, but in the end, beyond control we had some cosmetic things that were done with excellence. Painting was not clean and pristine, some base boards were damaged and simply painted over to hide it. And some were just not cut properly. These are things we will fix because we simply could not delay. I would recommend any buyers stay in close contact with the new construction managers so you point out any concerns. The new manager is very dependable. Unfortunately, we didn't have his oversight throughout our entire build process. So our ratings reflect the process and not the outcome. We probably will not purchase another Lennar home, but we are thankful everything worked out as best as it did for us. ... More

The quality of the kitchen cabinets and the concrete work leaves a lot to be desired. Not representative of a home at this price point.

Beautiful community, quite and very clean

Everything y was great and Lennar did what they said they would do!

The quality of materials used in construction is not good also most of the items are opted our from warranty, not a good customer experience.

We love our house and the experience was pretty seamless

The quality of the work and materials are subpar at best. The walls aren't flat making it difficult to hang pictures and some areas have large visible bulges most noticeable where there is plumbing. HVAC system was installed as if someone fired it out of a cannon, particularly where the glue was used to seal around insulation and duct work. Baseboard is wavy and concaves over large areas. Nothing gets resolved in a timely manner or at a time that's convenient in terms of warranty work. Overall very disappointing.

Very professional your in good hands with Lennar

Very responsive to any problem or issue. Some of the workmanship was excellent and some was not.

Good: They let you tour the home once it is framed, walk you through, explain things in detail when you can see inside the walls. The sales team that answers your question is excellent, responsive, and informative. The build crews are good and they don't seem to take shortcuts. Not so Good: They mark up the flooring, and offer really crap carpeting so expect to pay another 10-20K for flooring above list so you don't have cheap carpet in living room. Don't use their title or lender, the 5K incentive is eaten up in the first 5 years with the higher interest rate they offer and they are part of the Lennar company so looking out for you is not the first priority. Finally, they run pipes too close to the surface here so we never have cold water or even slightly cold water, in the summer when you really want it. ... More

I have owned many homes in my life but this was the first time I bought new from a builder without the home being done first. I put a lot of trust into the builder that everything would be as expected. I have to give 5 stars overall because everything I expected came true. We love our new home, it was finished in a timely manner, the quality of materials are excellent, workmanship is excellent. I feel the price I paid is a good value for the home. Being new to this I didn't know what to expect with any concern I had but when I called I got an immediate response and solution. All of this makes me say that I could trust them throughout the whole process and have confidence going forward that the warranty on the home will be treated the same.
