It is sad to see that the so called “Construction manager” don’t care about the construction but to have the “job” done. I closed in November and I did not even get a welcome package until this week. The sales team is excellent (Ali Meye) and they care even after the sales is done. I really wish somebody from Lennar with some kind of power within the company could contact me and go to home. Nobody gives us a name or a phone number where to call and how to solve the problems. I am in conversation with a new rep. Lennar Title was so bad and the experience with closing ruined the experience of home buying. It took 4 hours to close because they were so backed up. The woman was so rude and we did it from my car. The quality of appliances is so bad, they are pieces of crap and I wish I just got some cash instead. Still unresolved issues.

Do not go with Lennar, if possible; that includes the Mortgage and builder. This was the worst home buying experience I could imagine. If you do, please have your own THOROUGH inspection for the home BEFORE you approach closing. We've been in our home for 4 months and have had repairs running for 2.5 of those months. We just discovered a leak from the outside water bib that has our bedroom carpet and outside bricks wet. Also, we received a call at 6:30PM the day before we closed that our closing cost was increasing, after the banks were closed. Our closing time was in the morning BEFORE banks ...

Worst experience, lennar only cares about the sell not the customer. Homes being pushed out in 5-6 months with nothing but issues, hence why they offer such appealing warranties to lure the customers in. I had foundation issues as soon as I closed on the house and I came out of pocket for it and still haven’t gotten reimbursed back for it. Submitting legitimate work orders to get the house fixed and the construction mangers will argue with you instead of fixing the actual issue just so there numbers look good. I would not recommend a lennar home. Look else where plenty of good builders out ...

Do not purchase a home in Babcock National due to the poor quality of materials and workmanship. Warranty work is very hard to get done once you have closed

As I have reported before, No one showed up for our scheduled walk through after it had been delayed because the Townhome was not ready. Our new closing date was scheduled but was not completed as scheduled because the townhome was not ready. No one helped us try to reschedule the closing or complete items on our punch list. Lennar forced us to close before the home was finished, We received a call around 7 pm with no previous notice on the last day of the month from a remote notary to close on the home. I was very disappointed with the sales staff in particular.

Super unprofessional experience. From the sales agent giving misinformation when purchasing to the move in. Had to ask for stuff and would never have found out if it werent for the neighbors. I had a horrible experience . The sale of my home depended on my purchase of this home. I needed one more day but lennar didn’t care. They would not give me one more day. They told me they would turn around and sell it for more than I was buying it for. The paint is awful it’s a flat pain shows all the marks. In the bathroom caulk is missing around the floors. I fell that the home was built so fast that paying attention to details are missed. My grass now that’s another issue. I have holes in the back yard where grass is missing. When spending as much as we spent there is a specific expectation when taking ownership. This home was not built with care. We are constantly finding issues that should have been found by the CM team. It is as if they are treating their home buyers as numbers. Hence, the demand is high so let’s pump homes out and if a homebuyer doesn’t like it and backs out, well we have a backlog of people that will. The only positive experience was Lennar mortgage with Felice. Other than that I would not recommend nor would I ever purchase a Lennar home again.

BUYER BEWARE!! The Lennar Home staff are liars and will tell you anything they think you need to hear to get you to buy the home. Beginning with sales staff, who sold me a home that didn't have the appropriate finishes and avoids me when I try to call. Next is the closing staff who set a closing date without communicating to the builders, so I had to go to closing twice. Finally the builder who lied about the trees in the backyard and doesn't honor any warranty items. I’ve had nothing but issues since before I moved in 4 months ago. I had a claim for my roof before I even moved in. There was paint on all my floors that they never cleaned until a month ago which was an exception to closing. I have mold in my kitchen that they keep saying is not mold. You wipe it down, it keeps coming back but there is water behind the cabinet where the mold is and they have to replace the cabinet because the back of it has buckled because of water damage because the pipe on the roof was crooked. New Home buyer please do not do with Docu sign procedure, never get chance to review purchase documents. Sales person high light few things and get you to sign documents, once documents sign and if we question about things to be done in the house, we will get to hear that you sign documents!!!

The worst builder I've ever heard of. They destroyed the curb leading into my driveway during pre-construction; then tried to hide/repair it. Epoxied over exposed rusting rebar. Left exposed rusting protruding rebar for publics benefit after waived inspection. Failed to properly bring up to code. Left exposed live wiring after waived final inspection.
