Have bad experiences with Lennar’s title and sale agent. They tried to tell us wire the money before the closing date which is understandable. However, the final walk through date is AFTER the closing date. I voiced the concern without any answer. On Lennar track, they are no where ready for closing. No seller commitment document, no survey document uploaded or provided. I bought 3 homes with them and this will be the last one

I think we had the worst experience with the Lennar team, from sales to concierge. Once you sign the initial contract, the sales team acted as if they don't know us. My home buying process (1st time) was traumatizing. I was so excited at first but Ronnie was a huge bully and Jody was very condescending. Everything was rushed I had no time to think or weigh my options on anything . Ronnie made the experience the worse she was so rude and pushy. I had over 90 emails and texts before I closed on my home. Most of the correspondence was deputed. Mary helped as much as she could but her hands were tied on a lot of the problems. David was my go to guy and he had to check when problems came up.

Would absolutely not recommend. Cut corners at every possible turn. The material used was as cheap as possible and absolutely 0 attention to detail, to the point they messed up the install of several appliances and little things like the electrical outlets aren't even flush with the wall. Honest experience as a first time home buyer. Lennar is only great front facing surface level. They sell you well and are responsive only in the selling phase. Lennar's workmanship is not what it used to be...it was top notch many years ago when we purchased a prior home. The lender leading up to the closing date was the worst experience. I would never use Lennar as a lender. I had to get a backup loan because so many mistakes their officers made. The loan officer and processor didn’t seem to know what they were doing. Once we got the house we needed so many repairs, they are building so fast they make so many building mistakes , crooked walls leaks. The only positive experience has been with kristine she handles all the repairs and issues after move in.

The whole Lennar experienced was a disgrace. Lennar did not communicate well with other Lennar employees which made my experience a bad one. From purchasing, workmanship, and responsiveness have greatly made me put this business at the bottom of my list, due to the fact they don't care about their customers, nor timelines to get things done. Our salesperson didn’t know what was going on, i had a different person for every step which was annoying, I want one person to deal with through out the process! I have been in this building for a month and we have an electrical issues with the breaker since the beginning of the closing. They have already changed the breakers 2 times and it has not solved the issue there is still a problem. It hasn't been a month, we have a leak in the sprinkle system which caused us to have a large amount in the water bill. We also just had a problem in the floor lamination. This really frustrates me to the point where I have to fill up a different warranty claim for a different problem every single week.
