I am very disappointed in the quality of work. There were so many issues with the house prior to my closing it was a very sad day by no means not a happy day. And still dealing with issues that should have been done right before closing. I would not refer anyone to buying a Lennar home in this community. Everyone that I have had the pleasure meeting has said that they have had nothing but problems. I had terrible experience, one of the sales representative was very rude and never speak politely with customers. Multiple home owners mentioned this, not sure if Lennar really want their team to rude with their customers. I am well aware of home buying process and a home owner and helped some of my friends as well with the process. Not sure how this company can clear any letter of occupancy. The house is still incomplete. They FORCE you to close before the home is complete so they can hit their end of the quarter quota.

Started off with a leak before closing and it’s been 2 months after we closed and it’s still not fully rectified. It takes numerous follow ups on our part to get anything moving. The warranty team has been the only competent people during this process and I do thank Stephanie and Shaun. Neighbors next door smoke detector goes off at least once a week for hours showcasing the material in the homes isn’t great quality. A constant battle from start to finish with things broken after the fact. Terrible customer service. Lies from the entire team. Rude sales men. Is the worse experience I had, water was coming inside the house when raining through the windows I reported to everyone and my husband had to fixed almost a month and nobody has follow up this issue. The house was with the tapes pending things to be fixed and dirty at the time of the walking through before closing. I am still waiting….BAD.

I have been dealing with issues in house build since i purchased the house. Water has been sitting in water meter for weeks, no solution has been provided under warranty only workaround has been given. Finding missing electrical outlets. Bad grading done, improper landscaping. cheap quality porch door. Finding cracks in dry wall close to electrical outlet which tried to hide by paint.

Worst experience I ever had buying a home. Most unprofessional, disorganized don't care attitude I have ever encountered. The only thing they are interested in is getting your earnest money, afterwards the worst customer service ever. I will never buy another home from these people. Difficult to get a response from, dealing with people in Arizona, Texas and Florida at the same time was a complete nightmare.

Sub standard materials after 1 year I see everything going to hoa. All new town homes and every building siding is falling off. Right not kidding. Road at end of street is caving in. Take a look at sawgrass and see. We’re still waiting for our refrigerator and dishwasher to be repairs for one month now.

The quality of materials and workmanship is sub-standard at best. Lennar houses are slapped together in an assembly line manner. There are no changes allowed of any sort. Our salesman flat out lied throughout the process. Once we got close to closing we finally were able to meet the construction manager. She has no knowledge of construction. She just knows what she's told by her bosses. There are so many issues to be fixed of which they rely on the warranty dept. I felt rushed to move in, so that Lennar can show a completed sale despite the home was rushed. The home also had materials and parts removed to finish other homes in the series and when the contractors replaced parts back the quality control was compromised with re installation. Should have informed my lawyer to get involved with write contingencies before I sign off the walk thru. Felt like things were purposely hidden. should have never signed off in good faith things would be addressed. felt duped and lied too. Lennar needs to better responding to issues post move in. Person in charge of reviewing work completed by the trades need additional training. Many issues that were to be resolved after our move in are still not addressed. Have notified people in the front office, two guys that worked with the walk through and have submitted on line requests.

Our overall experience was very disappointing. The contractors did very sloppy work. From the paint droppings all over the floor, to uneven handles on every kitchen cabinet, every outlet and switch cover crooked, broken pavers around pool. Uneven lawn with dead sod, irrigation system not approved by HOA. Uneven seam on granite counter top and the cheapest home appliances they could find. Lennar warranty service has only addressed 25% of our complaints and others work orders have been ignored.

I closed on my home in February of 2023 and have had multiple issues come up... cracks appeared between the walls and ceiling, flooring lifted up and cracked. spaces showing between floor boards, that was explained as "acceptable" as long as you cant fit a credit card between the spaces. Shoddy paint jobs, and it takes 2-3 weeks to get anything scheduled to try to get the issues fixed. When you say something, you're made to feel like you are imposing on them to fix things that should have been fixed before closing. Home was delivered 1 year late with very poor craftsmanship and little quality control. House was not delivered in moved in condition and was very dirty. Craftsmanship is equivalent to DIY. Uneven flooring, cracked tiles, cracked grout, loose, rotted, moldy subfloors, missing cabinetry, electrical issues, crooked walls, sloppy paint and trim work.

The initial sales contact was pleasant and the new home sales agent kept in touch until a deal that fit my budget could be met. I've learned with other sales agents and this one that the tone goes from professional to unprofessional once contracts were signed. Total nightmare with mold on the build in multiple places, but the regional sales managers worked to get me into another home. From the time we put down earnest money this has been a bad purchase. With the exception of Joey Blackledge and Pablo Berrios we have had issues. Price quoted different from price provided after we had to put down earnest money, closing delays and online closing issues, Service issues getting scheduled and call backs, the quality of the build requiring multiple service calls. Lender was not responsive. After the builder ensured us that all of the items on our inspection was complete as well as the items we marked with blue tape, we found several items were still not completed and even noticed quite a few pieces of blue tape were still present at the home delivery meeting. We also had a leak in our brand new roof and a sewer gas smell that took almost a month to resolve.

My experience with Lennar has been quite disappointing. Despite being promised that all pending tasks would be completed prior to closing, several important items were left unfinished. They were in a rush to close all the homes by November and there was no focus on completing the work before closing. I am not happy with the LENNAR. We had hard time with this purchase with Lennar. Specially the loan officer. He provided the incorrect information in disclosure. And he blamed us not reviewing the document. And later for another disclosure he did mistake on estimated closing cost and we I had to dig into email to prove he did mistake as the disclosure does not matching with what he said to us over the email. I am very upset with the response I have received from Lennar.
